I was really impressed with the courtesy and professionalism of the staff when I contacted Phil-dirt. They took the time answer all of my questions and even made a same delivery for me because they had some extra time. Their top soil is some of the richest dirt I have ever seen in Florida. I highly recommend Phil-dirt if you need dirt for landscaping.Update: Finally, grass can grow in our yard now. Not 6 days after spreading the dirt, seed, and watering. Thank Phil-dirt for bringing out front yard back to life.

Last week I got 18 yards of the most beautiful topsoil I’ve ever seen. The quality is superb and quantity very generous. In fact, the only thing more impressive than the dirt itself was Wayne’s driving skills! Thank you Phil-dirt!

I ordered a truck-load of high-quality top soil on a Tuesday. The lady told me it would be delivered around lunchtime on Thursday. She called me back Thursday morning and told me the driver was in-route and would be arriving in about 20 minutes. The driver showed up right on time. I ordered the best top soil they offer, and the product did NOT disappoint -- it was really nice dirt! Very dark and with substance to it. Id highly recommend Phil-Dirt Inc.!

And thanks to Wayne for his truck driving skills - he drove the winding dirt road on my property backwards as the drop site had limited turn around.The quality of the Red mix was much better than expected: no bricks, no broken up concrete, no rocks. Fantastic company and folks. We had a short notice need for dirt movement (12 loads) and Phil came through. I called about 1300 one and his driver and equipment were on-site the next morning. Drivers are nice and reliable. They are 25% more expensive then the competition and do not care that they are. Red dirt 200 a truck at Phil dirt and 150 at panhandle. Same 18 yards full truck. I will say their customer service is very good. Just a higher price.

The driver was nice, however Belinda on the phone was very unprofessional and rude. The owner got on the phone and was able to help though so thankfully it worked out. Also if you use this company make sure you have cash or check if they’re delivering to your residence. Otherwise just prepay and then you can use your card.

We recently bought dirt from the company, they’re quick and affordable and provided a quality product. Getting a quote for grading soon. They’re always pleasant to speak with and clearly care about their customers!UPDATE:I’m really sad to say that I have to give this company less than 5 stars. I had inquired about a grading job from this company and have never received a call back to schedule them to come and give me a quote. I’ve contacted them multiple times and have spoken to a woman whom is very kind and always tells me that Phil will get back to me shortly... which after 4/5 months I still have yet to hear from him.Soo if anyone knows anyone who can grade a lot that’s about 1acre... let me know!

I hired Mr. Bowman in the fall of 2013 to clear the back half of my property, root rake, and move dirt around. This work was done so we could put in a guest house for my mother. Outstanding workmanship. Didnt leave until I was completely satisfied. I just wish I had hired them for the front half 7 years prior. He fixed the mess that was done by another company, who shall remain unnamed.
