Kiara was amazing, she helped me lower the cost of one of my medications by helping me sign up for a card online, if it wasn’t for her I would be paying hundreds for just one medication. I was scheduled for a Covid Test today at 3:00 pm at this location. I was trying my best to make it on time but unfortunately I ran into traffic on the way. While in traffic I received a call about me being late, it was 3:05 pm at the time. The pharmacist on the phone was rude and uncooperative, it’s not my fault that there is traffic but they didn’t care and hung up the phone after telling me I was five minutes late.

The most inconvenient experience here! Called to see if my daughters prescription was ready, I was told itll be easier for you to go to the forest hill location. Then a got a call back AFTER Ive already turned around to tell me just come in. Then I get ANOTHER call to tell me not to go through the drive thru after Ive already went through the drive thru!!! Poor service, RUDE and obviously dont know what they are doing. Not coming to this location anymore.

This pharmacy has messed up too many times to count. Texting or calling that medication is ready then when we go to pick up they say nobody called or we only have 1 or 2. Same meds for over 10 years! People who work there are extremely rude. Transferring everything somewhere else. Do deserve any stars but had to give 1 in order to leave a review.

My dog suffer from seizures as I was picking up his medicine through the drive-through. A rude pharmacy girl passive-aggressively asks if the” DOG” medicine is ready and I can hear the other girls working there laughing! That raged me but I was too tired from work and my dog needed his medicine. RUDEST STAFF, I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

I waited 45 minutes and they turned me away with no services.I made an appointment for this pharmacy for my covid and flu. I entered all my information. They knew full well what insurance I had. When I arrived they checked me in and said they didnt have my vaccines ready and I had to wait 20 minutes. They took me to the back room and then said. We arent doing covid shots and the flu isnt covered by your insurance here so you will have to pay.

I do not recommend going here for a rapid covid-19 test. The 2-3 day lab covid tests through the drive thru are easy and results in two days but the outdoor minute clinic for rapid testing are completely unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment for today at 7 pm for a rapid test for my son. I parked in the designated parking area at 6:45 pm. This parking area is located just feet away from the building. The signs say to wait for them to call you so we waited. There were no other vehicles in this designated area. I watched the lady come outside three times. First time to clean the doors, 2nd time to take out the trash and its 20 minutes past 7. We thought maybe she had to clean after every patient but then the third time we saw her she has all her protection wear off and is walking to her vehicle to place things in her car. Her vehicle was parked just outside of the designated area, a few empty spaces next to us. Confused and concerned she may be leaving my husband asked her about the appointment. She claimed she had tried to call me but she didnt. I had my phone in my hand the whole time with full reception. They had the correct # because I received all the automated texts prior to arriving. No voicemail or anything. She also claimed she never saw our vehicle when remember she walked outside three times and past our car to her own. Its literally impossible that she didnt see it. She said shed clock back in and do the test and went inside the main CVS building but then returned and said wed have to reschedule. This was totally inexcusable. 50 minutes we were out there. I dont want this to happen to anyone else. My kid was sick and miserable sitting there and for nothing. Do not go here for a rapid test.

Drove on snowy roads for an hour to get my vacine after receiving a confirmation text from cvs. Arrived to find store closed due to power outage.Power came on in store about 5 minutes after I arrived. Waited an hour and a half and nobody re-opened the store. Did they say f* it and take the rest of the day off?Poor management and poor customer service.Main customer relations number didnt have anyway to check with the store management.

I went to this location on February 12th with my husband to get his vaccination for CV-19. I had a appointment for Sunday the 14th . We pleaded to see if they could go ahead and give me my shot since I was already there and they had no line and the forecast shows bad weather on Sunday. They refused and said call or come by Saturday. I called Saturday and the pharmacist said no and that she would be there all day Sunday. Of course I could not make it because of the snow storm and could not get my calls answered on the phone. I called Monday and they had a 3rd party walking me through a process saying I can reschedule. Whatever she was telling me to do it cancelled my appointments and then said let me transfer you to the store, I held on the phone for 1.5 hours holding and no one ever answered and ends up with NO APPOINTMENT

I received a false positive covid-19 rapid test from here...I’m sure it’s not their faults that the test are faulty but it’s how the nurse practitioner gave me my results! She was rude and very unprofessional...I know these are frustrating times but your profession calls for compassion’ I stayed in my truck, away from my 4 kids for 3 days, until I got my negative results from the Dallas VA’I don’t recommend getting the COVID-19 rapid tests because there is a chance you will get a false positive...wait 2-3 days for the lab test

Someone was in front of me at the check-in terminal. NP came out and took the walk-in without even asking if I had an appointment. Why did I come back here???

The worst experience Ive ever had at a Pharmacy Drive Thru... Honestly waited 40 minutes for them to tell me that I cancelled my own appointment. When in reality they had cancelled it and I got the LATE text to prove it. Theyre extreme rude, and extremely unprofessional. The entire Pharmacy staff needs to be replaced at this location. They are rude and literally have no want to help.. My wife and I will never be back to this location. It makes me sick people come to you to get better and all you do is make them feel worse. How sad.

I usually shop cvs only when I get reward bucks or the 30%plus off coupons and just get allergy meds or nsaids. I needed milk this particular time and priced at $4.59 gallon, I will make sure to go to Kroger or Dollar General next time for the inconvenience. Thats highway robbery and price gouging to the max.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service ever. Big red and white sign up that stats rx services in either lane due to covid 19. In lane two you can not pick up a prescription. This sign is very misleading and should not be in the pharmacy drive through.

If you are coming here for COVID testing, buddy you are backing up. You have to make an online profile with their medical software, and will only get results back in and I quote, 24-48 hours 2-4 Business Days 3 to 5 business days.If you want fast covid testing go pay for it somewhere that will get you the results fast as my family members are not allowed back at work until I get my results back.Tl;dr corporate pharmacies are the worst.

This is actually a zero star but that was not my option. Took my daughter to minute clinic on crowler rd. The nurse practitioner said she had allergies. Tonsils are actually swollen along with glands. Total miss diagnosis tried to call them and total computerized system cant talk to nurse. Called complaint line they are over seasand can not disclose location went back less than 24 hours and they want another 140. Horrible experience and would not take a stray dog there

The service at the pharmacy is absolutely subpar. Left prescription and went to pickup after about 4 hours. Told it was not ready and it will be ready the next day. This has happen on two occasions. All CVS are not like this.

After my mom waited for a long time while two managers had a casual conversation, one finally acknowledged her. She asked for her pictures that cost her over a hundred dollars. She handed my mom her pictures but forgot her 5x7. My mom requested her 5x7 and looked at it. The picture had large marks streaking across. She told the lady she didn’t want this picture due to the streaks. The woman refused to give my mom her money back due to it was β€œpicture of a picture”. My mom showed her on her phone that it wasn’t. The lady called the other manager over and told my mom that it was a picture of a picture; therefore, she would not receive her money back for one picture. I was highly disappointed in CVS on Crowley Road. I use the CVS in North Richland Hills; they are always friendly and kind. Knowing the high standards that are expected of CVS I wanted to be sure to file a complaint.

I dont ever write reviews, but I felt I absolutely had to this time. When my niece and I walked into CVS we needed to print a few pictures very quickly for a last minute Christmas gift. Go us for waiting until the last minute, typical right? Anyhow after fumbling with the machine for a good 10 minutes and getting myself completly worked up a gentleman (I wish I had gotten his name, but he must have been the manager because he was wearing gray) came up and asked if I needed help. He took the time to get 2 different cords, go step by step with me and etc. Then left us to it. After we FINALLY finished up, a good 30 minutes later, we go to check out...he was so patient and kind and took his time. Anyway unbeknownst to me the cvs had already closed, and we were the only ones in there. I had absolutely no idea that they were closed, he never not once rushed me, reminded me, seemed inpatient with us, they didnt even announce over the intercom. I was shocked! Normally in todays society everyone is in such a rush to herd you out and be rude about it, and he never not once made it apparent. I cant express how much I appreciated that and how kind it was, let alone for a whopping $1.52 sale. Just thank you sir, after a day like I had...thank you! There is still hope out there!

I tried calling to refill my prescription for kepra. Which is something I have to take everyday since I have epilepsy. The lady did not want to refill my prescription because it was to early to refill. I would understand if it were for anything other then for epilepsy. Seeing as every time you have an episode you have to start taking more then what is prescribed on the medicine. They need to be better educated on what each medicine is for.This is ridiculous. She seriously told me I needed to go see my Dr and have him write me a prescription with different instructions. I am almost out of medicine I need this medicine every day or I can be at risk of having another episode. I can’t just go see the Dr seeing as it’s Friday and he is closed over the weekend. We need better places to fill our prescriptions.

Calling on the Phone to see why they filled my Prescription without my consent. First id Like to say the lady on the phone was very Rude and trying to Rush are Conversation. I then Explained i would like to be taken off of Automatic Refill as i only take my Medication Ever so often She raised her voice at me and stated it would be taken off. I then said okay bye. Wish I could leave less that one star for the pharmacy. The lady who typically works the drive thru is extremely rude. My prescription wasn’t filled when i arrived to pick it up, despite the app saying it was filled 2 days prior. So when I try to question why it would be ready she threw the phone down, threw her arms up and I could hear her yelling to the pharmacist that he had to deal with me because she couldn’t. I was nothing but nice to her even though I’m the one without my prescription. Thanks CVS.

Horrible experiences with a pharmacist at this store. The person working the drive thru Sunday night 9/30. We told the pharmacist at the window that we were not picking all the medicines today. She asked which one were we NOT taking today so we provided her with the names the doctor tell us she is giving us every month. This pharmacist gets an attitude and demands I provided her with the generic name which I told her I could not recall. After all of that she says she has removed them and gives us the price but the price is not correct the price is to ALL the medicines. I told her again I was only picking up some now.She gets aggravated and insist I got inside because im holding up the line. Once inside she tells another pharmacist to handle me because she doesnt know why i keep telling her she overcharging me. At one point she is YELLING from the drive thru window to where the pickup area is and EVERYONE there can hear her. She also choose to come to the register and talk AT me. I refused to talk to her, the pharmacist taking care of my transaction told her to step away because she was just making it worse. This was very DISRESPECTFUL and extremely embarrassing. My family will no longer bring our prescriptions to this pharmacy.
