Walked in with all safety protocols to find the menu has not changed and once ordered at home all the flavors of a honey baked ham.

Service was great and food tasted great but portion sizes have definitely shrunk.

The food is good. But you can’t view the lunch menu online. And when you go in the menu just states the name of the sandwich. So I ordered a “honey baked ham sandwich”. And the older lady working there very rudely said “ The honey baked ham or the classic ham?” And I said “ I have no idea there’s no description what is the difference?”. I also very clearly had a toddler on my hip pulling my mask down. And again very rudely she said “ can you put your mask over your nose“ like sure I can but my toddler‘s going to keep on tearing it down. You could’ve had a little bit of sympathy and at least said please. The two younger employees looked absolutely miserable. And I can guarantee you it was because of this woman and I do not blame them.

There was a mix up in our order. The lady who answered the phone made it sound like I was S.O.L. and would have to pay for their mistake. I asked for Jake and he took care of the problem! Great customer service!

I like I like this place because their sandwiches are really good and I like going there every so often and they offered also have like turkey sandwiches a lot of it or ham sandwiches and their salads are good this is overall this is a good place to go

Needed ham bones to make soup. Called ahead to make sure they had some. Glad we did, they only had a couple left. A REALLY nice lady named Francis saved two for me. (talk about great customer service!)We also got a package of Split Pea soup mix. The kitchen smells great!!Thanx Francis YTB

Honeybaked ham speaks for itself. I was never a fan of ham in general until my wife introduced me to Honeybaked. Their roasted turkey breasts are also amazing and a holiday staple for us now. We all snacked on leftover ham and turkey from Christmas to New Years. Remember, the hams not too big, the refrigerator is too small!

I ordered 20 boxed lunches 3 hours prior to my delivery time and everything was perfect and on time! The boxed lunches were packed PERFECTLY!! Everyone was more than happy! These sandwiches are one of the best Ive ever had, they are one of a kind and absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend Honey Baked Ham!

Delicious!! We stopped in for lunch today. My husband has been there so often they know him by name, but it was my first time. I had the tomato and cheddar sandwich. It had no meat, but it was more than filling. The roasted tomatoes and pickled onion on the sandwich were soooooo good! I also had a cup of split pea soup. Its hard to find split pea that I like that isnt homemade, but Id happily eat this again. It had large chunks of ham too. They offered crackers or croutons, which was a nice touch. I always prefer croutons. My 2 year old had a large piece of ham, which he devoured and they happily cut up some cheddar cheese for him as well. He also had chips and half a Heath cookie. We both left stuffed and so happy! We will be back for sure.

Let me tell you about my experience. I placed my order on line because like most of us I only have 30 min. for lunch. When I arrived I noticed they have to registers but only one line. I had to stand on the same line as the customers who were just placing their orders. I stood on line for a long time. Finally I got my sandwich and took of in a hurry and decided to eat on the way back to work because my lunch was almost over. Took my sandwich out of the bag...took the first bite and trust me I forgot all about how long I stood on line to get it. It was DELICIOUS! unfortunately when I reached for the chips to go with it THE BAG WAS ALREADY OPEN and I dont think it was complementary service :( I had to go back in and asked for a different bag and this time I made sure it was closed. We all make mistakes but I would have liked an apology for getting an wide open bag of chips. Overall the experience was not good but the sandwich was delicious. My recommendation for you is order a and pay on line about 30 min before pick up time and asked them if you can go directly to the counter to pick up or if they can set it on the side for you. You will love the food!

I use this as a go to for company. Order the smoked turkey and ham tray with cheese for a great meat platter, comes with rolls. Everyone likes their ham and turkey.

Well dang.. I wish I could give 0 stars! My mother has a broken foot. I go to pick up a ham for her but Jake gave me terrible service. He was rude. Talked down to me and then refused to help me and took the customer after me. My mother called in, Jake then told her that didn’t happen and that I came in not knowing what I wanted.. when I actually told him I had an order, that was placed a week prior, for a 1/4 lbs ham under the name. No one greets you when you walk in or even look at you. I hope for the cashiers sake it was her first day cuz she had no idea what she was doing. I’ve had better customer service at ed debevics! When I came back in for my ham, after being refused service, I didn’t revive an apology but instead mean looks from everyone.. except Jake was no where to be seen. I WILL NEVER buy a ham from here again! And Jake.. go back to State Farm

For starters, the food is incredible. Make sure that you smother everything in their honey mustard. Its crack-infused nectar from the food gods. Also, challenge yourself by buying their turkey salad and seeing if you can last 2 days before eating it all in one glorious binge of shame.The staff is awesome too. All smiles and great eats. Definitely recommend.

Oh how I love honey baked ham! Does not really matter what sandwich you pick as they all rock. I would suggest this location in particular as the service was just flat out better. Tucked away and a little hard to see if you didnt know it was there but dang was i happy to be there for lunch!

This ham was delicious! I got it as a gift from work and it was well worth waiting in line to pick it up before the holidays. They were packed, but the staff was still friendly and smiling.
