We went here for Cheesecakes and More, I would give them 5 ☆ . The mall itself was empty. Several cute little stores. The bathrooms were very clean. Just a strange type of place. We almost didnt go in.
I loved the rolled ice cream. It was a good quit and great place
Great little ships to visit. uniform shop, cheese cake shop and many others
Bought some shoes very nice staff the place is spotless everywhere I would recommend it for anyone
Love the shops and they have crafts shows there Everyday!!There is one Craftsman there his name is Mr. John Cole! He is a Wonderful Person Very Talented and he is a Fantastic Potter! His Pottery is just Beautiful and his prices are just GREAT !Everyone needs to stop in and see him! You wont regret it!
I remember this malls glory days, but they have done a good job of staying open and offering value in a new way. Two unique restaurants (a lovely bakery with pizza and savory food and a Cuban dine in restaurant), an art cooperative, an ice cream shop, a kids indoor playground/arcade, the railroad museum, etc...mixed in with the remaining shops.
Not a lot there other than pizza and fun spots. Does have the model railroad display that looked very interesting. Will go back to check it out.
Most stores folded due to the Covid. Cool model train museum. Had lunch and bought a few locally made crafts at a variety store with reasonable prices.
Cuban restaurant is excellent. Car show was fun. A great experience.
There are few stores left. This used to be a robust shopping center and now there are maybe 3 stores....and a church. I hope Buc-ees brings more people and stores.
Lots of cute little shops. It also had a cute train display and a really good Cuban restaurant.
Such a big mall, with so little in it.Wish it was full .Good location, clean and well maintained.
Our poor little mall is slowly closing stores a little at a time. Though, the ones that are still there are pretty good. VF Outlet is good for clothes, they have an awesome kitchen store, a really cool niche gaming store for the cool nerds like me, a couple of food choices...and the coolest hobby train exhibit you will see anywhere around. Also, comes with a modern church. Haha.Stop by and take a random peek. Im sure you can find something there. Worth the stop anyhow. Pics are from the train exhibit and halls within!
Pretty dead mall. Good cheesecake place inside. Hanes/Bali store has good deals. Didnt check any of the other businesses inside.
Always enjoy visiting Klix Rolled Ice-cream and of course, Abuelas.2 of my personal favorite places in Crossville.A definite must for great family times, good fun and comfort foods and desserts to give smiles for days.Several other stores inside and a neat little train/locomotive museum that is worth checking it out.
Nice mall. No crowds. The model railroad museum is cool.
The Ben store is absolutely worth going for a visit
Place would be nice if thr were more stores u wonder why the place doesnt hold on to stores MAYBE ITS 👻😱 or just a bad location
I went to rack room shoes and they have a huge selection of shoes most of them reasonably priced. They have a sale going on right now but one get one half off!! Will def be going back😁
Great place be sure to visit the train people 🙂
We have been here so many time in the past. We have continued to watch it decline. They lost almost all clothing shops. They lost the kitchen store. Theyve lost the thrift style stores that were there. They lost the tools and more location. Subway left. The biggest attraction is for the model train museum which is awesome. There is a Buc-ees being built next door. Hopefully that somehow starts driving traffic to the mall. I would love to see it turn back into on of our favorite locations to visit when in crossville.
This place is unfortunately a ghost town almost. You have your mall walkers and Rack Room Shoes and Hanes store. The model train store is great to see when open on weekends. Sadly this mall is not what it once was. Vanity Fair Store which was the anchor is now gone. Hope this place does like the hokey pokey and make a huge turnaround! Used to have a leather wallet store and several kitchen stores and Corning too. Big Dogs was there and Bugle Boy and Samsonite...all gone. London Fog has been long gone as well. Just sad to see it all gone...blame it on internet and high rent I guess!
Very cool. Many stores in multiple buildings. We arrived on a Sunday late so little was open but what was, the people were super nice and there was no hub bub about wearing a mask or not, it is your choice. I appreciate that and wish others would adopt such an attitude
Well I dont normally go to the mall but my husband & son wanted to stop by and look around. Very friendly salesclerks and found some great items that were on sale.
This place is a ghost town.A shoe store,a what not store,a church, some kind of restaurant closed when we was there,1 clothes store and 2 game places. They should really do the businesses here a hugh favor and just close the place stop charging these people rent you have no traffic without traffic you have no business
Missing some businesses due to Covid. Shoe store is a great stop-over. Two restaurants and a church call it home.
There arent many shops in here, I expected there to be more. But the places that I did go in to (Klix, Hanes, The Discount Store, and Crossville Model Railroad Club) were all wonderful!
Disappointed to see so many stores empty. Abuellas Cuban Cafe, food was wonderful. Highly recommend for something different.
Great setting of high end shops.
Home of the Crossville Model Railroad Club.Come visit, Tuesday-Sunday noon to 4, 11-4 on Saturday. Closed Mondays.
Sad to see this little mall dying off. At one time had nice variety of stores. Now basically empty.
The mall is mostly emptyIt needs a lot more shops
We enjoyed the outlet center and especially the Cheesecake store.
Photo out of date. Dress Barn is gone, along with other anchor stores. The bakery makes the best cookies.
They need more shops in here. They took out the best large shop they had.
Nothing there. So sad.
Great mall! The train museum is awsome. Not to crowded.
Less stores than 18 months ago, clean, employees constantly disenfecting open areas. It appears mgt working towards replacing vendors.
The only thing worth going there is Rack room shoes. Its a ghost town
First visit and found it to be quite disappointing
Not bad place.just nothing in the outlet.
Went to visit while in Crossville. Really not an outlet mall any more. Very disappointing! Not worth our visit.
Not very much here but did some shopping and found some good deals.
The main stores has moved out. Not worth the drive anymore
Not many stores left in this center but its fun to visit the train display and the local artist store
Great place to shop! Staff at all the stores very friendly and helpful. The stores and property are very clean. Only thing that would improve it would be More Stores!! A+A+A+
Unfortunately there is hardly anything there! Just a lot of empty space!
There isnt much left of the mall these days.
I think the Crossville outlet center should stay open later on weekends and get some better stores in. For sure now that the VF is going out.
I was able to find something i needed at the Hanes store and my husband got some Lee pants at VF. However, the tool store and Dress Barn were closed. Dont make a special trip without calling ahead to check if the store is still open. Restrooms were open, but generally the place was quite empty.
Not our cup of tea!
Nice place even tho a lot of stores have gone out of business
Good place to go to a shoe store
Older building but the upkeep is good. A variety of shops and some do have decent outlet prices and savings. Worth the time if you are in the area. There is even a store that has a variety of local handmade items. There were a few empty storefronts so at one time there obviously was more to see inside. Decent crowd of shoppers the weekend I was there, but it was not packed -- this actually allowed us to get more attention from store clerks which was a bit nice. I enjoyed shopping VF Outlet the most, and the vitamin store.
Its not as good as it once was, to many shops have left not enough have come in. And then they complain about us going to Cookeville and Knoxville to go shopping? I wonder why. We need more options.
Went years ago lots of stores then not to many now
Sad depressing in colors on walls as well as people
Went to get shoes and some new clothes and I didnt think about the fact that there was no clothing stores. My favorite shoes now.
We were there an hour after opening. Only 2 stores open.
Good Christmas show at 600 pm not many stores left there
Everything was closed and hardly anything in there
New deli café, serving pizza, burgers, hot dogs, other sandwiches, soups and many different desserts and breads all made right there! Friendly service; Try it for lunch
VF is going out of business. I loved that store hate to see them go
Love rack room shoes
Stores moving out. Miss the big store
Nice indoor shopping.
I visited vanity fair. Great store. Lots of great deals. Store staff are absolutely awesome, everyone of them. Will return.
Very empty by now, barely anything open, however, even with small staff and few stores, their restrooms are so clean compared to other places I have been like this. May be a small thing, but it matters to me.
Nice place to stop during the trip to the Mountains. Vanity Fair is my favorite store to shop.
We enjoyed shopping not very busy polite employees
My son found shoes he wanted by 1 get 1 half price, the cheesecake store has the best cheesecake, better than the cheesecake factory! Bought a whole plain cheesecake, a little pricey but worth it!
Many many stores closed
Not too many stores but does offer good prices
Nice mall. Clean. Decent stores, not a lot of name brand.. and hey, it has Revolution Church in it! Really good church.. Tattoos, crazy hair, sleeveless shirts....dont matter, they are just glad your there. No silly religious rules either. Just straight up loving God, worshipping Jesus, singing praises and learning about the stories in the Bible! See you there??
Great mall
Shame it is so empty. We love the Chicago style pizza at the cheesecake and more.
Nice stores.
I thought it was a very fun place to visit even though it was an hour away from any tourist attractions. Idk if the store picture perfect and the old game store is still there, but it has to be my favorite store I have ever visited. I am a big baseball fan and I must have visited the store like 5 straight days buying stuff. I definitely visited the store if you can drive to it within the hours of operation.
I am not a well person, but I love a clean car.The car wash location is the best, and it helps me to do what I cant, in taking care of the outside of my car.Stop by and give it a try, you wont be disapointed.I am not paid to say this.In making choices at time reviews has helped me, so I am leaving one for you.
Didnt have many stores and didnt have what I needed
Wow. We found some great buys and I was pleased with how easy items were to find but someone had placed a different size on a hanger and my boyfriend didnt check the extra pair . He tried one on and they fit and he got another pair of a different colorbut they were the wrong size. Check the sizes before you buy. We cant take them back because we had already washed them. Ugh
This mall is closing soon. Covid and online shopping has really taken its toll on this one time gem.
Store is closing. Prices were reasonable for an outlet mall
The mall is a Ghost Town.Vanity Fair is gone.
To damn hot! I go shopping to have fun and spend money. Not sweat and be miserable! Plus its not far to the employees! Happy staff, good service! Turn up the damn a/c in all stores
Slowly turning into a ghost town. VF is closing. Not much happening
Put a church in the mall taking up a good potion of it. Need to do better marketing of the area for the businesses. Several stores left and were reason for going to the mall. Seems geared more for kids and religious now.
Good things to come here with the new owners. Stand by as their vision takes shape in the months to come.
I’m sure it was once beautiful but now there is almost no one in it. The floors are in bad shape, it leaks water from the roof sometimes in the middle of the floor, half the store fronts are vacant. It does have an amazing bouncy house in it. $5 all you can jump all day for the kids.
Big warehouse type shopping center with lots of small stores inside. A place where you would expect to find country/mountain type goods and clothing. I liked the place. I purchased some jeans and t-shirts. The parking lot is large.
Always good parking and shopping is easy. Staff is always helpful
I enjoy this mall. Its a very friendly place to shop or walk. The people are very friendly and shop owners are very friendly. It may be a small mall but it has a lot to offer. This year had brought in more businesses and I hope they do great. I hope more businesses will come in there is room for more.I give this a rate of 5 stars.
VF is going out of business. Love that store
I used to play here when my mom work in one of the stores. Almost a decade and a half ago. Very nostalgic, looks just like it did when I was a kid. Just as fun, just as memorable.
This is the best VF Outlet store in all of Crossville. You wont find a better VF Outlet in Crossville anywhere!!!
This place looks like it is on verge of going under. The only decent place left is VF Outlet and even theyve gone down in quality and selection. They used to have so many good brands and were so busy... Not any more.
