Today was my first time to visit Atwoods, I must say I was rather impressed. The store is huge and has almost every category of product from groceries to nuts and bolts.I was also extremely surprised at how empty of customers it was at about 3:30p. Or,perhaps, I just beat the crowd that arrives on their way home from work. Either, it was a joy to enter, buy the items I needed, and leave without a hitch.

Coleman mini bikes,Purchased one 10/07/21 on 11/06/21 the muffler entire unit fell off. The thin metal tube literally broke off with the entire housing. Called store on 1187 was told sorry call Coleman. We will dispute with discover card. Won’t buy anymore motorized anything from them. Very poor customer service. This is a major safety defect, could have caused an accident or death. Burn hazard also as it could have burned led. We purchased two unit and the other the weld looks like it will break any day. Made very cheaply and AT woods won’t even stand behind their product shame on them.Will be speaking to discover or small claims court if needed.

Super Store My New Go To Place for things I want and cant get at other places. Toy store #4 or 5 for Men yet good for women, children, pets, farm & ranch items / outdoor patio items All appear great quality at Reasonable fair prices. As some might say too, the more you buy the more you save.

Supply chain difficulties have left these folks short of a few critical items we were looking for, but everyone was helpful and courteous. What I want to crow about, however, is the quality of the cherry sours and orange slices available here. Two big thumbs up for the best selection of candy in the region.

Ive been to other Atwoods and even worked at one, so Im familiar with their stores. This store is massive, beautifully merchandised and great friendly helpful staff. Went to their soft opening and Grand Opening. Plus theyll have baby chicks 10 months of the year!!! Items they carry are top shelf especially in the shoe and work clothes sections. Best gun counter in the area! I just love this store!

I had been planning to visit for a while, so when I was looking for particular farm type items I went by.I was quite impressed with the variety of farm, ranch, and home items available. Parts for farm and yard equipment, and the equipment itself. High quality Hand tools, agricultural chemicals, feed for all types of animals, and even live young poultry. There is even a range of grilling and camping items.Prices were quite reasonable too, I got high nitrogen fertilizer at a lower price than a local garden supply store.

This place is wonderful. They have everything. It is very wheelchair friendly. Isles are wide open, the floors are cement and even. They have a little grocery area, a little shoe area, a little clothing area, pet area, bird food area. They also have tractor supplies, horse and cattle supplies. Their seasonal area is constantly changing with anything you can think of. They sell larger sized womens shoes. If you are looking for western wear they have it, if you are looking for steel toed shoes they have `em. Guns and ammo, covered. Deer and duck hunting stuff, it is here. Cleaning supplies also here. Everything is here. The bathrooms are adequate and easy to navigate with a wheelchair. We have had great service every time we have needed it. There is usually a little wait to checkout but it is never more than a few minutes.

There was this one female employee that was very nice yo my wife an i, but there was this female cashier that kept watching us as if she didnt like our presents or if we were stealing something.And of course we are black upper middle class shoppers.

Tons of space and everything is well organized, I noticed some items that overlapped in use were in the appropriate sections as well. I’ll be back soon.

One of our favorite home good stores in town. Its close to home and we always enjoy finding what we need. The staff is always kind and accommodating. We get our snacks, puppy food, clothes, and tools here all the time :)

If theres something I need and Atwoods has it, thats where I want to go. I would compare it to Bass Pro or Cabelas but for Ranch and home stuff, hints their title. 100%

Went to their grand opening. Atwoods is for people who know what really hard work is. You will probably find what you need get the job done on the farm or the ranch if its not large equipment that you need. I usually shop at the Atwoods in Lakewood a suburb of Fort Worth. This place is much closer, I dont have a 31 mile drive anymore LOL, its a country Walmart for sure, I love it.

I placed an order for a generator last night 2/12/21 at 11:50 pm, after reading about potential power outages expected due to the incoming storm. It was a good price and I could pick it up the next day before the storm so it was a go. This morning around 9 oclock I checked the status of my order hoping that I could pick it up while I was out and not have to make an extra trip. It was marked as complete, but since I had not picked up the order or received the ready for pickup email I called the store. They took my info put me on hold for 20 minutes while they looked for the generator and then hung up on me. I called back and was told that my order would have to be refunded as they did not have the generator. 30 minutes later I had not received an email showing the order cancelation and the charge was still on my card. I checked the website looking for a replacement and it still showed that there were 2 of the generators that I ordered. I decided to make the trip to the store and check for myself. Once I arrived I discovered that I had been lied to because in fact there were actually 2 of the generators that I ordered sitting on the shelf. I took it to the customer service desk and explained the situation. The people there were in fact the people I had spoken to earlier and they completed the order without apology or explaining why I was in fact purposely lied to. The order had not been canceled and/or refunded as I was told over the phone it would be so I feel this is an all around failure for this stores location. I am a new customer to Atwoods but after the behavior and treatment by the employees today this will probably be my last purchase. I am completely appalled by this situation. Im not sure of they were trying to keep them back for someone they knew or themselves to purchase later or if they were actually just too lazy to go and look. Either way it is a ridiculous failing of customer service.

One of the best places to shop for cattle feed and supplies. They always have what I need (unlike another supply store) and the whole experience of shopping there is great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The prices on many products are better, as well. Love to go to Atwoods.

Only reason not 5 star, just one employee that is not trained or just incompetent.Otherwise all employees are outstanding. Store is very clean for the size, always get great assistance from everyone. Many people didnt know this, Atwoods offers veterans a 10% off all items, except when they are on sale.

Have everything I need at a good price

I was so excited to find I could bring my dog into the store, so now we take her to buy her stuff there... more affordable than the unnamed pet store... thats a major plus! And we can shop for more than just pet food, my hubby really loves that we found this store, you should visit!

Big building thay doesnt really have much of anything in it. Not really a hardware store, not really a farm equipment store, not really a ranch animal store, not really a gun store and on and on. Can go to TSC in a building a quarter if the size and get the same stuff.

Its like Walmart/ Home Depot/ and country feed store in one. They sometimes have ammo, but usually its limited to odd ball calibers. The prices are pretty good and the inventory changes up quite a bit through the season.

Atwood’s always gives me an option and often a great price on products I am seeking!

Big Store - great place to exercise if you need to walk around. Employees are well-mannered, even the young ones (whats up with that? :). Prices are above average, but no problem with quality. I always like to try to give them business. If they do not have the item, I go on to Lowes.

Good AG store

At the time, it was a new place that I had not been to before. It is kinda set off the road a bit, so you can miss it. It is a big store with a virility of things from clothing to farm & ranch stuff. Do you need to get some feed for your chickens, or get some chickens this is the place.
