Eric and his team saved us. Many years ago my husband and I got tired of waiting for people to be done with the equipment we wanted to use at the gym so we bought our own commercial gym equipment. We loved it and used it 4 days a week. Now that we are moving out of state we needed to downsize. We had no idea what to do with our gym equipment. I searched online, found a number of possible resources and made phone calls. Only two people returned my calls and Eric was the only person who offered solutions. What I love about working with Eric is that he answers his phone and when he can’t get to the calls, he calls back quickly. Eric coordinated the equipment removal for us. His crew arrived exactly when they said they would and in less than 4 hours we had an empty gym. Even better than that, there was not a single mark or ding or scuff anywhere in our house. They had to move the equipment up from a basement and around a corner, then down a narrow hall to another corner to get out the door. It was a wonderful experience and a big relief to get it done before the movers arrive.

I bought a Precor Elliptical from here. It does take a little time to get your equipment, but it’s because they completely refurbish once you purchase. The elliptical arrived nicely wrapped and protected. Once we got it indoors and set up, we were completely impressed. It works flawlessly and we use it daily. I would highly recommend. Eric kept me updated throughout the process and quickly responded every time I had a question. Great value, great service!

Salesperson was informative about equipment, time frame for reconditioning chosen Eliptical was accurate, delivery company was good, altho expensive. End caps were missing but eventually delivered. Machine was much harder to use than we thought it would be. Our fault for not choosing one we were used to at Healthbridge. Now we would like to sell it back but we’re told you have too many similar machines in your warehouse. A buyback would have been an excellent option.

Did not have the experience that it seems most have which makes me wonder about the quality of the reviews here. This is a huge dusty warehouse of old exercise machines bought wholesale for resale to foreign markets. The guy does a small side business to retail. Spent 1.5 hours there with Eric picking out two machines that he said he would clean up and replace the belts to make them not so loud. Here is where it got weird and extremely frustrating. OK, so Im willing to pay almost $4000 for two machines and when I ask him to let me know when they are ready with the new belts he never gets back to me and then becomes very hard to get a hold of. This is from a guy that before answers on the first ring. Finally have given up. I can only guess why a business owner would not make a sale to a customer ready to spend money. My guess is he either got a better price from someone else or never planned to fix the belts. Total waste of time and energy. Go through the reviews until you find Bud Ace, sounds just like what I experienced.

We just recently purchased an older Precor treadmill from P4P and we love it! There were 2 really big guys that moved it and once it was set up we realized the power cord was commercial grade and not compatible with in home studio. Eric was easy to get a hold of and promised/delivered a new cord within 2 days. I would highly recommend Eric and his company for big and small commercial grade work out equipment!

I cannot recommend this company. I bought a used Cybex 630A from them. It took two full months and several phone calls and texts to Eric to even receive the item. When it did show up, it was damaged (in transport). To date I have not received the replacement part. I have called and texted Eric literally dozens of time throughout this ordeal. I heard the warehouse guys shipped it yesterday twice and its still not here. If youre looking to buy exercise equipment - try someone else.

I picked up two Keiser m3 bikes this past week- the staff was helpful, and after test riding all of the bikes I was able to pick out the best ones to take. Great buy and I would recommend this seller to others who are interested in purchasing fitness equipment.

I tried to buy from Eric. Met at his store, picked out a piece of equipment, agreed on a price, was told it would be delivered on Saturday. He didnt show. Called Eric, he apologized and said he would be there Sunday. He didnt show on Sunday and wouldnt pick up his phone. Several calls later I gave up and I never heard from him again. I ended up finding a cleaner and nicer piece of equipment for the same price at Metrofit Services in Addison.

I had an appointment set up for 1:00. Drove 50 minutes for the appointment and no one was there. I called the guy and he claims his employee didn’t tell him. He was at a bar it sounded like on the phone and said he could be there in 20 minutes.I said “that’s ok” I don’t do business like that and he said “ ok goodbye”! Horrible way to be to someone.FYI, you absolutely did not say 10 minutes. I would never do business with you. Check your other reviews. It seems you have done this before to other people.If you were running late, then a phone call or text.Funny thing is you told me your employee never told you about the meeting. How could you be running late 10 minutes of you “didn’t know” about the meeting. Get yourself together man.I wouldn’t have responded if you would have just owned the problem. Lying will only hurt your business.

I was looking to build my home gym with quality gear that Im used to using at Lifetime/Xsport etc., however, that equipment is extremely expensive! Ultimately we decided to go with an AMT unit which was a bit different that what we originally planned. Eric had the unit cleaned up and serviced before the delivery guys picked it up. It is now in our home and a great piece of equipment. We were very happy all around with the service and experience.
