Abby took my order for my daughters second birthday. The shirts were ready in 48 hours. Amazing! I took the shirts home and unfortunately one didn’t fit right. I called and spoke with Abby and asked if they had an exchange policy, I was willing to pay for a new shirt at full price no problem. She let me come back to the store and try on a bigger size and then made it for me on the spot! She completely saved my outfit! I would definitely recommend Big Frog for all of your custom t-shirt needs.

This location has a knowledgeable staff, and a very quick turn around time. My husband is a Transformers collector and regularly attends a toy show in Bridgeton. For our anniversary, I decided to accompany him for the first time to the show, but wanted to make it even more special. So I went to Big Frog to have them make us specialized shirts. My husbands shirt said The Handsome Transformers Collector and mine said If lost, please return to The Handsome Transformers Collector. They turned out perfectly and we received a lot of compliments at the toy show.

This is the best place where you can get get your t shirt printed at a reasonable price. The quality of the t shirts are totally worth the bucks and the print also stays put after couple washes. I used it as Father’s Day shirt print for both my child and my husband and they loved it. The people working here are also very helpful and their 24 hour turn around is great! Highly recommended

Buyer be ware! Were pretty disappointed with Big Frog. I would have given two stars but they did turn our project around fairly quickly, the price wasnt outrageous and the ordering process wasnt bad.And thats where my compliments end. The finished product was such a bummer.We ordered light gray shirts that turned out taupe and our very nuanced design was applied incredibly shoddily. The spacing and sizing of the graphic was incredibly inconsistent, and our direction for placement on the back was completely ignored. We were hoping to have a simple yet impressive looking shirt but instead we got sloppy, amateurish work.When I asked what we could do to fix this issue, they waited to respond until an hour before our event so it was obviously too late for reprinting. My request for a partial refund was also refused.Use caution and dont pay for anything until youre sure its exactly what you ordered.

Needed a shirt printed in about a week. Anna was able to provide assistance throughout the process. It was a little shaky on if they were going to be able to provide what I needed, but Anna asked me to come into the store over my lunch and we would figure everything out. I was able to pick out another option and she printed it immediately! The whole process took less than 15 minutes. Anna was very sweet and honest with me the entire process.

Big Frog St. Louis has been a fabulous company for our theater production T-shirts! The employees are helpful with shirt suggestions and getting the work done in the quickest way possible-because I am often ordering at the last minute! I even receive a call when the shirts are ready! Big Frog has processed last-minute orders during my show week several times, thank goodness...amazing service, and the orders have been perfect!

I needed custom vests imprinted for a themed tradeshow booth and could not have been more pleased with Big Frog! They were quick, professional, inexpensive, and very courteous throughout the whole process. After the first one, they called me to tell me they were worried about the design because there was a very small smudge (our fault completely - we hand sewed the vests and didnt pick a 100% cotton material so the ink didnt absorb right away). I was very pleased that they were concerned enough to call me to let me know about this concern. The vests ended up looking awesome (you cant even see said smudge) and I will definitely be using them for all my future ink-jet printing needs!

Big Frog did a ~*~ fabulous ~*~ job printing our school team spirit shirts. The designer used the ideas from the kids and created perfect art reflecting their requests. The order was printed ahead of schedule and they were even able to accommodate a few last minute orders that were turned in late. We only needed standard shirts for our order but I was amazed by the selection of custom apparel available when I was in the store.

Trisha was great to work with and gave me some great suggestions for a variety of products I wanted to order. She was very supportive in putting together my images as I had pictured!! Ive already recommended the shop to other friends in need of print services.

They are absolutely amazing!! I use them all the time and they only messed up once and they reprinted free of charge. They help you design it and with every step. Most recently I had an emergency and needed 100 shirts in 2 days and they did not fail. 200/10!!!

I see good reviews but I’m not sure why? I tried to get a rush order done of about 30-40 white shirts and they wouldn’t even send an invoice with an amount so I could get a check cut - I see 24 hour service plastered everywhere and this would’ve been 76 hours as I see they’re opened on Saturdays. I received emails very late at night from someone named Sonja, responding like it was a text message which I did not like “ohhhhhhhh” and “lol”s. I got a missed call while in a business meeting the morning that I requested the shirts to be picked up, three days after my original email, but by the time I was out, they wouldn’t be able to print anyways. Very unhappy and will not recommend them to anyone. How do you expect business if you can not give a price?

Professional, creative staff, quality product and great prices! I was ready to purchase our tee shirts from an on-line competitor, but decided to check out Big Frog. I am so happy I did as I got to touch the shirts first to feel the quality, work directly with a designer and they beat the on-line price! I was very happy with the end product and definitely would use Big Frog again!

Would not recommend this company to anyone. We ordered about 500 shirts, and when we went to pick them up, they were not all there. We are STILL missing over a hundred shirts because they said they would call when they were done...never did. They would not grant a refund. Last time I called, they couldnt even remember which ones we didnt receive. I have worked with a lot of t-shirt companies and this is by far the worst.

Big Frog did a great job getting our Scuba Crew shirts ready for a week in the Florida Keys, in spite of some issues from a vendor. The design was great, the shirts were high quality, and they were able to get everything to me on time. I will recommend that all of our Crews go to them for their shirts.

Big Frogs shirts always come out looking great, just the way I wanted them. The colors are long-lasting...we still wear shirts from three and four seasons past! I love the quick turnaround, and the great customer service, too.

After reading the positive reviews, I decided to visit this location. I was disappointed by the customer service I received. The sales girl acted as if she wasnt able to answer any of my questions, and the two other employees didnt bother to help her or me. Too bad - they blew a rather large future order.

To my disappointment my experience was very poor because of the customer service. My designer acted like she didnt want my business. I paid for my order in full up front. She didnt use the design specifications I requested. Also I had to initiate all the communication. She took days to email me. When I asked for specific proofs on designs she never emailed those proofs. After the lack of quality I went there and collected the shirt I left there for another order I placed and wont be back.
