The owner is great nice selection certain staff is fine price point variesA few times I had certain lady clerks with attitude & trying to control purchases_ putting back several items I needed and this time trying to force me to buy other didnt appreciate it those times worst experiences or I had my items put backstuff I needed to stay healthy last time I was in I was also told by one of them vitamin shoppe only here to make money hope thats not true because morally that be wrong I dont see that from this entire store I. I used to be able to come and have no problems and staff was always helpful and could get whatever needed

I used to go to The Vitamin Shoppe all the time for my vitamins and supplements but unfortunately I have discovered Amazon is almost always less expensive for the exact same stuff.

Tall older blonde who works mostly as a cashier constantly has an attitude. I always avoid going when shes working. Other workers are pleasurable.

This is the WORST vitamin shoppe I have ever been in. I stopped by on 8/18/2019 with my wife and the old lady that works in there. Doesnt say a word but keeps staring as if were going to steal something. I should have bought my items from the Algonquin location. They actually know how to run a store.

Had what I needed, and the guy behind the counter was very helpful.

Now that GNC is gone this location has taken on as the dominant player in Crystal Lake. Found a few deals there recently.

Enjoy shopping here for all the healthy options, I also like the Rainbow Light products.

They didnt seem to want to help us and didnt seem knowledgeable about the products. We had much better luck at GNC.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE:The blonde lady with glasses is sooo rude, she doesnt know the products and when you ask for something she just points at a random product and walk away. I went to pick up an online order and one of the items was a toothpaste. The box was ripped and taped, I asked her if she had one with an unopened box and with attitude she responded, no but you can open it and see it. So I said, thats ok, can I return it? She took upon herself to open the box, take the toothpaste out and tells me that the toothpaste was fine and has a seal; when I opened the cap, no seal whatsoever. I went to my car and I decided to go back and return the toothpaste and she and the bald old man were joking (hes not so great either), Im not sure if it was about me, but they just lost a client that shops every month or 2.
