Called these guys out to replace my front windows pane because the seals had long since broken and the window was filled with condensation. The 2 guys who came to do the work did a stand up job. After our replacement window glass was ordered and it came time to install, we discovered that the units in our house were not constructed in the standardized manner with self contained/sealed glass.Long story short, this is extremely uncommon and made for a very difficult job. We werent even sure the job could be done, anymore, since the original glass couldnt be easily removed. But instead of giving up and recommending we completely replace the whole unit, the staff at Fox River Glass & Mirror put in weekend hours and extra time to find a solution. The end result all turned out great.They went above and beyond to make it all work and despite the job going way beyond the scope of what we agreed on.Id trust this company with all my future work. You can tell they take pride in their work. Their craftsmanship and customer service show it.

These guys are amazing!!! It did take them a bit to come out to see us but I understand they were quite further from me nevertheless they worked with my schedule and he was wonderful!! Highly recommend to use them!! Honest and great service. I know where I am going when I need new windows!
