Solid job. Quick in and out for a glass chip in my 2021 Sierra. Google maps shows this location as Glass Doctor of Pensacola but is located in Crestview. The guy (forgot his name) took care of the truck by placing a pad on the hood while he worked. No scratches or dents afterwards. This is all I can ask for. Havent had very good service with Safelite in the past. Ill be going here for now on.

We contacted several companies and price wise they were all about the same, however Glass Doctors of Pensacola and Becky were the most responsive. We got a call back immediately and had an appt the following week for an estimate. Once they got the window in they called and scheduled an install date for the following week. Morgan the installed was extremely professional, prompt and courteous. He did a great job and were extremely happy with the products and services.

Install was done last week around the 20th. Fantastic installation! All the windows look great!

Aaron the technician was awesome. supper friendly and early. he even worked fast because it was about to rain. Had no problem coming to my work. just an overall awesome guy. I hope next time I have a cracked windshield, that he will be the guy to do it. I totally give him a A+ for him. I cant wait to get off work and enjoy my new car with a pretty new windshield. I cant stop singing the jingle!! I received amazing customer services at every touch!! My sliding glass door repair required thinking outside the box. I am so pleased with the results!! And the new glass was SPOTLESS . . . like Mary Poppins had been there!!!A special shout out to Becky Martin for her personal touch and for looping me in every step of the way!!

Customer service was very poor, my wife had a hard time explaining what was going as I was at work, she directed “Becky” to contact me so I could better explain what was going on. Instead of doing so I was sent an email about condensation“We have been out to look at your windows before for this issue, I have attached some paperwork that might help you.”Condensation wasn’t what I was scheduling an appointment for and they would have know that had that called me as my wife asked them.So I don’t recommend this company at all.......they clearly are not about the “customer”

This company was easy to deal with and the window repair cost me much less than what I expected. They scheduled the estimate and repair visits around my work schedule, which was great. Becky (schedule lady) called with the estimate (which was very reasonable to begin with) and afterward applied the $50 coupon I printed from their website saving me even more. The technician, Brian (big (gl)ass guy), removed the damage without making a mess and professionally installed the new window. Based on my experience, I will not hesitate to use Glass Doctor in the future.

Incomplete work and charging property for tenant responsibility. Tenant made a payment and agreed to finish paying once it was done, it never got done and he still wasnt able to use his sliding glass door. Charged him full price when he had to take door out himself and put it back in..

If I had to choose one word to describe my experience with Glass Doctor, I would pick Excellent! It was very painless and easy to set up an appointment and have work done to my car. The customer service was great and the people who I spoke with on the phone were very well-spoken and displayed great manners. The gentlemen that worked at the desk was very nice and offered great customer service as well. Glass Doctor is the best option if you want good quality work done to your vehicle.

I would recommend Glass Doctors to anyone that needs window work in the Pensacola area. Becky at the office was very professional and worked with our schedule to get a repair technician out ASAP. Brian was the service tech that came out to our house. He offered a very fair price and when the glass was ready, he came out first thing in the morning and did an excellent job with the installation. He was very friendly and made sure that we were fully satisfied with the finished product. Dont go anywhere else to get this type of work done.

The Glass Doctor was recommended by another company that didnt do repairs. They replaced both my windshield and a broken window on my house. Excellent company - very quick response. Both repairs were done within days of my initial call. Will probably be calling them again soon to fix other windows in my home.
