Pharmacy person who takes the calls is rude.. also makes mistake and then lies & refuses to admit it.I dont have any experience with this cvs & would not recommend them to anyone.
Nathan and Casey have been so great with helping me get my HepB vaccine. They answered all of my questions in regard to scheduling doses. They are both very sweet and caring.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I have been on hold for over a half hour just trying to refill my rescue inhaler, which it wont let me do online. I have 6 puffs left and am dealing with a cold and sinus infection. I have asthma and its been hard for me to breathe lately. I feel like a rescue inhaler is pretty important, but I cant get anyone in the phone to help me refill it! At this point, Im going to give up on getting through and call my allergists office directly and have them send a refill over.Train your employees to answer the freaking phone!! I cant afford to keep going to urgent care for breathing treatments, because ei cant get a simple inhaler refilled.
Whoever the guy is that answers the phones after/around 2pm is the worst pharmacy staff Ive ever talked to. He doesnt do anything, barely does the minimum. Doesnt matter what it is he will push the job onto your doctor or you or just not be helpful at all. He slurs and barely speaks sentences and just want you off the phone. Horrible experience every time. And thats IF you get a call through.
Dont ever buy no weed from the cvs went up there at eleven oclock last night to get me some weed went home smoked that(no no word) took a nap woke up and then my other eye is down here my other eye is up here now.
Came here to pick my medicine up for an acute, week long migraine. There was a little mix up initially, and both ladies working were so sweet and helpful with me. I really appreciated it.
There was literally no one from this store working, other than pharmacy, at 10am on a Tuesday. The only CVS staff on the floor was “covering from another store” and couldn’t help with anything other than stocking some shelves.
If there was zero I would give zero. the pharmacy is absolute worst. they gave me EXPIRED rx and made it complicated for exchange. the people in the pharmacy is also rude. DO NOT send your RX here.
Accidentally had my card charged for an order that wasn’t mine. Called up there and Justin fixed everything for me super simple. Really nice dude.
DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. You wont get them! My doctor sent an updated prescription three days ago. This CVS has yet to update it or fill it. I have tried calling three times, and each time I have waited 30 minutes for someone to answer. I have had to go without my prescription medication for three days now because of the ineptitude of this pharmacy. I understand that they are short-staffed, but this is so unacceptable. I have asked my doctor to begin sending my prescription to a different pharmacy.
Extremely rude and unprofessional their home staff “Dr. Danielle“
Workers in the minuteclinic were rude.
The employess are never very nice and they always seem annoyed when I ask them for help or where something is, EVERYTIME I go here. Had the same thing today and just sick of it.
Went there on 05-08-21 - 6.45 PM for a passport photo. I’ve been told the backdrop is broken. Call the store ahead and check whether everything is working if you are planning for a photo.
I always get my prescriptions in a timely matter at this cvs
This pharmacy has been, continues to be, an absolute joke! Incompetence at its finest, if there was 1/2 star rating or -1 I’d post that! This review is not due to a one time issue, this is a result of months of the same issue in getting a single Rx filled correctly. Do yourself a favor and find yourself any other pharmacy!! ☹️
The pharmacy doesnt honor prescription transfer requests made within the app. Even though they tell you to call to confirm your prescription, they dont answer the phone. Terrible customer service - would not reccomend this location.
Bad service no manager control on staff .Staff is so much rude and not worry mentioned buy anywhere mostly lady representative are so much rude, after 5 years relation to this CVS, i will not even buy anything from CVS .
Please dont waste your time at CVS. I had an appointment for a flu shot and waited and waited and waited... There was no one waiting in front of me. The technician spent at least 20 mins staring at the computer and I was told she was getting the shot ready. The whole time I was there the phone was ringing and no one answered for 30 mins. I walked out with no shot. Another customer checking out complained he had been calling and no one answers the phone and the front desk clerk told him to call early in the morning and he may get someone. Really! If you are that busy hire someone to answer the phone. Just running in for a something quick is no better. You wait in line forever to check out. I am sure there are walk in clinics faster and more professional.
I don’t use the Pharmacy here so I can’t speak on that respect, but all of the associates that I’ve had the pleasure of meeting have been so incredibly kind and helpful. I love that they are coupon friendly. They usually have what I’m looking for in stock. I come here every week and I’m grateful to have such a great store to shop at
Very disappointed with this location. Dropped off a prescription and they said they would fill while we waited. We said we are going for breakfast we will be pick it up after. Meanwhile I bought something else. There wasn’t anyone to check me out so I rang the bell and it took a couple minutes for someone to come to checkout. Then I had to move my stuff down to the end of the counter.😖 That wasn’t so bad but after a couple hours we went through the drive through to pick up the medicine. We waited for 10 minutes in the drive through (there were two cars in front of me with only one side open) Apparently the person sitting in the window can’t help you I guess she is just there for appearance. It was finally my turn and we sat for 2 minutes waiting for someone to help us even though there was a girl in the window totally ignoring us. Finally someone came on the speaker (not the girl that is at the window that I could have reached my hand out and touched her)just to tell us the medicine wasn’t ready and we should come back. We said no we don’t live close by so the lady said we can’t block the drive through so we should park and they would bring it out in 15 minutes. The drive through was slower than molasses on a hot day. Horrible experience I will never go there again. 😡😡😡 we got our prescription back and left
VERY RUDE pharmacy employee and store manager.Store was busy but verbal assault is not excused.Tell everyone NEVER GO TO THIS CVS, no one deserves to be treated that way.
I guess just to want to know why I went thru the whole cvs pharmacy policy and no where dose it say anything about returns at night yet they denied my return at night because it was night?
Lady Pharmacist is rude sadistic and deserves to loose her job 2.5 stars because she doesnt know how to act like a human being purposely messes up scripts for fun even when doctors call
The timeliness and communication from this stores pharmacy is utterly poor. I had two prescriptions from my dental surgery at 10:20 am. I called the store at 2:30 because they hadnt shown the scripts online or in work. They claimed they didnt have them. I called the dentist and they said they would double check. At 4:00 I called the dentist back and they said they called them earlier and that after 20 minutes on hold with CVS, the pharmacy confirmed they had the script from a voice message left earlier in the morning. I called the pharmacy and this time the auto answer service confirmed my scripts were in work and would be ready at 9:00 pm. Over NINE Hours to fill a simple antibiotic and ibuprofen prescription... Terribly slow... and to add to my rating, they actually had the prescription on their voice machine from my dentists office when I called them at 2:30, yet they told me they hadnt heard from my doctor. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Im about ready to go back to Walgreens for my regular pharmacy services
I went here for a minute clinic because I felt I had a UTI. The doctor told me she was full but could squeeze me in. She did. I did end up having one and she helped me feel better faster. She was sweet and very kind through everything.
Honestly the worst. The pharmacy literally NEVER answers the phone. Ever. I will pay more at a different pharmacy just to avoid the hassle. It’s a complete joke. CVS needs to fix this. This is not their only location that is clearly under staffed. It’s a nightmare trying to get prescriptions from cvs in general.
I’ve been coming here before COVID because of the location between health providers and home. They never have prescriptions ready when I arrive unless I delay picking up for several days. They need to hire more people since the workers always say they’re understaffed. When leaving the hospital or doctor’s office a patient doesn’t want to have to go back out later to get a prescription, because we’re sick.
Justin in the pharmacy helped me find a product that Walgreens didnt have. He was very kind and professional.
The PHARMACY DEPT IS HORRIBLE! They can’t keep good help, the pharmacy manager on duty is not qualified to assist customers. The pharmacy techs don’t know how to enter insurance information correctly. The entire store is UNDERSTAFFED! If they were not the only 24 hour store on this end of Olive I swear I would never use them. The professionalism at this store is zero to none and they’re slowly moving toward losing their clients!
On hold on phone over 30 mins. Went up there said I needed to pick up 2 perscriptions they sent me home with one and a 5 foot receipt. Never told me only 1. Call when I on hold forever then lady said they were so busy and never got refill from dr called in over a week ago. Then she said I had to contact dr again. I thought the store did that. Very unprofessional. Would give a zero. Would wish my husband would change to a different drug store
It is the busiest CVS in Saint Louis. I have complained to the employees about horrible wait times and poor service. They tell me they know and they are sorry. I complained that they never have the medication that my daughter needs. I end up always having to play find the med here in town. when I complain to them that their service was horribly slow they apologized and said they couldnt help it because management would not hire more people even though they know that this is the busiest store. the only reason he gave them the two is because they have a better selection of some items in Walgreens. Its sad that the management is so bad that the employees feel disheartened even though theyre really nice people.
Two years ago this place rocked, quick, quality pharmacy service. Today they struggle and presently are underwater figuratively. They cant navigate insurance companies and make everything into a 30 minute inquiry before they are ready to even start filling your Rx. Then they take hours to fill it. Maybe its hard to get people to work. Dont know what changed but I would steer away from this location if you can.
Everyone is super friendly and kind. The pharmacy has always been so kind and helpful.
Pharmacy services has dropped significantly over the last 3 months. Wait at window for at least 5 min before they even acknowledge you. Then have to wait longer for them to even come over.I have to come about 4 times a month for mine and wifes meds. I will be switching to Walgreens. Hopefully they have better service.
Yikes. This place has gone downhill in the past year. Ive waited 2 hrs on the phone to talk to someone multiple times when I cant get there physically.
The pharmacy is short staffed and disorganized. No changes from doctors office are received in a timely manner. No customer request is acted upon. Previous insurance required I use CVS. Other locations might be better, but you are wasting you time with Creve Coeur store. Will be seeking a different company to do business with. This place is a hassle.
The customer service in the pharmacy is bad. The staff will lie to you. I was told that they run dual insurance. They don’t they cost me $100.00. I was on hold on several occasions up to 15 min. I was switching my prescription back to Dierbergs at Olive & Ross. Took 25 min on phone to get done. They hung up on me during the process. Dierbergs has wonderful customer service. If you can go there.
I will never drop another prescription off at this CVS again. I called at 4pm to verify that my prescription was ready that was that my doctor office transmitted over at 11:30am. They said no and to give them 30-40min. I show up at 5:30 and the prescription isnt ready. Ridiculous that a person has to suffer through pain and slow service while sick. CVS wont get another dollar from me.
Im always greeted with a hello and warm smile. The store is always fully stocked and clean. The employees are always eager to assist you if needed.Great job Management, keep up the excellent work!!!
The store is always clean and bright. I went in for a dozen eggs (on sale for $.99!) and to pick up a script. The pharmacist suggested a generic which ended up saving me a ton of money. The employees in the store are always helpful and some even know me by name! Such a better (and cleaner) alternative.
I cannot emphasize enough that the pharmacy staff is overworked and understaffed. I have gone days without medication because I’m just waiting for it to be filled. My doctors office once asked for my help in getting a hold of them. The staff does what they can I believe this is a corporate issue- particularly a district management issue. They need to have staff from other stores pick up shifts here...if that’s even possible! I once owned stock in cvs but sold it on moral grounds because they run their pharmacies like a third world sweatshop.
Horrible pharmacy place, called last week to get meds refill for my dad, they said they will have it ship out by Tuesday, Tuesday arrived and no meds, I called in to check the status on it, and they told me no one put in the order 😑 so my dad did not receive his med and he is a transplant patient. Which could be really dangerous if he misses his meds, also with this whole cronovirus pandemic going in it is dangerous going to the hospital at this time. I would not recommend cvs to anyone.
The pharmacy here is an absolute joke. Just spent 35 minutes sitting in line for 4 cars. Then I pull up to the window and wait for 15 mins for an attendant to come up. And now they tell me that they dont have anything ready. This was a waste of 50 mins of my time. Every time I come here I have a terrible experience with either techs being completely unprofessional, equipment/system not working, or just taking forever to get anything. And now they said wait and its been another 10 minutes...
On 3/24/20, tue, I visited the cvs. I bought 3 pairs socks, the sign says 3/$10. At the check out, there was a table blocking the counter. There were three clumsy signs stand on the table that can barely stand on its on. All I know that it was hard to reach the machine to use my credit card during the check out because of he table. Once I Walked out of store, I immediately realized the socks was over price and charged: there were, $3.99, $4.99, $3,99.I returned to the store and explained to the cashier/manager? that the socks were overcharged. I told here unless there are 3/$10, I don’t want them. She told me she can’t take merchandise back because it has left the store. I told here I did not touch the merchandise that “she has touch then put it in my bag”. She insisted that she would not give me the refund then point a sign somewhere by the counter that I did not even know there was such new sign about return policy since I was not being informed by the new policy nor can I see the sign because of table. If there is a new policy in place then I should be informed prior to purchase. I demand for refund or partial refund. I have been off wrk for two weeks and I don’t like what cvs is doing to their customers.
This pharmacy is awful. I had to switch from Walgreens because of insurance and I will now find another approved pharmacy to use. They do not answer the phone at all. I was on hold for 45 minutes before I hung up and drove to the store. I had a new prescription and they just tried to check me out without even asking for the insurance information. When I told them I had my insurance card for them they seemed annoyed that I wanted it applied! My doctor called the prescription in at 2pm and it was not ready until 7pm. When I pulled up to the window of the drive thru the employees were pretty much screwing around while is at there for a good 5 minutes before they acknowledged me. This CVS really needs to reevaluate their selection of employees.
The staff is very friendly! This pharmacy is one of the best that Ive been to. Not only are they open 24 hours, but they are well educated and are able to answer any questions I may have. Anytime a prescription of mine has been called in, it has been ready in less than 30 minutes.I am especially grateful for this location after the events of today - I came in to pick up some antibiotic ear drops, I was prepared to pay at least $100....I was shocked when my total was less than $60. After I paid and left, I look at the bag my prescription was in and was pleasantly surprised with what I saw. Someone wrote a note saying that they applied a coupon for me - without that coupon my total would have been $225! If an employee of that pharmacy reads this - THANK YOU!! You have a loyal customer in me. I would highly recommend that everyone gives this location a chance, I dont think you will be disappointed!UPDATE: I dont know what has happened in the last year, but this pharmacy has seemingly gone downhill. Trying to get a human on the phone is almost impossible. I have currently been on hold for over an hour - I need a prescription status update ASAP and their automatic system will not answer it. But no one will pick up the line. Whenever I have been there in person, especially the last few months, they will continue their personal conversations while the call waiting alert goes off for minutes on end (and no one is rushing to pick it up). I cant help but wonder if thats what is happening right now as Im waiting for anyone to pick up. I am strongly considering transferring my prescriptions to a more reliable pharmacy. The open 24 hour perk runs out when its like pulling teeth to get answers and updates on important prescriptions. I can no longer recommend this pharmacy....changing my rating from 5/5 to 1/5.
Wendy in the pharmacy was very helpful in attempting to get my blood pressure medicine refilled.
The staff are professional yet friendly, courteous and kind to assist you in any way that is necessary from the pharmacist to the general manager and the rest of the staff personnel. This CVS is excellent! Thank you
If you decide to call the pharmacy, good luck getting through. I’m constantly on hold and even was on hold for the entire 30 minute drive it took me to get to the cvs. By the time I arrived, it seemed like there was no reason they couldn’t answer the phone. It wasn’t busy at all. Now when I walk in to pick up my prescription, I notice the phone ringing off the hook and not a single employee even bothering to pick it up. It literally confuses me. If you’re just messing around with the computer, what’s so difficult about picking up the phone and taking a quick call? I don’t think the staff understands anything about multi tasking and certainly has learned to tune out the ringer that is constantly going off. I definitely need to find a different cvs near my house. This one should be convenient as it’s right down the road, but you’ll never get a hold of them.
I had a really great and fast experience. What seemed like the Supervisor or manager was really friendly. Who would know a small conversation would flip my day around after having a stressful day at work.
Do not go to the store if you can help it. I wish I could give them a zero. They are very understaffed so it is not the fault of the employees in the store. At one point they did not have one of my prescriptions in stock nor did any of the other Cvs locations. The Schnucks on Spoede and Olive had it. It took three months for Cvs to finally Have it back in stock. They blast music too loud, there is always a long wait, they harass you if you don’t pick up your prescription on time with text after text, and their prices are extremely high. The only reason I go there is that my insurance forces me too. The insurance covers the drugs at CVS but not at other pharmacies. I just discovered Silverscripts will now cover my prescriptions at Dierbergs so I will be trying Furthermore, CVS has prices on merchandise are extremely high. Walgreens is always cheaper.
They DO NOT answer their phones for anything. That’s an inconvenience and not smart especially when it comes to dealing with the public’s medication. Now they’ll just have to hear from me in person and it won’t be pretty.
Poor service this locationWaiting timeHe said come after half hr ready for pickI came after 3 hr he said not ready yet
I have held on the phone for pharmacy for over 30 minutes. So bad that I have driven to the store while on hold and handed my phone to the store man. Their customer service is non-existent.
I came in with a prescription from the urgent care next door that would have cost over $100 and Jessica behind the counter called them to get a slightly different prescription for less than $10! I dont need meds often so Im glad someone was there to help me. Give Jessica a raise 👏👏👏
Do not use this pharmacy if you’re in any hurry whatsoever. Employees are rude and they will lie to you and tell you that your your prescription is almost ready when they haven’t even began to fill it yet – this after the prescription had been called in four hours earlier. Also, when you call it is not unusual be left on hold for 25 minutes – yes I purposefully wanted to see how long it would take and gave up after 25 minutes!!!!
Went in to only buy a quick gallon of milk, all the gallons were covered in a gross layer of dark flakes and dirt from the dirty and uncleaned beverage cooler shelves. The floor of the cooler was also very dirty with what looked like spilled and melted and refrozen ice cream. Staff was also not friendly. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
The story of what I have experienced is very similar to the story of arresting two African American men at Starbucks for trespassing. The only exceptions are that I have a Middle Eastern background and I have not been arrested, instead, I’ve been denied filling my prescription medication by the pharmacist name Kelsey and have been asked to leave “Her drug store” on the evening of February 19th, 2019. As a TA I try not to be biased when it comes to rating, but I would really rate them one star. I have deducted four stars. One for unprofessionalism. One for lack of the pharmacist’s knowledge of drugs and dosage. One for profiling the patients and one for store cleanness.
Very horrible experience at this location!!!. I shopped at this store the last week in March 2019 to make a few purchases after work. I am a professional dark brownskin American and always neatly dressed. I could not understand why I was followed around the store by a very poorly dressed white male maybe late 30s to 40s about 61 height 230 pounds ++ (give or take) wearing a light lime green colored shirt (that was barely tucked in) with black pants and a row of keys clipped to his pants... I later found out that this guy could have been the evening store manager. He made a few trips from the key coded door located at the side of the store and followed me around the store with a suspicious look on his face and when. I walked towards him to assure him that I am inside of the store shopping to get items but I noticed that and walked back to the storage area.**CVS can you please educate your staff how to treat customers and not profile idividuals. I will be more than happy to review the security video cam with CVS to prove that there was absolutly no reason to profile me.
They easily transferred my script from one store to another. I don’t get this easy service with their competitor-Ever. Thank You!
The website is inaccurate, it says they have masks available but they dont have. No face masks in pharmacies and stores in St. Louis
Happy to have an option other than Walgreens. Nice store. Reasonably friendly staff. Drive through pharmacy.
The pharmacist always helps me get a good deal on my meds with available coupons, which has saved me quiet a bit. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to.
Pharmacy is always helpful and timely
The pharmacy is Very understaffed and SUPER RUDE employees. They won’t take the time to bother with anything extra to help customers and are completely annoyed if you ask. Do yourself a favor and go down the street to Walgreens!
Horrible. Go somewhere else! Showed up at 4:45PM they close at 5:30. It says online walk ins welcome. They turned me away and I need antibiotics. The nurse is more worried about her personal schedule than her customers health.
The pharmacy is horrible. They ignore the phone calls hoping you give up and hang up. Spent 30 min waiting for them to pick up. Ridiculous.
Brutal! Waited for 30 mins after the tech said it would be ready in 5 min. After 30 mins I checked and she was like. Omg. It’s been ready and I forgot to call you. Didn’t even apologize. Then! She rang it up without my insurance and I had to wait another 20 mins for the correct price. On a z pack and inhaler. Oh. Heres the kicker. The computer would not recognize the inhaler and she had to call. I said charge me full price I left, sick and tired. Literally. CVS. IF YOU REALLY CARE ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS TAKE A MINUTE TO REVIEW MY CASE.
Donna is very friendly and helpful. We are quite new to the area and its awesome that we have encountered someone like her.
Pharmacist Wendy is very rude and dismissive. She acts as if she is a physician and has delusions of grandeur.
Completely incompetent. Have given us wrong prescription on multiple occasions and refuses to accept responsibility for failure of service.
Pharmacy tech was very rude when checking me out today. I wanted to ask her if I had done something to offend her but instead I just left it alone. There are way to many other pharmacies out there and I will not be going to this one anymore.
Pharmaceutical techs vary from Ms.. Mumbles or Mr. Motor Mouth. When did giving the customer the courtesy of being spoken to slowly and clearly become unnecessary? ?When did it become a burden? Who put these people in the position of speaking to customers?.....Eveytime I ask if scripts are due during an out of town period, the answer always is yes. But, you are never correct. NEVER! Worse, the insane phone reminders/texts for the scripts you originally claimed werent due while Im away from home/out of the country cant be answered. You just keep sending me more. Contempt of your customers is daily fare@ CVS. You have competition, you should train your employees not to give your competition more customers. Look into that!
The only reason this CVS gets two stars is because not everyone works in the pharmacy. Horrible experience!!!
The pharmacy is horrible. Always a long line. It always takes them several days to fill an RX, even though their website says it will be ready in a couple hours. This place should be shutdown.
Really long wait times at the pharmacy. Theyre really overworked with not enough help.
Employees are always very helpful
BEST PHARMACY EVER!
Not the greatest. The cashier was talking on the phone.
Not even worth calling to this location.Absolutely trash pharmacy.
Tampers with prescription
