I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I worked with Rebecca for both appointments (finding a dress and picking up my dress). I told her what I was looking for in a dress and my price range and she picked dresses that I had pictured in my mind (plus some out of my comfort zone)! Her daughter stopped in during my appointment and even picked out some dresses for me to try! The dresses were all so beautiful making my decision so tough! I really appreciated that she made sure all dresses she picked stayed within my price range. I ended up saying say to the dress that day! The dress was ordered at the end of May and it just came in this past week! I loved how fast it came in (another store I went to would have had my dress getting in only a month before my wedding day), giving me plenty of time to get into alterations (only need a bustle added) and have time to pick out my jewelry and shoes. Rebecca is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and gave some great advice!

Beautiful gowns, with almost all of them in multiple sizes. They also have a selection of plus sized gowns, which I know many brides have a hard time finding.The staff was wonderful and worked with me to find the dress of my dreams. By far the best bridal shop I’ve been to.

Rebecca, her daughter and the rest of the bride squad were unreal! I love how they also pull dresses you wouldn’t normally try (I went with one of them). They get a feel for your vision, understand your style and cater to your wedding vibe! Definitely would recommend to friends in the future :)

Susie was amazing. I accidentally went way over my 1.5 hour appointment for a wedding dress, but she was so helpful. The most patient and I left with my perfect wedding dress. I can truly tell she loves what she does. 10 out of 5 stars!!!

I went to about 30 bridal shops around Chicago and this was by far the cutest bridal shop out of all of them! The staff (I believe they are mother and daughter) went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, beautiful and help me find my dream wedding dress. The prices are unbeatable and you can also make changes to the dress you are ordering free of charge! This is the only place I went to that even offered this.

Had the most wonderful experience. I was blown away at the quality of service and attentiveness during my bridal appointment. The set up of their studio is gorgeous and feels private. The staff really were attentive and extremely helpful in capturing your own vision, including the option of customization. Brideology is a true gem! They have a huge selection of gorgeous gowns from Europe. Rebecca and Suzy were so incredibly helpful. Their customer service went above and beyond! They are so knowledgeable about everything they carry and took the time to listen to what I was looking for. I found my dream dress today and couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Brideology to anyone who is looking for a stunning dress at a reasonable price with amazing customer service.

Where to start with this review...Rebecca was absolutely fantastic! I must have tried on about 20 dresses. She was incredibly kind and patient the entire time! We shared a lot of the same ideas when it came to alterations. Brideology really is a place to get a custom dress! I was able to add sleeves and other features to my dress with little to no charge. Prices are incredibly reasonable and would benefit any bride on a budget. I left more than happy with my dress. I can not wait to see it! Not to mention I got name my dress design after my daughter, how amazing. 5 stars all the way! I would recommend this bridal shop to any bride, and make sure you ask for Rebecca. She will fluff you up, share her honest opinions, make you laugh, cry with you and most of all make sure you leave the happiest bride to be.

Guess it was good, my daughter found her wedding dress. I made out like a bandit (I think) since it was less than $2k.....yikes!

Is there a way to give more than 5 stars? I had Keirsta as my stylist and she was amazing. She found gowns that matched my preferences, she hyped me up, and helped me find the one! The prices were also very reasonable for such high quality! I would go here over any other wedding dress store!

Update: I went back this past weekend to look at more dresses because I was second-guessing my decision and Rebecca was happy to work with me again! I was able to find the dress, veil, and accessories of my dreams for an excellent price!! Sososo happy I got to go back! Thank you! 🥰I went in this past Saturday to find my wedding dress! The owner, Rebecca, was my consultant and she was very nice to me and my entourage. She led us around and showed what stock she had that fit my description, and I found my dress after trying on like 5 or 6! She definitely knows what looks best on every body type and I highly recommend this store! Not only are the dresses BEAUTIFUL, but they are affordable too! I ended up getting a beautiful gown, with some customizations, and a beautiful veil for about $2100. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for the women that work at this store! They helped me find a dress I feel comfortable and beautiful in for my wedding day. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Bridology. I worked with Rebecca the owner, and she was so personable, honest, and knowledgeable. She made me feel like anything was possible with my dress. I want a very customized wedding dress which I thought could not be done and she made it happen. There are so many options at Brideology and Rebecca picked out so many great options for me to try on and showed me what can be changed and added and taken away if I chose to. I found my dress in only two hours! I will recommend this bridal shop to everyone.

I cannot begin to express how amazing Brideology is. I went to Kleinfelds in New York City (save yes to the dress place) to find my wedding dress and it doesn’t light a candle to Brideology. Not only does Brideology beat Kleinfelds as far as quality and pricing of one of a kind pieces, Suzy has been nothing but patient, kind and knowledgeable of what I wanted in a dress. I took a risk and chose a one of a kind piece for my wedding and she took an idea in my head and translated it over above and beyond what I wanted in a wedding dress to the designers. My sisters and mom already want to get married again just so they can buy one of their pieces. This place is a diamond in the ruff. I would recommend them to anyone! If I could rate it 10 stars I would!

Has lots of dress options and good prices.

This place is beautiful! Everyone that works there is so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. I had the best time trying on dresses and finding the one!! They also have been super accommodating. I changed my mind after I put a down payment on a dress but they didn’t ordered it yet. They let me come back twice to try on more dresses and pick a different one. I highly recommend all brides come here. Their dress selection is amazing and they seriously have the best staff ever!!! Oh and the jewelry they have is to die for!

This store is AMAZING!!!!!! I was very nervous about shopping for my dress, but as soon as I walked in to Brideology, I felt super calm and excited rather than nervous. Maddy was my consultant and she was so kind and genuine and SO helpful!!! I believe the other girl’s name was Suzi?? She helped pulling dresses and once she recognized my style she started pulling other dresses that she thought I might like! These two made me feel confident and comfortable. When I was in each dress, they had genuine reactions, they didn’t overstep, but they were still so incredibly helpful. They seemed super excited when I said Yes, and they gave hugs and everything!! Yesterday I walked out of Brideology with 2 AMAZING gowns and couldnt be happier!!!!! My sales consultant Kairsta was WONDERFUL!!! She made me feel soooo beautiful, and was so helpful throughout the entire process!! At first I was cautious about this place. I found them at a luxury bridal show and the dresses they had were gorgeous. Before visiting them I went to two other bridal boutiques. They had great dresses but nothing that said, Yes, this is it! But I found that at Brideology. The staff was wonderful and helped find the dress for me. You must go here for your bridal dress needs, they not only have a wonderful selection but also have dresses that are popular to the year. Its a must :)

I have called, left messages and emails trying to see if the store carries a few shoes before I order them online, and nothing. No response, no contact, no nothing. I call and no one answers the phone. I’m not certain if they care about obtaining new customers, but this is not the way to put a good foot forward.If anyone sees this and has the common courtesy to get back to me, that would be fantastic. Otherwise, good luck with your business as I’m sure you’ll piss off a lot of other potential customers.

I would not recommend anyone to purchase their wedding dress (or anything) from this store. I had the absolute worst experience. They took what should have been an exciting moment of finding and purchasing my wedding dress and turned it in to a horrible experience. My initial appointment here was fine and I ended up getting a dress, but when the dress came in 4 months later was when the problems began. I setup an appointment to pick up my dress and when I showed up for my appointment the bridal store was closed and there was a sign on the door that directed me to the prom store. When I got to the prom store, they said the owner, Susie (who I made the appointment with), had left for the day and not left the keys for the bridal store so I had to try on my dress at the prom store. I was very disappointed as this was not the customer service I expected, but tried on my dress anyways. After trying on my dress, there was a hook and eye that needed to be added so the associate said she needed a half hour to sew it. After an hour and a half of waiting (two hours after my appointment time), I still didnt have the dress. After the dress was finally done, I left after a very frustrating and disappointing day. I ordered the dress made to measure, as well, and after taking it to an seamstress learned that the dress was actually not made to measure and I had been taken advantage of. I asked for the made to measure money back and not only did I not receive a refund, Susie would not even discuss any of the details of made to measure with me. I have never met anyone more rude, condescending or unprofessional in my life. She completely ruined my wedding dress shopping experience.

This was my 6th bridal shop while on the hunt for my perfect gown. I met the Brideology team at an expo but initially felt the shop was a bit too far distance wise. However, after constant disappointment I decided to venture out. If other brides are hopping on planes for their perfect gown, i could certainly make the 1.5 hour drive. Everything about their approach to bridal says its about making sure the bride is happy. This was the only shop that allowed inspo pics to be uploaded when scheduling the appointment. Additionally, I was able to preselect my bridal suite and to my surprise they actually reviewed everything i uploaded. By the time i arrived they already knew my style. It was a great experience from start to finish. If you are a fashion forward bride with the unfortunate reality of the word ‘budget’ but a true appreciation for the finer details this is where you’ll find your dream dress. They offer customization to just about all of their gowns and work with the designers to assure your vision is brought to life. I never felt pressured to purchase or rushed through my appointment. They are mindful of your budget and offer a fantastic order to measure option as well as traditional bridal sizing. Needless to say i said ‘Yes To The Dress’ at Brideology :D

I had a wonderful experience here! Suzy was so helpful and friendly to my mom and I. By the end of my appointment, she seemed to figure out the exact type of style and dress I was looking for. She was honest in saying at that time they didn’t have what she thought I wanted for but showed me the collection they would be getting in that she had in mind and it was exactly what I was looking for (modern boho)! I also love that pretty much every single dress is completely customizable to essentially create the perfect dress. I will definitely be coming back since my wedding isn’t until 2020 to get my dream dress that is also in my budget.

I recently went to Brideology to look for my wedding dress. I could not be more satisfied with my visit. Kaylee took the time to help me into about 7 or 8 dresses until I found the one for me. The whole staff is truly exceptional! They took the time to provide me with all the information about the gowns and how they could be customized. The store itself is adorable with all of the dresses hanging from ceiling racks and the private fitting and viewing rooms are Instagram perfect. The selection of gowns range from simple, elegant cuts to romantically flowy gowns. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a one of a kind wedding dress.
