I want to preface by saying I didn’t actually utilize Batteries Plus services today, the employees working just went above and beyond to help me out. This location is right next to a FedEx and I went to return a ton of packing materials the company I work for won’t be able to use. I was struggling with the cart and all of the items falling off and two of the Batteries Plus employees saw me and came out to help. I wouldn’t have been able to get those boxes into the building without their help and I am so thankful. Based on their kindness today, I will definitely go to this location in the future to utilize their services - I know they’d have great customer service!

I had my apple phone screen repaired about 3 weeks back.I was told if I had any issues with it they would fix it. My screen cracked agian right away I did not drop it also has outter protector on it ar all times.They offer a warranty only on malfunction of device no warranty on glass breakage cost was120 dollars paid in they refused to repair my phone .Dont go to this store they did not install glass correctly .It will break agian .VERY POOR Customer service.

Easy and accurate. I checked out the car battery I needed on the web, ordered for curbside pickup. Received easy instructions via email on curbside. When I arrived I called into the store at the curb and they brought out the battery. Because I brought the old battery to be recycled, they made a second trip to refund the core charge. Never left the car. Excellent friendly service.

So easy! I cracked my iphone screen and the phone display wasnt working at all (black screen, but could hear it ring and receive text notifications). I scheduled an appt online for the next morning, staff was super friendly, and my phone was fixed in less than 45 minutes. 10/10 - highly recommend.

I broke the screen on on my S10+. I called the store and thad the screen in stock. I dropped off my phone for them to replace the screen. Took about a hour and a half for them to replace it. Its been 4 days now and the phone has worked perfectly. It costs $350 which I thought it was a little pricey, but I didnt have insurance and to pay off my phone and get a new one was $700. So $350 was a better option considering my phone wasnt even a year old. I am very happy.

They have everything I need and the employees are very helpful. I placed an order online, picked up the item, brought it home and it didnt work. I went back to the store and the employee was really nice and steered me in right direction with the correct product. I will always go there for my battery needs.

They went above and beyond! I needed a battery for my kids jeep and couldnt find it anywhere. Apparently its a custom size. They MacGyvered two batteries into exactly what I needed and didnt even charge me for the extra labor.

THEY DO NOT INSTALL CAR BATTERIES!!!! 100% COMPLETELY UNSATISFIED! Ive bought my past 2 car batteries from this company and I havent ever had a problem until tonight. I bought a battery online for store pickup and when I asked the guy if they install batteries he kind of hesitated and begrudgingly asked what kind of vehicle I had only to tell me they dont install car batteries in my vehicle. The other location didnt seem to have any problems installing my last two batteries???? Why couldnt this location do it??? Ill check with corporate in the morning to make sure the information he gave me was correct. I had my money refunded and I WILL NEVER shop at this company again! I called corporate this morning and was told that the staff at this location can choose weather or not that install your batteries. So I guess because it was cold outside and it was 7 pm I was just inconveniencing the staff at this location. Call AAA if you need a new car battery installed. They will come to your home or business and determine if you even need a new battery. They explain all of their options and install the battery right there.

This was our first visit and were very pleased at how helpful, knowledgeable and friendly they are. They carry more than batteries and bulbs...well worth a visit. My husband somehow messed up the charging port in his phone and we were told by Sprint and a cell phone repair place that it couldnt be fixed. This place could fix it! Highly recommend checking them out, they may just have something youve been looking for.

They were very helpful in putting in a new battery in my iPhone. My old battery would drain quickly. Now my phone lasts all day on one charge, even with my active usage.

There are places that are closer to me. But I have to say they had the batteries I needed for my UPS. And they took the old lead acid battery to recycle.

I give these ripoff artist zero starsThey sold me a $70 battery for my laptop. It didnt work at all.Because the location is far from my house it took me awhile to return the battery. They refused to take it back because it was past 14 days - no where on the receipt does it say there is a 14 day limit .Believe me I will be reporting them to the BBB and taking them to small claims court - I may never get my money but I will do everything possible to expose their fraud

Justin at this store saved me about $100, and lots of time over visiting Plaza Motors over a burned out headlight which any child can replace in 10 minutes after watching an online video and buying the bulb from these guys.
