Most of the employees are friendly and helpful but tend to discuss the ongoing lack of staff/drama issue at this location. I realize it’s been tough out there but for the last several pick ups, I’ve received moldy feed for my flock. I usually get the Purina All Flock 50 pound bag but have had to switch locations to avoid a moldy feed bag and I buy them 2 at a time.

Tried to get on website, it wasn’t working. So called them up looking for availability and price on tractor Hydraulic fluid. They said we have both. Asked if they had the price. Was told not now followed by crickets: so I went to Wise Equipment and got my (4) 5 gallon buckets worth. About $750.I’m at the point of zero tolerance for laziness in customer service from everyone, and I’ll make sure to do my business where respect and customer satisfaction is priority.

17 pallets in 15 mins. Can’t beat that. Love it. Nice staff as well

Leanne helped me. She was super sweet and honored a sign I found next to some tires I purchased last week that didnt ring up correctly according to the sign. Tires rang up 41.99 but should have been 34.99 according to the sign.

This my go to place for getting pet supplies. Love that they email coupons that we are able to use. Its nice to catch when they have marked down prices. We get our dogs shots here as its cheaper to do it yourself. I have even caught deals where I get stuff for free. Cant beat that.

The store is always clean. Employees are customer friendly, knowledgeable n do not hesitate in helping. Store is well stocked with items reasonable priced. Markdown prices on items are honored.

Bought a colman mini bike earlier today and its awesome. Theres not a single problem with it. Also they were very understanding and easy to work with.

The staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to make our shopping experience a great one. Not at all like the Pensacola store. The shopping app needs help.

Love tractor supply! This is the only place between baker and Crestview that has exotic bird food, and guinea pig food besides Walmart. And of course they have stuff for my dogs, cats, and chickens too. From medicine to treats and toys and collars and cages they have it all.

This place is awesome. Pet friendly does not begin to describe them and the visiting Vet is a must stop for all my puppies to get their shots and chipped.

Used to go here and get them realistic animal toys.

Love just stopping by periodically to check out seasonal changes to the store, they now have baby chicks!

The Tractor Supply is one of our favorite places to go!!! Always amazing deals and there is one cashier that I love to death!! Some people should not work with the public. This woman was born to work with the public. You can tell she is truly happy and loves what she does. Keep it up. You keep us coming back!!

Usually I have a pleasant experience at this location and staff are super knowledgeable and helpful; But today I walked in trying to find something and I waited in line to ask where the item was and was told the item was in one location which I looked around in that section( couldn’t find it) again searched around the entire store. Ended up leaving without the item I was looking for. While checking out with other items. Noel the lady doing the check out and the same lady who told me to find an item where it wasn’t. The phone rings her comment “ oh stop ringing I won’t pick up” until her manager walked up. End of story if you can’t deal with people you probably shouldn’t work in retail .

I enjoy going to Tractor Supply. This was my first visit to this particular location. Staff was very helpful. They also had a good selection of equipment, supplies, and clothing items. If you cannot fine it here, the staff can help you order it.

This store is the greatest. I love the people that work here, they are always friendly and so helpful. I shop here all the time and its always pleasant. They have been super through this pandemic!

This place is where i take my Dogs for all medical needs that they provide their. The veterinarians there are awesome and today help me age a dog that came in the yard and November, scanned her and did a complete health evaluation from heartworms to intestinal worms. They do not extract teeth but advised to do so elsewhere. They have excellent chicken feed here but if you need a 50 pound bag of game scratch youll have to get it at Ace Hardware because they only sell a 30 lb bag.

Shadow helped us and was absolutely wonderful. We bought a 670lb gunsafe and a trailer and had a wonderful experience until we had to move that behemoth at home without the forklift. Better store than many TS Ive been to.

Employees are very helpful whenever I’m looking for something everyone there is very friendly and it’s a very clean store I have never had a bad experience

I love getting my animals food here. The staff is also very friendly and helpful! Great place for multiple types of animal feed and supplies.

I didnt do any shopping that day, I only went into the store to return carts from the parking lot, near where I parked a couple of stores away. Whoever took them that far from the store should have returned the cart to the right store, but eh, people dont think about who has to go find them before closing time (they dont have low-jack or GPS monitors). Tractor Supply employees are always willing to help. They appear to care about their customers, not just the products they are selling.

Hope your good at hunting because you always have to hunt a clerk down for help. Sometimes just to checkout!

This is a very pleasant place to shop. The store is arranged in a manner that makes things very easy to locate. The aisles are spacious & the prices are decent. I love the fact that they sponsor the Mobile Vet Clinic often.

They have great friendly people that work here. I always purchase my pet food and bird seed from Tractor Supply. They will price match other competitors. However, I did have a recent issue, with plants shipping to store. Only 1 item showed up, with nothing noted on the 3 missing items. You can either call, or email, Customer service. I emailed with all my information and was succinct in my explanation. Its 2 days later and no reply, so I call. The items I ordered and out of stock forever so theyll issue a refund. WHY, WHY DID THIS TAKE ME CALLING TO RECTIFY???? Other than this, Ive had no issues

The clerks were very informative in advising me that a part for my 54 kubota zero turn was still on order and will be installed as soon as it is received.I normally expect a 2 to 3 week turn around in and out of my equipment.The historically, has been due to back log of work when I take my equipment in for repairs and / or the receiving of needed parts for my repairs.

Always helpful staff, store is rarely out of stuff you would expect to find.

Tractor supply is always great. I have always been able to find what I need for a good price, and the staff is very helpful.

Took the dog to the petvet service on Sunday and had a good experience getting his yearly inoculations. Staff was friendly and offered assistance when prompted. Tractor Supply has some good deals on various tools and accessories in the front of the store. Overall A+ experience.

I love to go to tractor supply everyone is so nice . Today I went and I was disappointed because there was no dog shampoo or condition they just did not have their shelves stocked up first time Ive ever gone in to Tractor Supply and the shelves empty like that. It has a variety of equipment for farming. It has pet supplies and it is a pet friendly. They have a variety of work clothes for farming ( shirts, jeans, t-shirts, jackets,hats, gloves, boots, shots, workers for pets as well as livestock) very friendly employees

Tractor supply is one of my favorite stops for animal feeds and miscellaneous hardware. Oh, and I am addicted to their discount and closeout specials.

The Men working at this location are helpful. My major issue with this location after ten + years They Never keep the dog food or flea med. in Stock every time they are Out! Corporate doesn’t seem to care, why? Because they also own pet cense in-wich cost more!!

This place is freaking awesome. Its like a candy store for grown men. I saw it as ki d of a cross between bass pro shops and an ace hardware, with a pet section too! I certainly wish I had one down where I live, but I will plan to frequent this location.

This is where to go for the unique hardware needs and supplies supporting farm life.Also has a limited selection of Canning Supplies too.I go here for hitch supplies and linch pins that i cant find elsewhere.As with anything else, check your advertisements and prices. Ive found durable belts for my slacks and comfortable yardwork boots, clothes here.

It is conveniently in the middle of town and I by my chicken feeds and sometimes dog food there😁 my son likes the baby chickens around Easter time so we always buy some here. I just order 40 chicks online so I might not be able to do that.

I literally drop so much money at this store because this is the closest store that carries equine stuff and feed that I need. I live in fort walton, now if y’all could work on your customer service skills that would be awesome. Driving 45 minutes and dropping $100 in there every other week & dealing with attitudes and people that look at you like you’re an idiot for asking questions isn’t fun. I called to see if there was shavings still left because this weekend is the 2 for $10 sale going on and of course I get some lady with an attitude. Why the heck would I drive 45 minutes with the possibility of them being out of the one thing I needed. How lovely. It’s taken me this long to write a review because I’ve been USED to the way the employees talk to people here. Good grief.

I am really disappointed. Tractor Supply has always been enjoyable to go to. Unfortunately every time I go in it seems more dirty and unorganized. Not sure if there arent enough people to do the work, but sad to see the condition it has fallen to.

Worst customer service or lack of customer service of any store Ive ever been in.

My wife went by to look at stock tanks and other supplies for our farm. After waiting for over 20 min to get the gate opened to look. Set asked about a tank tac carries and the guy said they dont. She showed him on her phone . Proving he had no clue.She then asked about a 10 ft stock tank that runs about 390 dollars. He said you dont need that it gets to hot. I sent my wife with 600 dollars to purchase what we need. She left and bought what we needed in baker. Maybe they tsc will hire people that want to see stuff. Bad job

The only bad I can say about this store in my area is that they dont carry a lot of things thats really needed. I have to order things online. Also restocking items is something they dont do.
