Fast service. I also went to this store because they did not force me to wear a mask. As a vaccinated person I always look for stores that do not force mask wearing. The store in Florissant not only requires it but is very rude.

The premises of this place were always quite pleasant and fast. But today the girl who served me was very disrespectful and behaved quite arrogantly. Guys, watch your employees. Its good if they are more friendly.

Guy behind the counter on two occasions tried to charge for packaging on an Amazon return. Clearly stated within the return email to drop off the return and the UPS store will take care of packing and shipping. Not sure if this guy is poorly trained or just scamming people out of a few bucks.

Make sure you do the shipping online before going to the store. This store has higher rates than what is listed online and neither ups or the store will alter the price after the label is printed.

Complaint: UPS store staff tried to recruit me, a customer, to join his multi level marketing scheme (MLM)Service: Well done, fast.3 starsOn a sunny, slightly chilly friday, I had just moved out of my childhood home of 30 years only half an hour before arriving at UPS.  My purpose, to drop off two spectrum internet boxes for return, grab a receipt and go.  A  UPS staff member greeted me, he weighed the boxes. While weighing the boxes he asked, how is my life? - I was slightly thrown off, as the question is not the typical how is your day going - so i asked what do you mean and he mentioned, well life and your work (from home) - i mentioned i actually live in thailand and work asia hours.  He finished weighing, gave me the receipt and the transaction was complete. I moved away from the counter to the counter nearby the door to record the receipt information on my phone.  As I was recording the information, the UPS staff member came out from the service counter, walked over to my table and said I have a business idea you should take back to thailand - I looked up with suspicion and curiosity what will the this proposition from a UPS staff member for me be to bring to the kingdom of thailand...he said, and i am paraphrasing, you can bring together other people, and convince them to buy products from the products you purchased and they will convince others under them to buy those products.. i immediately stopped him and exclaimed oh so its an MLM (multi level marketing) and the UPS staff member said YES! - he asked am i interested and i politely turned him down.   For a second i thought to myself, do i save this poor brainwashed mains soul and tell him to be careful or refer him to john olivers video on multi level marketing? - and i thought nah, not worth the discussion, i have other places to be.If this was any person on the street I would dismiss this encounter. However as someone representing UPS, someone on duty servicing customers for UPS - he probably should not pitch to customers while on duty at UPS. And if this is his behavior to complete strangers coming into the store - oh gosh I only could imagine how often he has pitched MLM his colleagues, further sucking peoples financial lives down the hole or creating a toxic environment by pestering customers or colleagues.Someone please save his soul from further brainwashing.

The best customer service around. Go here, and get these people a raise, UPS! They are so patient and dropoff/services extremely quick.

The best UPS store in the area. They take care of all my company mailing needs. I love my two mail boxes. My company can receive and send fax, packages, print and many other important office needs. Careful, they say they open at 8 am, however Ive shown up at 830 and no one is still there. They also dont carry all of the shipping boxes that are offered by UPS.

They lost my package I wanted to send and cannot find it. They wont tell me that they lost it, just that they cant find it. They charged me 77.00 for my package.
