Ive been working with Prestige Custom Stone for over 10 years. Having dealt with numerous granite & stone companies across NWI & IL, I have yet to find another that can even come close to their quality and craftsmanship. If they dont stock a specific color or material you are looking for, they will research & find it for you. From exotic granite & marbles to soapstone & quartz, the options are limitless. Their hand carved stone vessels & sinks (made on site) are works of art, as are their leathered finishes. As a designer, I look for vendors who stand behind their products & installations for my clients piece of mind, as well as my own; there has never been any issue small or large that wasnt resolved timely to my clients complete satisfaction. When you are looking to invest in your residence or commercial space, this should be your first and last stop.

(11-24-2020) ADDING that their customer service is TOP NOTCH!! Emailed with a minor issue and received a response in less than 20 minutes. After exchanging emails, I received a personal phone call with a resolution and plan. This exchange was superb!____________________Beautiful work! It all started with the precise measuring to the perfect installation. All of the gentlemen in my home were very kind and exhibited great customer service. I couldnt be happier with my new granite countertops. They were the icing on the cake to our new kitchen. Thanks Prestige and staff!!!!

My short experience with this company was not good at all... although I received the price quote and measurement in a timely matter but everything after that was just terrible. I went in to select my granite color for a countertop and the customer service was terrible. I was under the impression that the original style I chose was in stock but when I got there the young lady told me they haven’t had that in a long time so it was like pick anything at that point. As I was looking out in the yard for something different I selected something for review. The rep told me should would have the slab pulled on another day so I could look at it. I guess they were too busy to have the slab pulled that day. I was told by the rep that she would be on vacation and someone would contact me when the slab was pulled. Days went by and no one contacted me. I called the young lady in the office and she all but told me to wait until they called me after I told her I had been waiting multiple days without a call. She wasn’t professional at all and didn’t make me feel like the customer was priority. I guess this company caters to larger projects and tend to shy away from the lower scale projects.... but business is business and I will never consult or recommend anyone to this unprofessional company. If I could rate a 0 I would....

Everyone we dealt with at Prestige, including Pamela and Kelly, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The three men who came to install the quartz countertops were also very personable and professional. One of the installers, Matt, answered all of my questions thoroughly and all of the installers worked very hard to get the seams done perfectly. It was a pleasure doing business with them and we will be recommending them to all of our clients!

Prestige has done 4 different projects for us over the course of approximately 10 years. The quality of their workmanship and customer service is unparalleled. I would wholeheartedly recommend them!

Prestige Stone initially did beautiful work for us but then they ditched the job mid-project. They did refund our money for the work they had not done but it was a huge hassle for us to find another contractor to finish their work and they did not give us a reason why they would not finish our project. How unprofessional! One part of our project was not cut correctly because of an error on their side and while we were disappointed, we were OK with having to pick out another stone and redo it. They obviously lost money on that part but ditching us didnt make a difference there. This was really disappointing!

Absolutely love the granite countertops. Thoroughly enjoyed the install crew as well.
