I would give 0 stars if i could. i went into this location yesterday to get assistance with fixing my outgoing calls as when i switched to the tmobile sim my calls went out to some folks as unknown/private ..... MARIO took my phone and restored it to factory settings without asking me for permission. i lost a ton of my photos and thankfully had a backup from the night before at 1:09 AM that I trying to restore to after spending at least 6 hours trying to fix my settings that had been messed up. I will switch to verizon if these new problems dont resolve themselves. I am so mad. Nuwave wireless is TRASH.

Your cross Lanes stores has some of the most rudest workers I have ever seen. I have been trying to get my sign up bonus for 7 months. You cannot even get a hold of any kind of management including the district manager. I feel that I ha e been lied to by this store manager (Mario).
