I Bought a loveseat and it arrived damaged they wanted to fix it but I wanted a new loveseat because that is what I paid for was a new loveseat. They delivered it damaged then made me find a way to return it even though they said they had a truck in the area to pick it up and repair it but if I’m returning the loveseat that they damaged while delivering I had to do it myself. Then I had to get credit card company to reimburse my money . I don’t know how a store that treats customers like that stays in business. A reputable store would have apologized and brought a new loveseat. I wish I could give less than 1 star.
