David and his dad are the first ones I’ll call for any air care need. They are friendly, professional and always taken care of my family quickly and efficiently. We’ve used Air Care Service ever since our other house was built over 17 years ago. We had a situation to where we needed help after hours, and one of their representatives came out to our home on their own merit- to help our family out. He didn’t have to, but did. Ever since then we’ve use no one else. They’re responsive, completely knowledgeable, and get it done right the first time.

The Air Care Team has been taking care of my heating and cooling needs for almost 15 years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my HVAC system. David has been both professional and personable every time I have had him out to work on my unit. I have even called him after hours and he was kind enough to walk me through the steps to troubleshoot my system issue over the phone, where other companies would have sent a tech out the next day with a service charge and likely a large bill for unnecessary repairs. Air Care was the dispatched service provider from my warranty company. Within a few hours of making the claim, they contacted me, and were able to come out same day. After diagnosing the problem, they explained what would happen next, contacting the warranty comp, ordering the part, and returning once the part was in. They did just that. He called the day before to let me know the part was in and would be by to replace it the next day. They were professional, kept the area clean, and fixed the unit. I would definitely recommend them.

Ive been using Air Care for 20+ years for both homes on all HVAC issues,...Martin & David have always promptly taken care of any problem Ive had, extremely professional and knowledgeable and very fair priced,...top notch service, highly recommend Air Care for all your HVAC needs.

Air Care A/C was the second of two companies that I called to repair my AC unit after it stopped working. The 1st company said I needed a new AC unit (9,000$). Air Care A/C had it back up and running like new after changing a part for 150$ AND gave me a full diagnosis and some pointers to keep it running longer.

Ive used Air Care for almost 10 years and wont consider anyone else because when you find a good thing theres no need to look further. They are honest, their work is the best quality, and they always take care of us.

They came out because they are part of my warranty companies network. They told my warranty company that my outside heat pump was an R-22 system and that the compressor attached to my system was an R410. Which is why all the components are failing. My warranty company will no longer cover repairs and I did a little research myself and found out my system never was an R-22. I do not recommend this company because it seems they will tell lies in order to scam customers and Warranty companies into spending more money on repairs. Ive included photos to prove my system is a 410 system.

They are a joke of a service. Even when you tell them whats wrong they just try and make a new problem. A little shady as well so watch out for them trying to get over on you if your not very familiar with a/c units and prices. Do your research. And I would recommend anyone other than these people!!!

We called them at 9:30 am on a Saturday and they were out within 30 minutes to check it out. They GAVE us a used part we needed to repair it today and not have to wait until Monday! Awesome customer service!! They will be who we call every time from now on.

Ive used these guys twice in the last year.... the first time was last summer when the A/C needed repair and had just quit cooling completely. My drainage line was clogged so they were able to clean it out easily and make some other easy recommendations on preventative maintenance to keep things like this from happening again.This winter ended up having ice completely freeze up my heat pump so the heating wouldnt work anymore. They owner came out and slowly melted off all the ice and then told me a quick fix I could do with a sheet of plywood in the winter to prevent the ice from forming on my unit in the first place (It was installed in a poor location so all the rain from the roof goes straight into the unit).These guys know what they are doing, are very efficient, punctual, and focus on getting you taken care at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!!

The people who came to my house from Air Care were a joke and had no intention of fixing my heater. Blamed it on the thermostat and left with a service fee charge. At my house 5 min tops. Which left me no choice to call another company Murphy’s and they are getting me a new thermostat and left me with heat to get me through the cold. What company leaves a woman and daughter in the cold. Horrible people at Air Care!

We just bought a house here last year and had the heat pump go out on us duing this recent cold snap. This father and son team was recommended to me from my friends on Facebook and the son came out quickly and was able to diagnose my problem quickly and happened to have the part needed in his company truck.I was happy with the speed of service and professionalism. He also gave me some tips on how to keep my heat pump and AC unit running smoothly all year. I would highly recommend these guys for heating and AC repair problems here in Crestview, FL!! Hopefully I dont have to see them again for a long time :)

I am blown away by adults who can run a business and lie Not only to customers, but to the public. I called Martin as my AC was not pushing out any cool air. When he arrived him and another employee checked everything and told me they put freon in as it was low. $150.00. Ok, not a problem! I was glad it was fixed. By 3 pm the NEXT day, it still wasnt working. I had to call another company who when arrives tells me not only did they NOT put freon in, the lines were clogged, and the filter was pure black and has been unchanged. Now,after this I call Martin who so boldly tells me that this guy is lying, and he goes as far as calling my landlord. Martin proceeded to tell her that he asked her about the filter and she said it was fine hold on. So a TRAINED PROFESSIONAL asked a woman who is NOT an AC professional, how the fliter was, and took her word on it? Give me a break. That conversion never took place, and had it, why would they still not check the filter when they were IN THE CLOSET WHERE IT WAS LOCATED?! As an adult you like to think most people(especially a small town business that thrives on word on mouth) are honest. Obviously these people are not. Im disgusted that they charged us 150 dollars to do nothing and then have the gall to lie to people. Will definitely be spreading the word about these people, as another review will show. ..liars.

Terribly unprofessional. Owner takes no accountability for his business and LIES! Pay $14 extra and hire a professional!
