We needed a new mattress. We went to our local Mattress Firm store and Malcolm assisted us. He was very patient and helpful and assisted us in selecting the correct mattress for our needs. This was done in a minimum amount of time and was a very pleasant experience. We will return to this store in the future.

Montasir was incredibly helpful and personable. We told him our budget and what we were looking for, he showed us a bunch of different options, explained all the differences between the mattresses, which helped us get a better point of reference for what we wanted. Then, when we had a pick in mind, he double checked to see if there was a more affordable option. We felt very well taken care of and never felt pressured or like we were being upsold unnecessarily.

The employee was really nice and did everything possible to help us with our new mattress, she had lots of options to choose from and I was happy with everything, she helped us and made us feel welcomed thanks.

Good selection. Sales staff very knowledgeable. Sales staff really pushed the more expensive items. Didnt show more affordable items. Didnt ask about budget, recommended financing overpriced options. I dont blame the staff, this is the way business is done in america now.Sell you the most expensive item that is way out of what you can afford and convince you its okay with a low monthly payment aka massive debt.

My sales man in cromwell was awesome he hooked me up with a great deal and it was very affordable he actually suggested I not get a certain mattress because it wasnt gonna be good long run havent got the bed yet but if its anything like my in store experience Ill be very happy.

Went to the store to find a new mattress. Montasir was very helpful finding us what we needed. I currently have a Queen Purple Mattress and wanted to upgrade to a King. I looked for a cheaper alternative but couldn’t find one that we liked! We then decided just to get a King Purple Mattress. He gave us a great price and had great spirits! The only unfortunately thing, is it came in yesterday and had a tear in the top of the mattress. I immediately put the mattress protector on it so it didn’t get larger, but other than that it is a fantastic bed!

The salesperson that took care of me at this mattress firm location was phenomenal he was down to earth he was very attentive to the needs of myself as well as my wife he made sure he found something that would fit my budget very direct firm I could tell he has years of experience because he was very good with it he drew me in he made me feel special and he gave me all options that I needed option that would fit my comfort as well as my wifes comfort veterans like this is what keeps customers coming around willing to sell any deal....

I previously posted a negative review about this store, but after receiving a call from Shaan, our associate, I do feel that the experience has bettered. Delivery was quick and efficient and they will help you even if things dont go right the first time around. By the sounds of the other reviews, it sounds like our experience may have just been an outlier.

Bought 2 mattresses for my kids with no issues at the West Street Cromwell location. Went back 2 months later & bought myself a king mattress which I was told I could exchange if it was uncomfortable. I received a call when they were at my house that they couldnt take my mattress because they found a mark on the side the size of my fingernail which you had to hold a bright light up to to see! (In addition...they throw out the mattress you exchange per CT law so why would there even be an issue?!) The sales person apologized for not telling me they can not take back a mattress with any stains or marks & even he couldnt see the stain when I showed him pictures! He said corporate losses money on any exchanges so this was not uncommon!.

Shaan was very helpful and friendly. He helped my husband and I find the perfect mattress for us at a great price. He took his time and we never felt rushed (I can be very indecisive!) Highly recommended!

I purchased 3 mattresses at this store from Shaan, the store manager. Two for my daughters and one for myself. Shaan is very professional and makes the purchase seamless. I had a great experience at Sleepys (Cromwell, CT). My boyfriend and I went into Sleepys this past weekend just planning to test out some mattresses and figure out pricing. We ended up working with Bob, who was very knowledgable, friendly...and funny! He first asked us a variety of questions about our budget, sleeping patterns and positions before recommending several options for us to try. He then let us try multiple mattresses, for as long as we liked, and checked in with us after each mattress to get our feedback. Based on our feedback, his recommendations were able to get more specific to what would be best for us. We found a mattress we loved, and at a decent price point for our budget. We decided to get the mattress right then and there! Bob was great in helping us with financing as well. I highly recommend going here if youre looking for a new mattress. The staff there is very nice, honest, and knowledgable, which is great when youre investing in something you definitely want to last for a long time.

Shaan and Kevin hooked me up. I walked in, told them how much I had, told them what I wanted and they found a way to make it work. Dope ass pillow top, box spring, and frame for $400. DON’T GO TO CROMWELL MATTRESS FIRM(Cromwell, CT)THE STORE MANAGER WAS NOT GOODThose guys are lies like anything. They sold us damaged mattress and used box spring, such a irritating purchase.LET Me tell u my experienceWe went to newington store before day of purchase at Cromwell, they r super good they told us they don’t have brand new ones, they have only display pieces, So we dropped. Next day we went to Cromwell, price was decided and they told us everything is brand new, they put the mattress in u-haul and the box spring we purchased was gray but they tried to give black without asking us, they said that the company stopped gray color After the payment. After thatThey told us there is brand new brown available at newington and we compromise for brown and went there, but that is not new it is a display piece, we compromise and took it and came home, because we took u-haul.we found the mattress was ripped off at center of the back .The outside plastic bag was didn’t ripped but the inside mattress was ripped that means the mattress was ripped off before they repack into the bag.AGAIN we went back to store and asked for return but they stared bargain,They’re offered $30 price reduction to sell that ripped mattress and used base, we didn’t compromiseAGAINThey send us to weathers field and it worked they gave us both brand new ones.THIS WHOLE PROCESS TOOK 4 HOURS AND THE U-haul CHARGE IS $45Such a bad purchase I never did in my 5 Years of usa life.This is first bed I want to buy for my daughter but they made it mess and hurted our feeling by forcing us to take damaged items.
