Our garage door stopped working Monday night, I called the following morning and someone came out the same day to look at it, and then by that Wednesday, we had a new operator, track, and the clickers/openers installed! Pricing was very reasonable too! Will definitely use them for future services!

I called on Monday morning for help with my garage door. Eric was here within the hour and found that the spring was broken. They called on Tuesday morning to make the repairs, but I was going to be gone all day. Eric called first thing on Wednesday morning and he and Bud were here within 15 minutes. The repairs were made within 30 minutes. They also replaced the seal at the bottom of the door and sprayed all the runners, rollers and hinges. When they left, my garage door was whisper quiet. They were both so helpful and very polite. They were very knowledgeable and are an asset to the company. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone.

Really surprised! Called them on Monday morning. They were at my house within an hour. They measured the broken spring. Left and ordered the new spring. They were at my door the next morning at 9:30. At 9:50 I had a working garage door. VERY satisfied with their service. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

My wife and I had these guys out to do a new install on an opener. My garage door had never even had an opener, and I hadnt even bought the opener through them. The guys were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. It took all of about 45 minutes to do the job, and the bill was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our garage door spring broke on weekend. We left voicemail and received a call early Monday morning and were promised a tech would be here in afternoon. Elijah called at 11 a.m. and came and measured for spring. By 3 p.m. Elijah called and returned and installed new spring. Great prompt service at a reasonable price...so pleased with this great service.

I called at 1:30 in the afternoon because I had a torsion spring snap. Elijah was to my house by 2:30 to measure the springs because they have to be made in the shop. He came back to my house at 4:20 and had the new springs installed by 4:30!! After he was finished with the install, he sprayed some oil on all the moving parts of the door. I couldnt be more pleased with the service, professionalism, and price point. I HIGHLY recommend HomeTown Garage Doors to anyone thats a garage door repair, replacement, or upgrade!

Most of the problems were associated with an abject failure to communicate and an obvious rush to spend the absolute minimum time on site. Though the opener mounted beside the door into the house had two (2) indentions to avoid pinching the wire to the opener (one for vertical and one horizonal), the incorrect vertical one was used rather than the appropriate horizonal one. The owner’s manual I found under the product packing on the floor of the garage. No information was left regarding the keypad’s function or coding. I only located the remotes behind the lens for the light several days later when installing light bulbs. The entire system looked shoddy. To top it all off, upon receiving the invoice, it was for (apparently) another customer. I have attempted calling and texting since the install to discuss, but have received no response.
