Great Shopping experience. Polite and courteous staff. Military discount was a bonus. Went in for hammock and found a whole lot more. GREAT PLACE.
Drove from Panama City to find a hiking backpack, they had exactly what I was looking for and a lot more camping and hiking stuff than I thought. Excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommend for all your outdoor activities.
Nice supply and variety of items. Prices can be a bit higher, but I image thats due to location. Knocked off 2 stars because sales people could be a bit more knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to footwear - certain brands (like Chacos) require help when you first try them. Without a salesperson who knows what to do (or better yet who bothers to help at all), it makes trying the shoes difficult. Ended up shopping elsewhere because of that.
Prices are very reasonable and we used them for our first kayaking trip!! They were very helpful amd very nice, customer service is very much on point!! We will use them again!!
We visited looking for backpacking and camping supplies and were plesantly surprised by the variety and NorthFace/Columbia/Patagonia selections. The man behind the counter informed us that the store was under new management so new stock would be coming in soon. We are looking forward to stopping by to pick up more quality equipment and clothing in the near future!
Nice outdoor sporting goods store. They have a modest selection of anything one will need for hiking, camping, kayaking, etc... The prices are reasonable.
A great local outfitter with a little bit of everything for your adventuring needs.
They will not work with you when it comes to a return, exchange, or store credit. I have spent a good bit of money in that store, and this was my first time to ask for an in store credit, which they wouldnt give. I had my recept, but the tag was not on the shirt, so if you ever buy from them, make sure to keep up with everything or you will be out alot of money if it doesnt work.
Super friendly staff and has a wide variety of outdoorsy clothing and gear.
Great store for your outdoor outdoor needs, or even for storm preparations needs. Always very helpful.
Small, but decent selection of gear, clothing and footwear. If youre a serious hiker or camper, really the only game in town. Have many of the popular brands like Patagonia, Soloman, Khul, Kavu, Osprey, Camp Chef, etc. Prices are ok and pretty good when you catch them on store wide sales when swapping out seasonal inventory. They do have some items like isobutane fuel just as cheap as you could get from Walmart or through online stores. Staff is pretty knowledgeable and will help you with things like pack fittings, even if you bought it somewhere else. Sign up on Facebook, and youll get notifications for the big seasonal sales.
Nice little store with a Niche selection of gear.
My wife and I went to the Destin Commons location. We saw some Linus bikes that we had never seen before and the colors of these bikes really caught our attention. We perused the store a bit and saw that they had a good selection of Salomon shoes (both mens and womens) Kuhl and Northface outerware, among others. I saw that they had a large, four-faced stand of different Hydroflasks. I showed my wife and proceeded to tell her how my friend owned a Hydroflask and how he put his in the freezer then...uhm... I forgot. I forgot what I was going to say. Thats because the lady behind the counter interrupted my story while I was talking to my wife--not her--and said, well actually youre not supposed to put the hydroflask in the freezer because the flask could...blah blah blah blah blah. I was so heated. Who does that?!?!?! Who interrupts other people--customers--when theyre talking??? If I wanted her opinion or had a question I would have asked. I didnt know the lady or catch her name, but she definitely needs some classes in customer service. Definitely wont be coming back! THAT WAS VERY, VERY RUDE!
Great local business.
Great selections.
