I highly recommend this place, their poke is amazing!The portion is big with a large amount of fish included. I will always come here to get my lunch time sushi over other places for sure.

We tried this place for the first time today. We took our visitors and had delicious ice cream, ice cream rolls, and boba tea. We will definitely be back to try more things as they also offer food items.

Looks of a place are a big part to me. Part of the store with all the boxes makes it look like a storage closet. I guess you do what you gotta do. That one tall guy who seems to be there all the time has some nice outfits that spice up the place. There’s also another guy that’s always so nice, I appreciate that.

I needed to order but there was a tall worker guy who looked to be doing an order but a worker lady was just standing in the back. He stopped what he was doing to help me, that was nice of him. It was a decent experience overall.

Have now had to go back 3 times for a banana split. Simply asked for praline ice cream and add strawberries. Fist time she put strawberry ice cream. Second time no sauces, 3rd time wrong sauces! This is an ice cream shop a banana split should not be so complicated. Wasted time and money thanks will not be back

Its not what you would expect if you live in the mid west. But definitely worth going to. Very unique atmosphere and so tasty. Will definitely stop here again next time we are in Florida

Ice cream is on point. Many flavor combos to choose from. Would be 5 stars but the coffee (small black) tasted burnt. Required much doctoring. Otherwise, this place is fantastic.

My husband and I and our daughter have visited Polar Bear Ice Cream & Poke in Crestview, FL numerous times and have had the sincere pleasure of being greeted with the biggest smiles and on 1 particular visit, Damien went out of his way to be most helpful in making our choices of what ice cream we wanted and what we wanted in our Poke bowls as well. Damien gave us EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE from start to finish! Lexi and Alexis and Nick and Brady were also there that evening. They were all very helpful and they all worked so well as a team. They gave us the VERY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ICE CREAM PARLOR/POKE EXPERIENCE EVER! The next time we went it was BREE that helped us. She was also very helpful and polite and had the biggest smile. The Poke here is really great, and theres a good selection of Boba Tea flavors and ice cream.

They serve Hersey icecream. The scoop portions are big. They also have started serving Poki bowls, I personally have not tried one but all the ingredients looked very fresh and yummy. The restroom was very clean.

This is a neat little ice cream shop. We were visiting from Charlotte NC and stopped in and tried the rolled ice cream. It was different than what we have available but very good. The only downside side was there was only 1 person working and 3-4 different groups in placing orders so it took a while to get our order.

Very busy as we arrived... and stayed that way. Polite staff and smiling. Not enough time for them to really get to the tables for a quick wipe, but sometimes folks leave a mess when they shouldnt. Its coffee and icecream people: Be courteous to the next guest. Wish there was more seating... its a nice break during the afternoon. Icecream and tea and coffee were good. Im sure its only going to improve as the staff grows in experience. Thanks for the treat after a movie. Well be back. Oh... and for those looking for a nice quiet icecream and coffee shop... youll figure out it can be loud if all the staff are working on rolled icecream. Enjoy the delicious noise. Im smiling as I enjoy my smores and coffee.

Went there as a quick stop on the way home.This little spot doesnt have that many tables and was quite busy when I walked in.Noise levels were high with families. I ordered a smoothie to go and it was a reasonable time to wait.Have to give them credit for the cute take out smoothie cups for Valentines day. Taste was what I expected, mango flavor on point.Nice treat for me on way home

I looked on the site and saw the ice cream rolled. We got 2 scoops actually too much. Also I only found 1 cookie dough piece in the cookie dough ice cream. Too many chocolate chips, had to keep spitting them in my napkin. My husbands was literally over flowing with hot fudge and the person behind the counter didnt seem to mind the mess. He had to grab tons on napkins and still couldnt grab it, he asked for a plate. It was a bizarre encounter.

Service was terribly slow and the ice cream rolls we ordered didnt taste very good at all.For 4 ice cream orders we waited nearly one hour.

The rolled peaches and cream is awesome! Be prepared for a little bit of a wait if youre getting rolled ice cream. But its worth it.

Went here as a treat for my kiddos. Was highly disappointed, my 4 yr old found hair in hers and ended up just throwing it away. My 9 yr old son found a long pcs of white lint, and he ended up doing the same. My eldest daughter and I ended up getting the thai tea with Boba- highly disappointed, It did not taste right.Maybe they are just doing too many things. And need to focus on just a few things.Hopefully things will change for the better and they will focus more on the product than the quantity of items they provide.

Poke was delicious! The poke ordering process was very difficult and I felt took to long to order, I could see it being very hectic and unpleasant if there was a line of people wanting to order. Just put together a menu with a handful of options for people to choose from and have it at the register!Also order the Thai boba tea, was unpleased with the quality of the drink, felt and tasted very fake and inauthentic. Wont get that again!Will return for more poke thats for sure!

I went there today with my kids and the ice cream was great. I would say my only complaint is you order in the front get your ice cream in the back then have to go past the register for napkins. Just seemed odd. I will be going back again to taste the coffee.

Great place for kids and adults alike! You can get rolled ice cream as well as traditional cones and bowls. There is also Boba (sp?) Tea served here with souvenir cups you can take home. Hersheys ice cream is sold here as well. Open 7 days a week, which is nice for weekend trips. The weather is getting hot, Ill be here more!

Always nice even when you forget your mask, they always are wearing theres. I think the price is fair. 8 dollars for a milk shake but it is alot of ice cream actually. Taste great.

I have been to this establishment a few times. Usually received great service. My son and I went there today. We ordered three rolled ice creams to go. We paid and waited for our order. When our order was called we walked to the counter to get it. As we were heading to the counter, the girl behind the counter purposely took the spoons and placed them out of reach. Maybe she thought we were going to take them all. Who knows. I just found it odd and quite rude. Like I said, all the other times I have went there were great. Best ice cream in town. After today, I probably will not go back. A bit of courtesy goes a long way.

This Japaneese rolled icecream is the best place in crestview for ice-cream 🍦They have alot of flavors and the customer service is wonderful, nice place to take the family .They are also on door dash so you xan have it delivered as well.

Very good rolled ice cream and sundaes. It was the middle of the day on a Thursday when we visited and they only had one employee, so there was a wait, but it was worth it.

Arrived at seven, it wasnt crowded. i think i might become a regular. bring your appetite because portions are filling. if it was closer to my home i would be here often.

Good ice cream

Dont expect to get a SMALL portion with just a sprinkle or cookie to top it off!! Huge servings, lots of toppings, polite & patient employees (waiting for three kids to order from all the choices is pain stacking for a mom), friendly atmosphere and very clean!!! Our favorite so far.... Rolled cookies and cream topped with Oreo cookies!!!

The boba does not taste good, but the ice cream is very good.Overall the place is ok but I do not recommend getting the boba tea.

The ice cream here is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS 😋... I’m from New York - and the service is always great- something you don’t get in NYC. People complaining about the ice cream prices- It’s a different kind of ice cream 🍨- so- it might be “ Expensive” for some, but for me is not. And for those complaining about the flavors and why the ice is so expensive- have you ever tried häagen-dazs ? Now- that ice cream it’s a bit pricey. If you want cheap ice cream- go to McDonalds. A note though- I wish they had ice cream cake for events- or something similar for catering... just a thought for the owner!

Good place to get boba tea and the new snow ice cream

The ice cream seems expensive since here but they give you SO MUCH for even one scoop that it feels like two. The flavors seem to be pretty good, although a little too sugary. Service is good, I haven’t tried the other things on the menu but I would come here for the rolled ice cream. Just get the regular ice cream.

Loved it! So much variety and tasty treats! The workers are very knowledgeable in making the various treats, especially the rolled ice cream! Fun and interesting to watch! I know that my grandkids and I will be spending lots of time here! I hope this helps anyone interested in going because I REALLY want this business to make it! I still think yall should add a few board games though! Ha! 😉😍💕🍦🍧🍨☕

Thai tea was just okay and boba was way too soft and had no flavor. I wouldnt recommend going here for boba.

I went to get a caramel iced coffee. My brother and I waited for 20 minutes while. Out coffee was sitting in a French press. She poured his coffee, then poured mine (forgetting the caramel) and it wasnt full so she out water in the french press and poured it on top. When she gave it to me I reminded her of the caramel. She asked if she could make me an espresso coffee. I was didnt see a problem, I thought she was going to add the espresso to the other coffee. No she got the caramel had probable a tablespoon or so of espresso, went to the sink and filled it with water and gave it to me. I paid for a coffee not water with caramel and a tad bit of espresso. Very disappointing.

This place is awesome!! Every experience we have had with them has been amazing! (Probably 20+ visits) Ice cream is delicious and the staff is so friendly! The crepes are outstanding as well :)

It was busy when we arrived. They took care of us brought the icecream to our table. Very clean and staff where very friendly. Wait time wasnt that bad theyre doing a great job. Cant wait to go back to try some of the rolled icecream.

They have way too much going on here. Boba tea, coffee, ice cream, smoothies, milkshakes. And they arent sure how to handle it. I was there for 20 minutes waiting on a coffee tonight with not that many customers in the store and four employees working. They were forgetting peoples orders and running in circles. Im sure some will get worked out as they get the hang of things, but definitely not the place to go if youre wanting to just quickly stop in, which is unfortunate being the only place on the north side of town to get coffee.

You get alot for ur money and there is soooo many choices 😍 Definitely recommend.

Their ice cream and boba tea are good. Everything is overpriced. There are tons of staff because they are always busy, but they still dont keep the tables clean. The staff are all young people who have no idea how to make chai or coffee of any kind correctly. If youre getting ice cream or boba they get it right. Tons of options, but the staff needs to learn and be responsible or be replaced.

Not terrible but too overpriced for what you get. The ice cream is alright, but you can get it way cheaper and better pretty much anywhere. The boba tea though, don’t even get me started. They shouldn’t be able to pass it off as tea, for one, because it tastes and looks nothing like tea whatsoever, and also doesn’t taste like the flavors it’s supposed to be. I got strawberry tea with strawberry bobas, and the liquid was a bright weird unnatural pastel pink and smelled and tasted JUST LIKE PEPTO BISMOL, or some nasty artificial strawberry flavoring that was messed up. The bobas tasted and had texture like pure heavy artificial strawberry syrup and it just felt so nasty putting it in my body. Nothing tasted natural or good and the ice cream is just as good as something you can get for cheap at a store or another restaurant.

Terrible. Not the place for PTSD. Very very noisy chopping ice cream. Last thing I want to hear is anything sounding like gunfire while eating terrible tasting icecream.The setup is all wrong. Why not be able to look at the ingredients and ice cream first before ordering. That way its easier to make up your mind from what they have, rather than guessing. Its irritating to ask for all the toppings youre in the mood for to be told one by one we dont have that.I dont know what kind of ice cream that was, but it tasted nothing like any ice cream Ive ever encountered. The whole thought of having an ice cream place different from coldstone is a good and adventurous thought, but it should have remained a thought. If youre in the mood for ice cream, Sonic is right beside it. Save yourself the let down. Tell your taste buds I said Your welcomed.Service was pretty good though. Typical highschool kids working their first jobs no doubt, and an older mid 20s guy (manager perhaps) walking around as if he could care less about the customers or the business. Best wishes though.
