Adriana is Target’s treasure. I left an item at the self checkout. I called the same evening. A young man told me he would put it on the side for me to pick up. This was a $3 item (pictured below) but it was extremely difficult to find. When I came to pick it up (this is a 1.5 hour round trip for me), Adriana told me it wasn’t at the customer service desk. Disappointed, I was refunded my money and left my name and number in case it showed up. About 20 minutes later, Adriana called me and told me she found the item I was looking for. Not the one I left but she searched around for another one. Adriana could have dismissed the entire situation and gone on with her business. But she didn’t. She went above and beyond and that is becoming more and more rare these days. Target is very lucky to have Adriana. And, I was very lucky that she was the Target Team Member that assisted me. Thank you Adriana. The world could use more people like you in it.

Vegan vegan vegan. Super friendly staff Tonya.Bernard ( Manager ) Kept the store open past closing for us. They have a plentiful amount of Yasso Bars. Cant beat the prices.Once again Crystal Lake take the CakeCant wait to return.

This Target is great. The staff has been super helpful, the layout is fantastic and beautiful, and I love the drive up order pickup.

Good job on remodel so far hopefully bathrooms are getting an update if not hope the sinks can get clean, new drain filters, and the stalls need updates on locks and larger normal size hooks too if not getting a update. The paint or new air filters are helping with smell last time here differently was ‘90’s style target thought I went back in time to the Waukegan target with neon lights around the back wall or all around.

This place is the best I mean there really is nothing bad about it! Me and my friends shop there all the time and its so fun!

The pharmacist was amazing!! We went in for a flu shot for my 5 year old and he was so patient with us and he did an amazing job! My 5 year old was so happy after we were done because he didn’t even feel it. He made our day. We will definitely be recommending him and coming back next year!

Drive up service is awesome

Gail checked us out on Black Friday and she was phenomenal! She made sure everything was disinfected, she was so kind, and truly made my day. This is one of the most amazing shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I hope you know what an amazing employee you have there.

I absolutely love this target however an employee was pretty rude and not friendly to me last night. There’s a female employee stocking drinks near the cash registers around 8:30 and I had went up to her to ask about a certain deal that was going on. I was standing relatively close (so she could hear me) and said “excuse me” three times until she finally decided to look up at me. She then proceeded to just look at me blankly and I then asked about the deal, and then just shook her head yes. That was it. No verbal communication. It seemed like I was bothering her by asking a simple question. Other than this specific time I have had nothing but great experiences, but maybe they need to emphasize what good customer service looks like.

Convenient and usually have what I need in stock. Quick at letting me know my order is ready. This last visit, my order was supposed to be drive up and it auto switched to in store. That annoyed me but I still got what I needed.

This target has the worst management! So unprofessional and disrespectful. The person running this place really needs to reconsider who they let manage their store. Maybe send them back to school to learn proper etiquette.

As a previous employee at this store, Id advise against working at this location. I was one of the hardest workers in the store, and the leadership team took complete advantage of me. I worked 55 hours a week overnight and kept their fulfilment operation running. The store is full of nepotism and ridiculous politics. Shoutout to the Acostas, the 3 sibling team leads that got their jobs because of nepotism. Hows it feel to make 25k a year? This company will not invest in you. Stay away.

Better quality and selection of products than most other stores. Cost is a little higher than competitors with some products, but the quality is often times better, and with sales, 5% cash back with Target debit, Cartwheel and opportunities to earn gift cards with purchases, prices can be comparable and even less at times. Definitely worth it.

I sadly left toilet paper on the bottom of cart and realized when I got home. I called the store and they told me to bring my receipt etc.. I was so glad to know I would be making the trip back and get service. The item was actually at the guest services found in the parking lot. I loved that no one took it from the parking lot. Safe neighborhood.

The item I ordered was available online for the price I paid, which was very good. I didnt have time to walk through the store to see if the product was available so going in and out immediately saved a lot of time. Wish they had curbside pick-up for this purchase.

Over all the store is clean and the staff are friendly. No matter if you are seeking help or just browsing the isles. You are all ways asked if you need help. Today when i went in, a kind young man was stalking the chemical isles. He had a great deal of work on his cart. I saw the shelves empty, from the Sunday rush. And really who can blame anyone during COVID to have empty chemicals shelves. He still took the time, to say, (rough reflection of what he said) if i needed anything he would be more than happy to help. With all the work the young man had on his cart. If i was at Walmart or Meijer i would probably just be standing next to a teen with loud music or the worst having an inappropriate personal conversation. Not at target, never at target. You are around exceptional young/old people. Who look beyond their work to ask you what they can help with. It helps me focus on what i came there for instead of wanting to leave.

Used the website to order a couple things to be picked up curbside. Using the app I was able to communicate that I was there and a team member brought out my items in minutes!

They carry a lot of high quality stuff and their Target app is a great place to find little savings here and there.

Quick. SAFE. I did not want to go IN to the store. I called ahead to inquire how to order if I wanted drive-up pickup.Employee explained I needed to order via Target app and told me about the instructions I would find there. I also asked if their employees were wearing masks and gloves. She assured me they were wearing masks. Following the app,I indicated I was on my way, and then arrived, to see the bar code ready. I was masked. An employee was waiting outside with my large box and he approached my car (app has description), politely asked if I would pull up the bar code and turn my phone around so he could scan it (hands free of touching me/anything of mine), asked if I wanted it in my trunk, politely put it in and told me he was not allowed to touch my car so I shut my trunk. Once home, I wore gloves to remove the box onto my driveway, left it there about 4 hours after spraying the box down with alcohol/aloe mix. I removed the outer materials while gloved outside, removing and discarding my gloves. Experience was exceptionally safe.

My order was accurate and ready when I arrived.

Went for an Our generation doll for my daughter, had a good amount on sale, but couldn’t find a single one on sale because they were organized, dolls weren’t in the right places (shortly after open, so not because customers moved stuff around all day), no price scanner to check because they’re down because of Covid (like really, customers can touch everything else they want but can’t use a price scanner? And only a couple of the dolls even showed up on the app when I scanned them, so I couldn’t even check there. No one to be seen to ask for help, finally found someone and he was helpful, but I had to carry the six dolls I wanted scanned around to find someone to even check. Poor organization. Decided to buy a Walmart version instead because at least I can go to Walmart and use a price scanner to see what I’ll be paying, and they’re the same quality anyway.

I’m an employee and try very hard to supply the very best experience to our guest as humanly possible!!! I couldn’t work where I wouldn’t shop! By far my favorite retailer!!!

Theres really not much wrong with this Target. The selection is pretty good and the there is almost never a crowd. My favorite part of the store may be the clientele. Shoppers here tend to be very well behaved and you are unlikely to see children running around unattended. Im not sure if this is because of the staff but is nonetheless a great incentive for shopping there.

It wa easy to set up and I didnt have to go into store.

Because I waited in line for over 15 minutes while a girl was trying to get into her register......Also when I look around by toys or books there was no one to help.....................There usually is no one around to help back there!!

Ive been shopping here for quite some time now(5+ years); and the staff is the reason I continue shopping here. Every time I go in the story at least 2-3 employees greet me throughout my shopping. I just went a few weeks ago and was in a rush so I didnt grab a cart and I got a little excited by their gardening clearance section so I picked up a few more items then I should have. A worker in the food department named Ernesto noticed me and emptied his cart and gave it to me, I laughed and thanked him but I didnt get a chance to ask him for his manager as I was in a rush. Generally speaking this is a great place to shop for anyone because all of the staff here is always so positive and helpful.

A clean store and with a lot of variety, here you can make your pantry and your purchases of the week, very friendly attention of its workers but the prices are very high compared to other stores, the good thing you can buy everything in one place but cheap It is not.

Always have a typical shopping experience here, nothing bad to say about this location. For some reason, though, there are always shopping carts out in the parking lot. I understand people arent the best and dont put their carts away, but it seems worse here than Ive seen at other places.

This location apparently does not price match. The apple watches are clearly $199 at Walmart (series 3) and they would price adjust their $279 one that is the exact same. So instead they would rather take back a $280 product that can’t be re sold than keep a $200 sale. Side note- the manager Shelby should really be more careful on how she talks to employees about customers over the walkie talkie when customer service desk doesn’t put people on hold and can hear the whole conversation.

Very friendly and personable employees you cant go anywhere in the store without some employee asking you if you need help. There are always enough cash register lanes open to accommodate all shoppers.

Good deals, reasonable prices mostly, convenient, easy to navigate, quick in and out if you use the self checkout as sometimes not many cashiers on hand! also supportive company of the LGBTQ community

I really like the changes to the store and the new clothing lines.

I think the prices at Walmart are better. BUT the people who shop here tend to be better looking. Another words there are less 400 pound women who buy Diet Pepsi here.

The floor employees are so very helpful and easy to locate if you need help with someone, but sometimes there arent enough cashiers and I like to get a drink and a snack while I am shopping but have noticed that the concession area is closed after 5 pm.

This store is so poorly stocked. It makes me so angry because I dont have a lot of time to shop and your website doesnt carry the things I need. Not only are you eliminately brands we like and substituting your own name brands but you dont carry all items in your name brands. I.E, salted mixed nuts in the large plastic containers. You only had unsalted.

Ive only been here a couple of times and both times have not been pleasant. Staff is very rude and knows nothing about customer service. The first time I had a brunette teenager that worked at the electronics give me dirty looks and refuse to help me. The second time I had a big lady with blond hair with a couple of colored streaks in her hair make passive aggressive comments towards me. I can honestly say that I will never be coming to this target ever again.

Great customer service at this location, helpful staff, and typical Target pricing.One thing to note - they have an excellent homewares section.

One of my childrens favorite stores. A complaint is that it is hard to find items in my childs size, which is 14/16. But otherwise, a great shopping experience.
