Great place with great places always a great experience.

Fresh veggies and fruits. Have a wide variety of foods both fresh and frozen. As well as some good household items.

I only go there for halal meat which is like Halal chicken and Halal turkey ground and I never found it very disappointed

Im a regular.Lots of the workers are teens/college kids, but dont let that stop u. They are friendly, bored, and fun. They know the layout, and will help any dude/dudette in need.

Great prices especially on produce and chicken

Ive always liked going here over the nb location. Even when working at a restaurant in nb I would drive out here if we ran out of anything. I also shop here for my family. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh and last a good amount of time and cant beat the price. Also the meat has great prices too! And is of good quality. Whats better is the staff is so much more friendlier than the nb location.

I grocery shop with coupons and what do ya know Price Rite cromwell doesnt just have there own coupons but also they take manufacturer coupons as well! So if u want to make ur shopping experience cheaper and a clean, organized store and cheap low prices then shop here!!

Less crowded than other local supermarkets, fast self checkout area often no lines, great prices on produce and dry goods, good selection of dairy and deserts, convenient location

There is something wrong when you have 3 employees standing in your front line texting and having a gab fest while your customers are scanning doing your employees jobs on a required self check out since non of the 3 are behind a register serving your customers. I get the new technology but when your employees treat their customers like we are a bother to ask them a question or ask for a bag to bag our groceries maybe you should just lay them off. What a waste...

Besides produce, the entire store is a logistical nightmare. There are some cereals in produce, some in the cereal aisle, and some on the end caps by dairy. Pickles are in 3 different locations. ACT 2 popcorn boxes? Regular is in the frozen snacks section, extra butter is over by the front entrance (opposite sides of the store.) It seems like the store has allowed specific vendors to pair their products together in aisles, rather than establishing a coherent product map. Employees were all very helpful in finding the products, but you feel like youre bothering them while theyre stocking. There are no floating employees assigned with helping guests. Checkout computer systems also appear to be 2nd hand from a different store. Youre prompted to enter your loyalty card or number... But the employees will tell you one does not exist. Very strange for a store that had a very public Grand Reopening and New Beginning recently. Its very frustrating, and off putting shopping here. I keep trying, but finally concluded their systems are broken

The staff is so nice! The store is clean. And you can tell they work hard to keep it that way. Walmart is across the street. I always choose you guys.

We enjoy it because of it has a more local feel. The fruit and vegetables selection is varied and sometimes in great shape and other times not so great.

Whom ever was the manager on this evening was rude and unprofessional.He acted as if someone was going to steal the produce I purchased.I truly felt offended. I thought this store was much better then the NB Store and boy was I wrong!

Best grocery store ever! I spend 100 bucks on what would cost easily 300 at Stop and Shop! Clean, big, great deals, brands names and generics. Bring you own bag or buy a large one for 17 cents but thats everywhere now in CT. Great lunch meat and cheese deals too!

Low prices, went up a little with the renovation but then stabilized. A great store. They have a lot of great veggies greens and a good meat selection.

Since they reset the Stores you had less choice and variety. Its the only grocery store I go to. The produce department is great. Stores are extremely clean and the employees are always nice, helpful and courteous. Prices are affordable but they need to bring back Goya products and ethnic foods.

Great place 4 (non)perishable food and is a great alternative to Wal Mart across the street although Wal-Mart is 24 hr. And this is not. Only wish is they had a deli counter for fresh sliced cheese n lunch meats (they have store brand and name brand pre-sliced deli cheese n some meat but cant beat fresh sliced on the spot to order)

Ginnie Cruz hit the nail on the head. Fantastic store, but they keep changing the product locations. Its a great sales technique to keep you from just running in to quickly grab something, then running out. This way youll spend more time looking for the new location of your product and in the process see everything else. Maybe buy more than just what you came for. But most stores do that to some extent, but these guys are really good at it. Theres been a major face-lift recently. Opened up everything. Wow, beautiful for a grocery store.Cant believe the change. Youd better check it out.!!

This store has been around for quite some time i frequent here because it has reasonable prices. The only thing that it does not carry is Halal choice products...that caters to the Muslim ☪️ Community

Price Rite is a good grocery store.However, they need to offer more of a selection. If it was modeled after X-Pect Discounts their business would thrive. The store is very clean and organized but needs a larger variety of grocery items. People would grocery shop there and wouldnt have to go across the street to purchase items they didnt have at Price Rite.

This Price Rite really upped its game! The new remodel makes it feel more open. They also got a larger supply of varied products. Its well lit and clean. Avoid going during the first few days of a new month and peak hours.

Always find what I need with reasonable prices, great fresh fruits and vegetables.

Its a nice place to get things on a small budget for dinner..

Price Rite is one of those stores that if you are looking for fresh produce its all about timing. I went today and most was gone or maybe the truck was late. Other than that, I do enjoy this store

I havent been to price Rite in awhile the whole store looks great but not many options for minorities such as certain seasonings and certain Meats that they used to have. I will say I love the self checkout plus the fruits and veggies.

The Cromwell Price rite was very clean and very well organized. as usual, the vegetable and produce items were absolutely priced which is why I go there.

I travel to Cromwell from New Britain to shop at this store because it is much cleaner than the New Britain store, not so crowded and the patrons and employees are much more polite. Parking is usually close to the entrance and I don’t worry much about someone damaging my vehicles or creeps loitering in the park lot. I have watched employees wipe down areas before restocking food which shows they care about cleanliness. Prices are good on essential basic items, compared to other stores. The selection of beef and prices are not the best, but chicken and pork are good. Just like any store avoid it at the first of the month or dinner time or it will be packed. Even at the first of the month the Pajama parade is not as bad as New Britain’s store. Items needed that the store does not stock can usually be found at Walmart across the street which is convenient. The renovation helped improve the shopping experience there.

Pretty good produce section. Bring your own bags. Dont expect variety of choices. The bagging deal is awkward; Aldis has space for you to step aside and bag. Not so here.

Newly cleaned up nice, better orgainized to move around easily an more stock selections but most items prices have gone up to reflect the upgraded store, you can now use you manufacturer coupons too!

This was my first time, ever, in a Price Rite. Wanted to grab a few things on my way home without Bodega prices. Very little selection with inferior produce and a ton of off brand boxed goods.Easy parking, and not busy, but dirty feeling from the moment you touch the greasy cart and walk onto the unkempt tile floor. Huge aisles, likely because they dont have much, and narrow cashier lanes, whats with that?Only 2 registers open and slow... Slow... Slow...Will only go there again if my local Bodega burns to the ground.

Very disappointing. They have new self checkouts. Paid by CC. Did not get a receipt and claimed I didnt pay. They rang me up again.. and I had to pay...again. The amount was withdrawm twice from my account. Price Rite mentioned they would make good if this happened.. but it should have occurred in the first place. If you get new equipment it should be thoroughly tested first.

A great store,friendly & helpful. Just ask. I live on the shore. We dont have a Price Rite. I always stop here first & usually find 90% of what I need cheap & good. Then the wife will get specific items elsewhere. I spend $90 bucks a week. Walmart would be $130. The others forget it $150. Their brand is also pretty good.
