I love the pharmacist here ! Expecially kyle. However had a problem in april with my prescription, wasnt kyle working, but another nice lady. I was out of town had my family pick it up for me, only to find after they got home that there were 5 other medications in the bag, that were due for refll but not the most expensive one. It had the print out for it, but not the medication!! Check your bags in front of the pharmacy staff, because if not, your out of luck! It has been a nightmare dealing with my insurance, the doctor. BEWARE!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Worst pharmacy ever!!!! Nothing but problems with Crystal Lake,IL location. Medications are never ready when they say they are. Prescription says to fill 9 - only three in the bottle. Waited in drive thru line for 25 mins to pick up a medication because an issue with car in front of me getting a COVID rest done. Then today I go to pick up a medication that I was told was ready. They filled it at the other location. I drive 5 mins down road - not filled there either. First location was in process of filling. Would be another half hour. Unacceptable!!!!

Not the best place to go for prescriptions. More than likely they will be out of what you need or they drop the ball and never fill your prescription. Go to Walgreens.

Mark at the location in crystal lake on Virginia and rt 14 was awesome in helping me figure out what battery I needed for my key remote. Very nice and helpful. Thanks again!

Sitting here after being in the hospital we are the only ones waiting. I understand that there are other things the pharmacist has to do on the overnight shift but seriously we are waiting in the lobby. I asked him after waiting 10 minutes and watching him fill several prescriptions if he has done he said he had several things to do and I will have to wait 15-20 minutes. 🙃 Where is your compassion... Never be back here again...

Was very put off that the pharmacy tech was wondering around the store without her mask on and the majority of store employees had their masks either removed or being worn without their noses covered.If Im wearing my ppe correctly Id sure hope a pharmacy and its employees were setting a better example.

The pharmacist tonight waited until my husband came to pick up the medicine for our child who is pretty sick. They called to say when the medicine would be ready. However, when he got there is when they decided to tell him that they do not take our insurance. Wouldnt that be the first thing you do before telling someone their childs medicine will be filled at a certain time? Common sense is something you do not learn in school, I guess. She said she called the number on file but nobody answered (pretty typical when you have a sick child at home 🤷🏻‍♀️) so again, common sense says to leave a message...we used to really like this location. Will probably have to go to another, more competent pharmacy

The pharmacy techs are amazing here! Ive been going to pharmacies a LONG time and this is the first experience that has been not NEGATIVE, only positive AND fantastic. The staff go out of their way to help you and try to find ways to use coupons or discounts. They ask about your kids if you are filling a perscription for antibiotics. Prescriptions are filled fast and accurately. I hope that the staff that opened this store stays because they renew my faith in pharmacies.

This is probably the best pharmacy I have used. The staff has always been polite and knowledgeable. In particular one of the pharmacists, Kyle goes above and beyond to help people and have your prescriptions ready quickly.

The Pharmacists at this CVS are AMAZING. They go above beyond and out of their way to help you with your needs. when I was struggling to get my prescriptions filled after my doctor (without warning) closed his practice, they reached out to everyone they could, to help me get my refills processed and ready. They kept me in the loop and were always polite and compassionate about my situation. Tina and Jackie are the greatest and I am so grateful for their help and that CVS opened this location, making it so that I will never have to refill another prescription at Walgreens ever again. Thank you!

Very friendly pharmacist. Also got a $3 off coupon that I was then able to use to purchase something else. This is definitely my go to Pharmacy in Crystal Lake from now on.

I came here twice during a week-long visit for work. Upon entering I was asked immediately how I was doing and if I needed help finding anything. The people were very friendly and directed me to where I needed to go.I needed floss and deodorant the first trip, and vodka the second trip haha.Im from PA so booze in a CVS is a foreign concept to me.

Friendly employees and I save so much more than Walgreens. I love this store!

BEWARE Racial Discriminating Employee!!!! This store doesnt deserve 1 Star!!! When someone goes into this store make sure you DONT carry a large purse, be a Mexican woman, otherwise you will be accused of shoplifting!! My experience was extremely shocking, appalling, inexcusable & repulsive this morning!! This employee needs to be reprimanded & trained!! Ive contacted Corporate!
