Every time I go there I get followed around and I’m asked if opened products on the shelf when clearly I never do. Convenient place to get everything I need but very annoying.

I love going here because as a professional they carry a wider array of products then other stores. The staff is always educated on the newest products that have come out and have great suggestions! Ive been doing hair for 15+ years and they dont bother you while you shop but are always available when you need that second opinion or have a question about a specific product. There are always great sales too. They get special addition appliances at great prices and then let them go on sale for even better ones when the next line comes out. They know my name and I often have to bring my 2 small children and theyre very tolerant and helpful when my kids try and run around. So not only the array of products I trust brings me in, but the help of other professionals that I feel are equally knowledable and always have great new suggestions does too!

Everything you need for a haircut

The manger who works there is really nice & helpful. But there is a certain employee & her name is Megan who is extremely rude. My friend went in one day trying to find more pravana while I was processing. He looked through the isles until he finally asked her if they had it. Her response was We dont carry that line, I thought everyone knew that.. He had told her that I was processing & she then responded with Well thats your fault! She is very disrespectful. Because of her attitude almost all of the students at Cosmetology & Spa academy will not go there anymore. The only time I ever have a good experience is when Megan is not working.
