Love shopping at Jewel because of the prices or deals they have. But now the Woodstock Jewel charges for bags again because of the village. So now we have to pay $0.10 for each bag we use. I bring my own bags when I go to Jewel there from now on.

Great everyone that works here is really nice n helpful, I can usually find what I want but they’re out of the ice Mountain water all the time so tonight I bought three of them!!

The pharmacist was great. My son is on the spectrum she chatted with him a bit before giving him his vaccine. I was very impressed by how easily it went.

Nice shopping experience. Produce was displayed very well. A good deli selection with Boar Heads brand. Great sale on beer!

A nice place to shop with family and friends

The store is very clean, very well stocked as always, fresh fruit and vegetables and the cashier very friendly. This store is open 24 hours a day so it is very convenient due to the pandemic, you can go at a time when there are not many people. The prices are not very accessible but they are not exaggeratedly expensive either. The only thing that I would love is that they had sanitazer gel for the hands in the cash registers so that after paying the clients could feel more comfortable. recommendations; Bring your mask because they require it to enter. Observation; Maybe because I went to the store very early but it seems that at certain times of the day it is not mandatory to wear masks to employees, because I saw 80% of them without masks, for the safety and tranquility of their employees and customers they should require the mask all the time. its just a very personal observation.

Its 2:59 am I purchased a three meat & cheese submarine, cold spicy chicken wings and bottled water at this 24 hour Jewel. Young man who cashiered was overwhelmingly pleasant at nearly 3:00 a.m. He said he enjoys his employment with Jewel/Osco, Albertsons! GOOD TO HAVE A BUSINESS OPEN FOR THOSE OF US START THE DAY VERY EARLY! TOTALLY GRATEFUL FOR 24 Hour location! 1 million stars out of 5!

Jewel Osco has the best products you can find, and theyre lines are very quick. If youre in a hurry you can easily stop by quickly pick up what you need and even just use the self checkout, its EVEN faster and almost no one uses them so no wait!

Not a good experience in the Deli. A older man was working on a Wednesday around 3:30 pm. He was not only rude, but would not let me order what I wanted. he said “no” it;s all the same. Chicken breast and chicken wings are not the same. I was willing to pay extra. He said no. Will I go back to supporting a longtime grocery store or go to Marianos?What do you think?

I get a LOT of bad fish. I will have to get my fish somewhere else. Smell it when youre at checkout so you dont have to go all the way back, or pay for it then throw it away

I love the bakery department...your cake frosting isnt to sweet like some of the other stores.

Nice to have a 24 hr grocery store again. Its the only one I no of anymore.Even all walmarts close at 11pm now

The employees are more friendlier then the jewel in McHenry for sure.

Restocking and keeping items fresh is noticeable throughout the store but finding it is a challenge. A real gem is the floral center and availability of local brews like Crystal Lake Brewery and that one time favourite, the Bicentennial Brew.

Jewel-Osco has been my primary grocery store for years. The staff are friendly, the produce is always fresh, and the generic options are affordable in almost every item.Jewels florist section is amazing. Every two weeks or so, I buy fresh bouquets to adorn my dining room table. On my most recent visit, I bought a bouquet of lilies for $4.99 and a bouquet of six long stemmed red roses for $5.99 and arranged them in an exquisite purple vase. They are lovely. See for yourself.

Need new Ipass but was not able to get it at this store for some reason. Only 2 lines open as well.

1st time I ever been to Crystal Lake jewel, It was very Clean, Organised, And very busy. very nice people That work there, Very helpful, And have a lot of stuff.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean and well stocked. They sell delicious sushi and other prepared foods. All of this makes for an exceptional shopping experience.

Its jewel I got what I needed and left, wait a worker helped me price, or scan some things I was buying in the self checkout, it was very nice and unexpected

Amazing cake selection this time.

The guacamole was brown past the thin top layer. I couldnt eat it. The jello i bought had the use by date rubbed off, just the year.Some times ill ask for certain pieces of meat and they give me an old or more fatty piece. Ive learned to watch them. They keep getting cheaper and cheaper foods. If they get any closer to kroger Im out of there.Get rid of boars head and bring back, us being able to c the meat your going to slice us, in the deli.

Well stocked and easy to shop, finding things organized is a pleasure.

It was a little busy I got in and out quickly there was some bad meat and that bad produce Im surprised nobody took it off the shelves the meat was gray and the vegetables were rotten they need to step up their game

This Jewel-Osco in Crystal Lake, IL is better than most because it is bigger than say the ones in McHenry and Cary. I also had a very good experience with one of the employees named Charlie F. He was so helpful and enjoyed being that way! I have worked many years in retail, myself, and find Charlie F. to be one of the best. Also, the store looked extremely clean.

Well stocked, friendly staff. Great help when you cant find a specific item. Smooth checkout, you never have to wait too long.

Disgusting. The whole store smelled like dirty mops and feet. The large guy with red hair at self checkout was EXTREMELY RUDE.

Got our first dose of covid vaccine. They were very nice and we werent rushed or anything.

Love it, this is a great store a little pricey, but not bad.

Employees are less friendly at this location. Im not looking for small talk by any means but it feels like these people avoid helping you find something with their noses up at you all at once. Prefer to avoid this location.

Good grocery store, everything was easy to find. The checkouts are a bit hard to use and there was a lot of people.

I gave it 4 stars only because of the one cashier they have there. Her name is Olive I believe and is so rude to people. Her line could be empty and I will still go wait in line for a different cashier. Someone needs to explain to her what customer service means.

The pickup service has failed us at least three different times. Never again. the first time we never got a notificaiton for our pickup by the scheduled time. We had to call, and then they procecessed our order. a few weeks ago, we went to pick up our order only to find out when we got home that they forgot 1/3 of our items. The only option was to come back and get it, they didnt even offer to deliver. Tonight, we never got a call for our 6pm pickup. I called the store, I was told that they were still working on orders from two hours ago and probably wouldnt get to my order this evening. This service is unacceptable and we will not be using it again.

There is no more friendly of a store than Jewel osco all your household needs and much more, and a quick and easy place to buy my wife flowers

Used to be the best grocery store in town. Its okay, but bad layouts and confusing flow through the store make it hard to run in and get something quick.

I went into the store today and this lovely lady erin got this lovely gentlemen Nick they both helped me look for a particular product and they went above and beyond to find what I was looking for great service.

Great store. Large selection. Excellent prices. I love their meats. They have a good rewards program. Sales flyer every week with great special deals. Even some meats are buy 1 get 1 free. Friendly cashiers. Clean and attractive store. One of my favorites!

We were in and out in a short period of time using the self checkout. I prefer Jewel over a big box store for groceries. One thing Jewel could improve on, is the signage in the store itself to assist with finding items.

AMAZING Deli! Such a clean and new location. Pleasant staff & positive amidst the crisis. Also super handy they have an aisle guide on the bottom of the plastic flap in the cart that lays down for a child seat!

This jewel used to be absolutely disgusting before the renovation. Everything looked dirty. But now, it looks a lot better. Unfortunately the prices are absolutely outrageous. I only go here if I absolutely have to or if their pop deal is going on

A good store kept clean and tidy unlike some others, staff was indifferent, cashiers were fine, but it seemed like the few managers I saw were more standing around looking busy then actually doing anything productive.
