Kris, Greg and Cindy Gondek,An outfeed accessory may solve only one of our problems- and it does nothing to address the fact that you sold us a printer wildly incompatible with what we do here.1. No label invoice sheets were tested previous to sale process and delivery of printer,although there was no doubt as to what we were using it for and the exact invoice with labels was identified.2. The printer was sold to us as a 3000 page high capacity printer. Label sheets did not feed through the factory supplied 3000 page high capacity drawer, though it was represented to us as functional during the sale process. This drawer was replace with 2 other drawers. Total capacity turned out to be 1,100 sheets.3. The printer was sold to us as a 50 page per minute speed printer during the sale process.That turned out to be 35-36 pages per minute.4. The printer suffered repeated jamming and unusable outfeed performance. Supposedly that can be fixed.We feel strongly that this printer was misrepresented to us by Kris Kniss during the sale process and we want to return it with full refund.
