I want to take a minute to rate my recent experience at automotive network as you can see I gave a 5 star rating. This was a very smooth process from the beginning to end. More specifically I’d like to give high praise to my salesman, Bobby dops, not only we he extremely genuine and a gentleman to boot, but also a true professional. His 32 years of knowledge and experience in auto sales was far superior to that of the of the salesman that I encountered at other local car dealerships. His approach was quiet relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all. After doing my homes work and shopping around I knew the deal That I needed to make things work for me. At no time did I have to go to the mat with Bobby to get that deal. He found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn’t have asked for much more than that. I purchased a F-150 late last year and less than 2 weeks later discovered an issue and it had a 90 day warranty so I called them and they had it towed to some shop they deal with and the issue wasnt fixed so I called them again and was told that I had to take it back to the same shop if I wanted them to cover it and so I did and less than a month later the issue continued and now after the warranty expired and I took it to a real mechanic I had to pay over $3000 and they are unwilling to make things right as my mechanic said a real mechanic wouldve diagnosed the issue upon the first visit and because of the price of repair was probably told by Automotive Network not to fix it.I spent $12,000 and they sold me a damaged vehicle. Will never recommend them to anyone they are sheisters.

Ive traveled, lived all around this, and purchased vehicles in many different states, but folks, Im telling you there is something special about this dealership/ Office. Not only did I hit my milestone with them of owning a vehicle( no financing), I got a deal on my purchase. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 59903 original miles. Bobby, the team took care of me in my time of need and fully understood my situation. The minute you walk into the office, you get this instant comfort of a family house. Now I did have my problems that stemmed from NewJersey DMV; I even walking in yelling at the old man. The minute Bobby came over, worries and anxieties were gone, and the office reinstated my confidence. My anecdotal experiences with this office mine were pleasant, family-natured, one of transparency, respect, and confidence. Ill be back without a doubt.

I highly recommend Automotive Network. I spent a lot of time researching a specific Lexus SUV, which it had in stock. After visiting for a test drive, I asked if they would be willing to allow my personal mechanic to inspect the vehicle. Patrick and Brian quickly agreed to my request, even though my mechanic was nearly an hour away. Patrick even drove the vehicle himself to the inspection. When my mechanic found a minor issue that needed to be fixed in order to pass the state inspection, Patrick offered the option to have my mechanic perform the repair and inspection in order to increase my comfort level. I chose this option, and Automotive Network followed through on every agreement in reaching a deal for me to purchase the vehicle. Brian even secured a better financing option than my own bank offered. This is the first time Ive purchased a used vehicle (instead of a new one) and Automotive Network provided a great experience from start to finish.

Had the worse experience ever trying to purchase a vehicle from this place. Worked out a deal over the weekend with Brian, received the Bill of Sale on Monday and put down a $500 down payment to hold the vehicle until i could get there on Wednesday morning (I was coming from Rochester, NY). Called and emailed Brian all day today (Tuesday)without any reply. Finally called again around 2:30 and asked to speak to a manager. Brian got on the phone and told there was a “mix up” with the vehicle i was going to purchase and it had been sold to auction yesterday. What a joke. Won’t ever send anyone to this place for a vehicle.

I drove from Delaware to see a Jeep for almost 10k and the vehicle sucked. 😭 Fix the vehicles before selling them... is my advise

Ill admit I was nervous about the whole used car salesman stigma. The price of the car was more than $1,000 less than most competitors, which made me even more suspicious.However, my experience buying a 2005 Civic was great. Found the car I was looking for and even saw other cars that grabbed my attention. The sales man was not pushy or manipulative but helpful and accommodating. The purchasing process went smooth and swift. The dealership owner himself escorted me to titling company.Their warranty with every car gives you some confidence in your purchase. I even met a person there who was buying his 3rd car from the dealer, which shows you some customer satisfaction and loyalty.Just bought the car last month, but at this point would easily consider buying another car from them in the future.Their office isnt impressive, but then again I was there to buy a car, not sit in a shiny, cozy reception area.

This place is great for buying a used car. I looked everywhere for the 2005 Civic SE I wanted and finally found one with low mileage AND a low price - I thought it was too good to be true. I knew most places would try to take advantage of me since I was a single woman looking for a car. This was not the case at Automotive Network. They gave me a fair price and even worked with me to trade in my Jeep which had high miles and was not in the best shape. They were able to get me an extremely low interest financing deal, and even offered a 3 month engine warranty on the Civic. I have been very happy with my car and would recommend them to anyone. This place is run by nice, laid back guys who take your business very seriously.

Nothing but dishonesty from the salesman mitch,hid the fact had check engine light on when sold me a car, said everything works(ac didnt work,parking break didnt work,check engine light,key fob didnt work tire rods are bad,fuel pump went etc) do me favor go somewhere else anywhere.( be weary of these fake reviews down below they are asking friends for better reviews you can google them and search Facebook to fact check) just a update my break lines just went after having it all check they said the rust composite underneath is something they only seen during extreme flooding/ hurricane Katrina flood car victims. The glitter flags here are on par with any purveyor of modern drivable conveyance in the tristate area or Conneticut for that matter... The window lettering is also pretty legit, save the style of the script s and its lack of curvitudes...

I bought a vehicle and 9 months later I had a problem. I took it and talked to Bobi and he explained to me that my warranty had expired, but I sent it to his mechanic and they fixed it without charging me. Very good person and even with the lack of being able to communicate well in English. I recommend you if you want to buy a vehicle.
