Mike is really patient, knowledgeable, and treats everyone with respect. Mike took the time to really help me identify the perfect color for my room and was patient when the sample colors werent quite right. In the end, we found the color that was perfect for my kitchen. Thank you Mike! Ill be back in for the next room I overhaul!

Jacqueline went above and beyond to help me get the custom ceiling paint that my painters had used and that I needed to to do some repair work after I replaced a few lights. She took it upon herself to contact the painting companys local Sherwin-Williams store to get the recipe, produced the paint and called me once she was done to pick it up. Not only did I get my custom color with no wait time and a big smile from Jacqueline but also was she able to work with her manager to provide a significant discount - Jacqueline, you made my day many times over and Ill be happy to come back for any painting and design questions and projects I may have - thanks so much

Worst customer existence Ive ever seen at a Sherwin-Williams. The lady working the counter asked if we needed help and then said shed be right with us 3 diffefent times as we were standing there. We had to repeat what we wanted multiple times while she kept yelling for someone else to get boxes. She also kept jumping between customers so couldnt really help any of them. I hope it was just a bad day at this store.

Workers are professional and friendly. I used their top line Emeraldcrushed ice satin for my bedroom. Its the best quality paint I have ever met.I used 2gallons for 2coat and it looks AMAZING!

My experience at this Sherwin Williams store was top notch. The sales associate, Stephanie Nygun (not sure of spelling) was truly one of the best! She was knowledgable about the product and when she wasnt sure about something, she didnt pretend to be, she knew where to look for helpful information. Her level of gracious professionalism stood out to me enough to write this review. She made the process of picking out the proper paint for several projects enjoyable.

Poor customer service and bad information shared about the paint. Stopped in because of the sale, get what youre looking for sometimes. Wont return. Will stick with The Home Depot.
