I went to the vision center to get my first pair of glasses. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. That was on a Wednesday evening and I got my glasses Saturday morning. So I am a very happy customer. Good job!

I just started working here recently and so far I love it. The workers, managers, and team leads are very helpful, kind, and understanding. Some people have worked there so long they can stock 11 hrs worth of freight in a single shift which is mind blowing to me at starter point. Ive seen some very hard and dedicated workers and only hope to learn from them to get to their level soon. We try our best to upkeep the store to customer satisfaction. Definitely loving it here so far.

I bought 2 new Tires for my drive wheels. For $10 each; they offer blowout protection for the lifetime of the tires. And they offer free balancing as well. I forgot if they charged me for that. I think it was part of the protection plan. Anyway... the prices were reasonable and it didnt take them very long to do it. The mechanic was excellent! He did a fast and thoroughly professional job.

I worked at Walmart for three years. Worst three years of my life. I used to love it when I started working there. But then mangers and csms treated me like trash. They don’t care about their employees that’s why there’s no cashiers. Because they all quit because of bad management. My self esteem went down and I felt like I wasn’t good enough to work there. They need to fire these mangers and do better! What would Sam Walton say about this? But anyways I work at Kroger’s now and I absolutely love it it’s better for my metal Heath.

Amazing workers. Did a 34 here, they allow truck parking. You have to park your truck at far end of parking like end of rows. My experience was very pleasant here. #truckparking.

Once again, Wal-Mart showes their stupidity and unwillingness to put their customers first. I tried to send money to a friend and they denied me due to my ID had the corner broken off. Wow, really Wal-Mart? So evidently because of a very small piece of my ID was missing from the corner, they couldnt tell that it was me. What kind of fraud could I be trying to commit when Im the one handing over the cash. Maybe we should require Wal-Mart to show ID before we give them money

It’s so hit and miss at this Walmart. I needed to get something in electronics and it took them 35 minutes to get to me. I had cold stuff in my buggy I told them to put back Bc it was going to be bad when we finally would get it to the house. There’s a guy (in the black shirt on his phone) who works here but can’t cash me out I suppose. He’s on his phone and cashing other people out but can’t help me. This is so agitating.

I enjoy shopping at walmart, I like most employees there also, I trust the pharmacy.Most always find the items I need.Shopping of morning hours check out is had more quickly.

An above average Walmart. Staff is very pleasant and willing to help. The store is clean, shelves are well stocked and the building is a comfortable temperature. The universal staff shortage is evident in checkout.

Extremely clean and well organized which is not always the norm for a Walmart so I truly appreciate that. Found everything I needed quickly and was able to spend a few minutes actually “shopping” for some extra stuff. Like the new Ninja XL air fryer which will replace our regular one!!!Thank you. Literally no way to reach a district or area manager to express my concerns - one number I was given is just to the store, other number to a FAX machine (pictured below). Only self checkout was offered today, only 3 people working and running around accommodating everyone. Walmart never updated system to reflect sale price on grapes, something they are notorious for to get more $ from consumers. It’s just disgusting!

Needs a lot of work. Stuff everywhere and employee seem to be gathered in little groups talking and wandering around as if on a group outing.

The staff there are always so helpful! Theyre knowledgable in the stores arrangement and will not only tell you where to find what youre looking for, but often take you there. The self checkout is convenient and easy...attendant always there to help should you need it.

Walmart is awesome! Its one stop shopping and helps to make a hectic life simpler. I picked up a birthday cake I ordered for Mothers day. The Walmart bakery is excellent! Easily competes with cakes bought from bakeries in the past - cakes are delicious!! Thanks for making my life easier!

Auto Care center was very helpful after we had blown a tire on the highway. Fixed it quickly and efficiently and got us back on the road!! Excellent service!!

I like the self check out, seems fastest way to finish your shopping.Seems like they are always sticking shelfs. At times it feels like you have to fight your way down isles. Most of the employees have good attitudes.

DO NOT DO GROCERY PICK UP! They updated the website and it now randomly cancel orders and holds your money for 5-10 days. They know about this issue and its happened for over a month now... they refuse to make needed updates. They do not care and have no plans to warn anyone or fix the issue. So if you have a budget or need to feed your family plan to have your money held hostage!

Excellent customer service by staff. Particularly, JILL at the self checkout counters. She went above and beyond helping me with my purchase. I had left my wallet at home and she put my groceries aside and placed my refrigerator/frozen items in the freezer till I returned. I found the staff here to be very friendly.

They need to hire cashiers. The waiting for a self checkout is unbearable. Plus theres nothing like seeing a smiling face after the stress of shopping.

Well stocked in all your seasonal needs, it was quite busy since the self checkout stations were all down at once. Other then that, they were adequate in service and supplies.

Order was not completely filled. There was also a delay of about 5 minutes or so to pick it up. Very crowded on Sunday evening around 7pm.

Very high prices can’t get through the isles some of the employees are as rude as the customers on blocking the isles and talking personal talk

Went to do a coinstar change exchange and it was good but I went to exchange the receipt for cash but the customer service isnt open til 10pm. And then on top of that none of their registers were open so I asked an employee if she could do it for me and she said no you need to wait. I needed to go to Gatlinburg yet she told me to wait til 10pm like I have that time.

My usual place for groceries is Kroger but today I went to Walmart for the first time in years. My main reason was for Hebrew national hot dogs. They had them for 3.79 which is a dollar less than Kroger or Food City. I also picked up a few other things, my total for the day was 67.00 if I would have gone to either of the other two stores my bill would have been closer to 80.00. Good move today

DO NOT attempt to use their delivery “service.” That dog ain’t hunting.They fully control the timing and volume by offering a limited number of delivery slots per hour. I had to order over 2 days in advance, at an extra cost of $23. They still couldn’t make it happen. I even hustled home from work to be ready for them a half an hour before my scheduled delivery time slot.What did I get? No call, no show.The cherry on top is that they’re going to continue holding the money out of my account for an additional 2-3 or 5-10 business days (the customer care person couldn’t figure out which), even though I didn’t authorize them to cancel the order, process a refund, or release the hold.So walmart delivery = no groceries and a long hold placed on your bank account.Buyer beware, this walmart is garbage.

Easily 75% of the items I want to order are not available at this location. They are always out of basics, can go to any surrounding Walmart and buy those items. Who ever is running this Walmart should be let go. It is embrassing to the company. Update, went in for 4 items listed on web site, believe it or not they did not have any of them. I have mostly stopped going to Walmart and today was a perfect example of why. One register open and a long line of full baskets. I dont use self checkout, but if I did too bad. It was closed, too.

Tried to get a hold of someone in customer service. Called 6 to 8 times when they did answer Id get transferred to customer service but no one would answer. I finally asked for a manager and got hung up on so I called back got a manager wasnt very friendly.

Went to get a money transfer. They would not give me the money nor reason why. Had to call person who sent the money. They flagged it as fraud, because it was over $600. Why did you take the money, plus the fee, if you are not going to let the receiver get the money? Sender will get all their money back, and send it by mail. Will never ask Walmart to transfer money again.

Went to get a propane exchange done... garden center gate open, but registers closed. Told to go to a register to pay and then come back to garden center to exchange tank. Ok went to self check out waited in line only to be told to go to regular register to pay for tank. Waited waited, finally told that customer service may be faster. Then waited at customer service and finally got receipt and headed back to garden center only to wait for at least 10 more minutes to get someone with a key to exchange tank. What a pain!!!!

Went to the garden center, they had tons of plants, soil, Mulch out in the parking lot, I thought great, one stop shopping. I bought plants, haning baskets, when to check out, nobody at the register, I finally found someone, they said the register was closed. I had to go to the front of the store, I had to either wait in A very long line, or self checkout.The store is way under staffed. The employees looked very unhappy. I will do my best to avoid this store and shop elsewhere.

Sorry service have to stand in line at longer than I shopped tried to call customer service they never answered and this everytime. They are trying to make everyone use self check out . Hate Walmart anymore will only go if have no choice

What do you need, Wal-Marts got it. Very large department store with mostly inexpensive items that come from China. If you want to support China and put small mom and pop businesses outted, then shop at Wal-Mart.
