Excellent service from a company that cares about their customers, everyone is very helpful.Our heat decided not to work the other day when it was 35 degrees outside so we called the company we have a contract with and they refused to help us. We then called Crossville Heating and Cooling, they were at our house within an hour, we now have a contract with and recommend Crossville Heating and Cooling.

Very good response to my HVAC outage. Service Tech Zack was very courteous and informative and through in inspection of required repairs. He offered honest repair options available without any pressure. The service received was as I was informed, timely, and of high quality.

The technicians do a great job on our semi-annual HVAC maintenance. They are always courteous. My only suggestion would be for the company to improve the manner in which they administer their annual contracts. It seems more computer automation would help keep track of renewal dates.

We were given an estimate of approximately $400 to hook up a free-standing gas heater. The connections were already in place so all they had to do was connect it. We were someone would come and look at the connection so they had the proper connector on installation day. That didnt happen so the repairman had to call someone to bring the part to him. When they got the part it was a 20 min job. I felt that the price was unfair and made numerous attempts to contact the estimator and he would not call me back. I finally got a hold of an office manager and discussed the price and managed to get somewhat of a discount but it was very little. The fact that I could not get a response from the estimator really turned me off to using this business again.

Ive spent over $800 this year on a unit that is still under warranty. They worked on it in march and put a new thermostat in. gas heat still doesnt work.there was a tech here yesterday and said there was no wire from the thermostat to the gas valve. they want me to buy a new unit since they cant fix it. $9300. checked with 3 other dealers and all were between $4800- 5200. So if youre looking at buying a new hvac system, look elsewhere.

The company sent Dylan to help me with my issue. He showed up on time and was very respectful. I had no heat for about 5 days and Dylan had the system up and running for me within an hour. He explained everything to me clearly and helped me to understand what the issue was. 5 stars for him!

Reliable and punctual.......have always called if running a little late. I have used them for about three years now and have been completely satisfied. When selling my last home, they went out of their way to help me out with a last minute inspection issue that had to be corrected before closing. A company that you can count on!

You cannot beat CHC. They are honest and on time. They came out today because my heat was off. Come to find out I had a lose wire. They had it fixed in 2 minutes. Justin is a very nice man and the company is lucky to have someone like him

If the heat inducer motor was so bad that part of it shattered, I feel the tech that came out a few months ago for cleaning and checking the unit should have noticed, especially since he said the heat inducer was clogged and fixed that.

Maybe this is an industry-wide practice but it doesnt sit well with me that my new HVAC unit had a board failure 13 months after installation-1 month outside warranty and Im having to pay for service calls to diagnosis and repair my 1 year old unit. $200 for repair of a new unit just doesnt seem fair. Yes, the people are friendly and responsive.... I understand but, thatll be $200.00 please, cash or check?

He was here earlier than originally planned and with it being over 90 degrees that day my family and I was so thankful. He was really great at explaining what was going on with my unit, especially with me having no idea. He was also very friendly and didnt mind my 5 year old son asking questions. Joe came out for a tune up service. He was very professional and informative. He made sure my system worked properly, then he cleaned it and it looks brand new. He went under the crawlspace and noticed some minor mold issues. I bought a mold bomb from him and problem solved. I couldnt be happier with Crossville Heating and Cooling!

They even look out for us and tell us if they see anything wrong that is above why they are at our home. Well the work was done professionally. Thermostats had to be swapped per original order and Joe did a fine job on that and he explained the process of hooking up to wifi really well. The bad news is they hit my new house damaging the brand new roof, seamless gutter and leaf guard. I saw the truck squeak by but did not see or hear a hit. The neighbors saw that. Accidents happen. Im more upset nobody owned up to it and I had to find out from a neighbor. We will see how they handle this issue.

We purchased a new Nest thermostat. In the process of installing it, we blew a fuse in the a/c unit. We called for help and Crossville Htg & Cooling was willing to come out that night but since it was not an emergency, we agreed to have them come the following day.The next day, Chris was at our door. Chris was very professional and personable. He gave us a lot of information and advice on how to handle this problem and others we werent even aware of.We wouldnt hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Our family does depend on them to keep our systems running properly! They are enjoyable to work with. They always look out for our wellbeing. I really appreciate that they make suggestions for improving our systems, but they dont strong arm the suggestions. Some we have taken and some not. Their techs are quick, but thorough and quality maintenance. This was our first experience with Crossville Heating and Cooling as we are new to the area. Our furnace went out the end of January and they were out here first thing the next day. They worked with our Home Warrenty team to insure that the repair went as quick as possible. The service was exceptional, through and they explained everything to us so we were in the loop as to what the repair entailed. I used a coupon for a free home HVAC inspection I received upon moving to the Glade. The technician discovered that our heating/cooling unit needed a new fan motor for $550.00. A friend recommended that we get a 2nd opinion. I called Bennett Heating & Cooling who they had used in the past. They found that my fan motor was just fine...all I needed was a new circuit board that cost me $120.00. Don’t believe for a moment they have your best interest in mind! I feel Like they “set” me up.I let Crossville H/C know what happened, demanding to speak to the owner. They blew me off and tried to pacify me. I will never use them again! BEWARE!!! Get a 2nd opinion from another company!!

Called out to find a gas leak, they said they could not find one. Called out our propane provider and they found two and said there was another they could not find but might be underground. Called CH & C to do there job and this time they found the same two the propane provider found. CH & C. said they could fix the leaks including the one underground which included new pipe underground for $1300. I did the work for about $500. I definitely would NOT call them again.

My AC stopped working on a Friday afternoon after a series of quick power outages. I called the office at 4:30 and the answering service took all my information and said they would have someone call me back. Less than 5 minutes later a service tech called and said he was on his way. He was able to locate the issue fairly quick and had us back up and cooling. Always very professional.
