The owner/horse trader has consistently brought in thousands of bolts of designer upholstery and home dec fabrics from the world’s top manufacturers at ridiculously affordable prices. His staff are kind and warm. I’ve been flying and driving to Short Sheet about four times per year since the early 1990’s and it will always be my favorite store. Thank you, Scott and crew.

They have an incredible selection of fabrics. They have differing ones for curtains, chair and patio furniture. They have about everything you would need. Very friendly staff as well.

Loved this place. I walked in and started to hyperventilate! It has been a long time since I have been in a store that really devoted itself to upholstery fabric. The place is huge, the staff was amazing. They are very generous with their fabric swatches, no charge, and very interested in helping you with whatever your needs are. The prices were very reasonable and even the sale stock is quality. I will be back again and again!

I am writing to share my disappointment. I have spent an incredible amount of money at both locations, and referred the store to many. Its a 2 1/2 hours drive for me. The first time I visited, the owner, Scott, provided his number. I have NEVER received one return call from him. Today is August 10, Ive been waiting six weeks for a return call from Scott, the owner. Today, Ive called the store, twice. It appears the senior citizen employees there are trained to say, Im sorry, hes busy. Or, Im sorry, hes with someone. After awhile, its apparent Scott, the owner, doesnt wish to be bothered in returning calls. I will NEVER make that 2 1/2 hours drive again. When customers contribute to the revenue of your business, take a lesson in simple business protocol Scott, return your calls. I will do my due diligence to let the businesses I referred to Short Sheets know not to visit or spend money with the fabric store. We have choices! And will exercise them, effective immediately.

Arrived on a day they were closed, but was very graceful to let us in to shop. Very helpful in picking out upholstery fabric. The first one we picked out was not guaranteed to clean well. We were shown one (in the same price range) that would be easy to clean. Prices cant be beat.Thank you for all your help.

Oh my the sweetest and friendliest people oh and if u cant find what ur looking for here then u just keep looking because there is far more fabric here then I would ever ever expect. But keep in mind cash goes along way here!!! Wonderful place I went be buying fabric from another place again. This is my go to store!!!

Would LOVE TO SEE some close ups of the fabrics before I made the 80 mile drive there.I couldnt get any ideas, and I didnt see any trims,tassels, gimp. Ive been in the draperies and quilting business for 26years.I love fabric websites that show you what they have to offer.

Customer service is horrible. Not real interested in developing business relationships. Years ago I stopped here, tried again today. Will never set foot in the door again. New name...same bad attitude. I can say they are consistent.
