Great place to get what you need for auto parts very helpful staff.

Went there for a battery replacement. A service they offer is they will swap it for you. Clerk said he couldnt because he didnt have anyone else coming in for an hour. The other guy was walking through the parts racks. He just didnt want to do the swap for me... and now Advanced Auto has lost a repeat customer due to a lazy employee.

My husband purchased a battery at one of their stores. After a month or 2 the battery stopped working. He went to Auto Zone by mistake and when they tested the battery they said the battery was no good. He then took it to Advanced Auto and they told him the battery was fine, (this is possible because my husband was driving the car). The person that helped him told him there was a new battery in another store 49 min away. My husband asked him to havent delivered to this store and that he would be back the next day. The following day we go to the store in CL and we were immediately met with a hostile woman. As my husband was explaining the situation she tested the battery and it failed. She told us the car must be drawing off the battery when it is off. He kept trying to explain the situation and she would not listen. Finally I had to tell her that he has been a mechanic for 30 years and he does know what he is talking about. Finally we were reimbursed for the battery. What an ordeal and what a snot she was.

Would give zero stars if possible. They don’t put return policy on the receipt because the policy is a joke they won’t return anything even if the products they sell are defective. Taking my business to a store that backs their products.

Don, the manager, was extremely friendly and helpful. Took the time to make sure the part would fit when I was dealing with a car that had been in an accident that had no Catalyst information to use for the vehicle. Don was very professional and more than helpful. I will be returning again!! Thank you!!

A good alternative to AutoZone. They carry the usual service products such as oil and filters and wiper blades! I havent tested their online experience fully yet.

Cheapest price i found on an RV battery replacement. They took the old one for a credit and carried the new one to my car as well.

Tried autozone for a universal part that didnt fit, returned it and called advance auto. They had the part I needed, both employees were very helpful and friendly. I was even short a couple dollars for a part that I needed and an employee covered the difference! I will not be going to autozone anymore.

They accidentally sold me 2 left control arms, unfortunately I didnt catch it until I already put them on and couldnt drive my truck straight down the road. At first they refused to give me any sort of refund, but after some discussion they eventually agreed to comp all the parts. Wasnt the smoothest experience, but at the end of the day they made it work and made it fair. Thanks to Aaron the manager

It was great

My todays small project was changing a battery in wifes car. It started very nice on Advance Auto Parts web site. It was very easy to navigate and find a battery for our car. Pre-paid on line then drove to the store, it was waiting for us. So far so good, to my surprise Dan told me that installing the batteries is a free service. It seems that was our lucky day. Well our good humor was shattered when we saw the corrosion on the battery terminals. My first impression was that we would have to change cables because nobody can separate them from terminals. I was wrong; Dan Da Man using his skills and tools was able to pray the cables from the battery terminals. Obviously it was not the end of our problems, the terminals attached to the cables were so corroded that they started deteriorating, it was neither possible using them anymore nor replacing. I was devastated, a half hour project looks like full day in mechanic shop. I could only imagine big $$$ delear would charge me for changing these two cables plus $100 for a towing. Again I have underestimated Dan’s skills and determination. After such hard work he was able to replace the terminals and connect them to the battery. It only cost $7.19 for additional parts. I haven’t seen that kind of service for a long time. Thanks Dan you are Da Man.
