I was no aware that BigLots had such a variety of stuff...I was very impressed and will be back.I bought my granddaughter a childs recliner for 59.00 and turned around and saw the exact same one on line for 200....thankyou big lots!

Found pretty much what I was looking for. Will definitely go back again. Was surprised to see name brands selling at reasonable prices.

Found our bed risers for $5 pet set of 4. Been trying to get them for a while now. Nice friendly employees.

Shelves were pretty empty, prices are still good.

Bought online n picked up in store. Very helpful to be able to do that. Staff could have been a bit more friendly. Sale prices marked in store could be a bit more Clear.

They are currently updating the store. Love the new merchandise coming into the store. It felt roomier in the store. I am definitely looking forward to the finished update. It was in desperate need of an update.

Cant beat it for convenience and price. Friendly staff. You can get some things here you cant get nowhere else.

Clean and organized. A few days before had bought several totes got the wrong lids for them went back to return them and pick up the correct ones. Customer Service sent someone for the right lids. Quick and easy just switched out.I was in and out in 5 minutes. Good job and we all were wearing 😷 masks.

One of their employees (Crestview, Fl location) Abby, is the best. I think she may be in management? I could be wrong but shes always super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable. Ive noticed her insane ability to multi task just in the short time Im in there shopping. Helping other cashiers while helping her own customers. Its rare to see such hard workers in retail these days. It really does impact your shopping experience and is greatly appreciated.

Masks are required to be worn. This was my first trip out into the world since covid 19 hit. The store was clean, people were polite and friendly, following the mask mandate. Good experience!

Big Lots is always an adventure...always different seasonal items from Walmrt and Target. New furniture items, and the regular mish-mash of staples I have come to expect. Staff are friendly and always working hard to keep things orderly.

All staff very helpful wow compared to Walmart they dont smile. Cant get help. Big Lots has great variety. My dad was a loyal customer for years. Loved their furniture. I love choice of items food, snacks, treats etc cant find elsewhere reasonable prices.

Do NOT buy any furniture from this store. The return policy they have in place is NOT what they actually abide by.

Prices higher than Walmart and most of their stuff can be found at Dollar General.

Great customer service on each visit surprisingly. They have a good selection of dog treats and toys. A good place to buy home needs at bargain prices. They dont have everything you may need but what they do have is at great prices for the most part. Recommend to friends and family.

I like this store. I usually find good deals here. Shopping can be frustrating because the inventory is not stable. But that is the reason for the great deals! Parking is very easy because of the huge parking lot. If it werent for the busy traffic on Ferdon Blvd and the lack of a light, I would rate it higher. The store is very accessible for the handicapped and the bathrooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Crooks, refused to honor sale price in sales add. Clearly says YOUR CHOICE of sectionals for 698, regularly 799. Thats exactly what I chose and the person checking me out refused to give me the sale price because the one I chose was not in the picture of the add. What a joke. Crestview Fl location.

Big Lots is awesome. I love to go & take my time & look around. Ive learned that if you see something you want, buy it. They dont get the same stuff all the time. However, they do stock a lot of the same food brands.

Friendly and helpful staff.

They have anything you need at discount prices. The store is clean and well stocked. However, I stopped here, right before Christmas. I know this is part of the cashiers job. However, when lines are long, and someone is purchasing, one item, dont hold up the line, to push the discount club. This is the only negative I can think of.

They have unique stuff from home decor, to foreign foods. I often find great gifts from here and stocking stuffers for the family. I have always had friendly service and no problem when I did a return.

Love big lots in Crestview. Always find great pamtry food at a great price. Some great deals but some stuff over priced compared to Walmart and even Publix. Know your prices! Love the rare and hard to find pantry stuff that I just Cannot find anywhere else but online. The staff is always nice. Love the ease of getting in and out.

I love it. Me and my mom was looking around for Christmas and they had a lot of great stuff for decoration your home are for Christmas gifts.

Found a really nice denim sectional made by Simmons. This couch in furniture store locally was priced at $1400, but the total at Big Lots came to a little over $1000. Then because of a special sale price we got a discount of $200. Total savings $600!

There are a few good members of the staff here but others have no customer services skills. There is one manager in particular that has a bad I do not care attitude. The store at times is disorganized. The one guy in furniture (mgr I think) also is sociable only and up to what is bare mandatory for his job.

You can find some unique items there anything from gifts to groceries to cleaning products a little bit of everything! Excellent choice
