Great customer service at the pharmacy! Got my flu shot and was in and out. Another amazing plus was that they actually pick up the phone! Worth the extra few minutes to drive considering how disorganized the other CVS locations near here are.

Someone needs to be aware that whoever loaded the lottery machine didn’t scan the stack(book) of certain lottery scratch-offs!!! This is causing chaos and mayhem because if 1 of these tics is a large cash winner or even a small prize winner it be voided most likely because it be invalid!!! 😡😡😤😤😤👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻🙈🙈🙈💵💵💵💵

Junior pharmacist is very rude. Told me my insurance company cut off my medication and there was nothing they could do on their end. Just about gave me a heart attack. Luckily my insurance company explained that I just needed a pre-certification. CVS didnt have the decency to tell me that. Going to use Rite Aid from now on.

I came in today for a couple bottles of tart cherry drink that were on sale, got charged the full price because I didnt have a cvs card and wasnt offered to get one to receive the sale price, full price on a milky way bar too?!! I was just passing thru on my way to an appointment from Mayfair. I aint got time for this nonsense. 🤬

This is my pharmacy on my CVS store only one closest to my house and I don’t drive and this place is a complete and absolute disaster and nightmare Pharmacy staff is super rude and mean store staff is unintelligent unhelpful negative and just plain unwilling to help in anyway. It’s overrun by junkies all outside and all inside barely any customer wears masks and none of the staff wears their masks correctly the parking lot is set up in the dumbest way and leads to countless accidents this place is an absolute disaster

I ordered personalized photo items LAST YEAR in December and never received them ive gone back there 3-4 times asking about my items and still nothing. We paid on a card so we have a paper trail showing we purchased 2 items that we never received. This cvs isnt near where i live so its difficult to go there.

Clean in stock store. Everyone in the store is nice and helpful.

The pharmacy manager Justin is rude. He hangs up on you and feels he has the right to question medications given to you by your doctor. I understand the concern but the approach is demeaning. Possibly additional training in customer service or non direct communication with prescription recipients

The pharmacist is rude and shows how much he hates his job. I will be going somewhere else after 15 years of being there so I don’t have to see him.
