I would give 0 stars if possible. I called for an estimate on snow removal for two building. The guy was a complete jerk on the phone boasting he had 17 trucks and he is not going to waste his time coming out for an estimate. He has terrible customer service skills. If this is the way he acts with potential customers I can imagine what he would do with his existing customer.
