Was having trouble locating a tracking number for an important package and the UPS shop from which I had shipped it was unclear and short with what information they could provide when I called back. I was getting nervous, so on a whim I called this location instead (Cromwell) in hopes that maybe someone could shed some light. I ended up speaking with Brian who, without having anything to do with the initial shipping whatsoever, went out of his way to help me locate my information during a very busy part of the day. Not only did he locate it when I first called, HE actually called ME back, after store hours, to let me know it was now active and visible in the overall system.If I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to ship something from this location I probably would. When I told my wife she mentioned her Mom drives from Hartford just to ship from here. You guys are the best, thanks again Brian!

This owner over charges for packages, they are scammers. Do a review on this on Google and many complaints for overcharging! Filing on BBB!

Due to a temporary mobility issue, I called ahead to explain my need and ask for their assistance. Personnel was kind and understanding on the phone and also on the day of my arrival. An associate came to my car to collect 3 packages, went inside to scan the codes, and returned with my receipts. In these challenging times, cromwell UPS store personifies the poster I see in peoples’ yards— Be Kind. Thank you Brian and staff!

On 1/13/21 prior to going into the store, I called and spoke with an employee name Delmys. Ms. Delmys was very knowledgeable and courteous in providing information both over the phone and in person. She exemplified patience and persistent after getting two busy signals before the fax finally went through. Ms. Delmys is definitely an asset to the store.

Friendly staff definitely willing to go out of their way to help you get your items shipped I shipped a lot of stuff for eBay through this store and they even helped with boxes and labels and making sure that the boxes were secure Ive been to places that do not do that

Staff literally will take no responsibility and will not help when packages are delayed. The young man there is always nice; the woman there is literally no help and quite rude

I want to give a shout out to Liz at the Cromwell, CT store. Liz is truly gifted in customer service. Today I had some complicated returns, and I was having a difficult time accessing codes on my phone, my battery was dying, etc. Liz was patient, professional, competent, and still worked quickly, helping other needy customers while I struggled with my phone. But she kept coming back to me, and got it done! Thank you, Liz!!

I came here in the middle of a road trip and the staff specifically Brian was extremely helpful and wonderful. Despite a few screw ups on my part they stayed after they were closed to help me out. It was a great experience.

This store is fantastic and I thought it high time to write a review. I have been a box holder here for a number of years and every time I walk in the store, they greet me by name and I have come to know them by name too! I use them for shipping as well and never had a problem. Yes they charge you to box up your items and package them, yes its going to be more than if you did it yourself but they have to make a living too and their rates are not unreasonable. I ship a lot of high end stuff so the quality shipping is important for me. I have been to other UPS Stores and by far this one is the best. Great job!

Three days my package went onto a truck for delivery and three days in a row in went back without being delivered; the last time citing poor weather which was not even present.

Overbilled me by shipping my item in 2 boxes rather than the intended one. never got a receipt for the package fees then the antique sent was severely destroyed and now I have to fight to get my money back for insurance, shipping and crating. What ever happened to, we ship it, we guarantee it? Very very upset.

Staff are friendly but I didnt give it a 5 stars because I went there to get a letter notarized and the person did not hand signed the letter and it was not considered notarized .
