Had a last minute emergency that had to be fixed right away and Hub City Glass did not disappoint. Connie was wonderful to work with and their techs did a great job with the installation.

Ive been trying for almost 2 months (since Jan 4 2021) to get in contact with them. Either nobody answers the phone during open hours or you get a phone call with voice mail to call back their cell phone and then they NEVER answer that phone. They say theyre going to come and dont. DONE TRYING TO USE THIS COMPANY.

Very straight forward, had an expert speak with me about a piece of glass I needed for a custom wine barrel shadow box im making for a military retirement. The price to be expected for a custom cut of glass. 1/4 non-tempered is $4.96 a foot if you were curious. Theyre busy so it will take about a week. They do quite a bit of other work so i highly recommend stopping in and checking them out.

I don’t know what people are talking about with below average quality because the work they did for me yesterday was not only done within a few hours but it was top notch glass cutting. I went in with an emergency job and they got it done. People should stop expecting a handout done for nothing and then stop complaining about quality when you actually have to pay for something. Hub city glass does great work, Period. They rebuilt a double paned window for me and charged me $94 Good deal!

I needed to have a sliding windows spring ballast fixed. I called Hub City Glass late in the afternoon (close to closing time), and they were out here very first thing the next morning! They were able to fix my window very quickly and since it was so easy (at least for them), they didnt charge the full amount for the service call. I am SO glad my realtor recommended them!!!

Everyone that works there was very friendly and honest I got exactly what was quoted and they went above and beyond. The installers were very helpful and courteous of my things while they were doing the install. my aunt had them install some stuff at her house and they even moved some of her furniture for her while they were there. Which needless to say is not in their job description. The entire experience was wonderful and I would definitely recommend them to my friends

Initial call on 3/7/18. Finally got a quote on 3/30/18. Paid deposit same day. After several calls and just before I called to cancel the order the installers showed up at my house unannounced on 5/16/18. I had to let them borrow my ladder and drop cloths so they could finish the job. Quality of work was average to slightly below average. Wont be using them again.

Windows were installed scratched or were scratched during installation. Debris was found all over the outside and inside of the house. Company refused to address the remaining 3 windows that were unrepairable by wet sanding. Overall, I will never recommend Hub City Glass to anyone.
