Love Manager Tucker, If not for him I would not go there. They have a broadband alert that immigrants can get the same phone I paid for for $400 they get a phone for five dollars. Stinks but my manager couldn’t help with the upper men say

Great store and service but I am still having problems with my connections.. phone is great.. but I was trying to change numbers from Canada to US.. still not working well.

After 4 years of having cricket service I got the best experience from the Crossville TN store!! Every time Ive ever went into a store to do something with my account it has taken over an hour but they took care of what i needed in less than 30 min!! Explained everything to me really well. Id advise anyone to go there thats looking for a great deal and wonderful customer service!! Keep up the great work!!

Service sucks in the glades.

On a famous road trip with my father we realized he lost his dang phone. 100 miles from home, so I Googled his carrier and found a local store. We went in and I explained what had happened and the clerk was more than helpful. She replaced his old phone and went above and beyond to get him a good deal. And trust me he can be a pain to put up with, but she put up with him. 30 minutes and he left with a new phone and was very happy with all she did for him. This is a good store and the staff there is great. IOh funny the next day the old phone was found in a store at Muddy Pond. We are going on another road trip back up to get it.

The crew here are great. They are very knowledgeable, and actually care if you have a problem. They are quick to fix the problems. The manager is very professional and still you can see honest concern and willingness to help. She is the reason I changed to Cricket.

The Cricket Store is not able to to access anyones account with out them present in the store, which is understandable. You have to call the 1800 cricket (274-2538) number if you want any info on your account outside of the store. The staff are all very qualified (with military grade experience) and knowledgeable about cell phones and store policies. They run off AT&T towers, be aware.

When you go into this store the staff is friendly, yes, but make sure when they tell you they are doing something FOR YOU that it IS IN FACT actually done so you do NOT have to go and fix a problem that should have already been fixed. I live 2 hours away, was in town, decided to stop in. Nice enough people, but i ended up having to call customer service and go into the store in my area because they didnt process what was supposed to have been taken care of in the first place. So i have paid double for something i didnt have to in the first place. Thanks.

Friendly staff. They also have frequent sales on phones. Until 3-28-18 they are celebrating 19 year anniversary with awesome phones for $19 when you bring your phone number to Cricket. Cricket uses AT&T towers.

They resolved my situation . Thats great that they care of the recovery of the customer.

The manager is the one that help me with getting the Moto e5 she was awesome very friendly I brought my little kids in with me and there very wild and drawing on the walls with crowns and she was fine with that

Terrible customer service, plus the staff seems a bit incompetent. I know a lot more than they do about their own products and services. Ill just do my business online and not waste my time in the store.

Okay I have Cricket service and Ive been with them for years but their service compared to Arizona I mean the staff sucks here in Tennessee they are not knowledgeable they work you for the money when in Arizona you go in there and they know their stuff they help you and they dont overcharge you for not out to make a buck off you they work with you and they are out to make sure you stay with the company and to get your business they want to keep you with Cricket and they will do anything to make sure you dont transfer to boost or PC Metro
