Shannon Manager. Should be replaced for fraud waste and abuse. We spent over 1 hour rebuking over how to get her location to print the label. The final straw was after she stated she could scan the bar code from my phone and then print the label. Then once inside she then changed her mind. I watched as selling of candy was prioritized rover tending to customers. Excuse after excuse of why 3 employees couldnt give me the free boxs to return the Google products. Then attempted to blame google. Its ok well just tell Google to ship from UPS.
Michelle is absolutely incredible, and helped my clueless self with all of my printing and faxing needs, and was so patient and and kind despite my total ignorance with technology! I would definitely recommend coming here for friendly faces and quick service! Thanks for everything, Michelle!

Went in to ship two items totaling 46 pounds from Crystal Lake to Scottsdale. Need them there in 6 days... Didnt need overnight, 2nd day Air or anything. Insured the items for $4000. Now I was expecting maybe $200 because they were big boxes and I did go online to get an estimated shipping cost and everything.I was told it would cost me almost $900 to guarantee them there in 6 days. $900!?!?? My flight cost me $120 for round trip.Left, went to UPS, and it was less than half that amount to ship them round trip!Ill never use FedEx again.
I’ve visiting this location and few times and have had the pleasure of Michelle helping me. She’s a gem of an employee. She’s always polite, friendly, and cheerful. Thank you for making transactions so pleasant!
Old woman with glasses increased the dimensions on the package to increase the rate by $10, after calling her out she stated to take it to USPS then, we dont need your business in an arrogant manner. As I was leaving she was laughing with the other lady Amy about how USPS sucks. They are litterally taking advantage of the current shipping situation
The staff was extremely rude with accusatory questions, it was my first time trying to use FedEx at this location and it was a horrible experience. Maybe a different location will be better but I will definitely never go back there. I understand the pandemic has caused restrictions when shipping to other countries and I am a reasonable person, all they had to do is explain it in anormal way, not accusing me of wanting to spread the virus.
I love this location. Always helpful and I have never had to wait. Grateful they are open so I can send essentials to my loved ones who can’t get what they need near them!
These employees MAKE IT HAPPEN. I came in with a last minute, urgent, and complex project and they busted their butts to make my time line. They were so kind, professional, and QUICK. The best.
Fed Ex is the best! They have done a wonderful job helping me create amazing content for my projects! Gerret usually helps me out and he is awesome and always patient with my ideas! Definitely recommend!!

Came here trying to deliver a laptop over night and they want to charge almost $200 for it! Found another way without $200 fee from work company and the Hispanic/ Mexican girl with short hair seem like she was feeling some kinda way and had a attitude about it. The job was going to pay for it instead of it coming out my own pocket. I just had to print the paper out and put it on the box. I think she got mad since the money didn’t go to this location . AND lastly I tried purchasing the laptop box but they were all out and she had the nerve to tell me only the laptop can go in and not the case it was in so I can spend more money . I went to the one in Algonquin and the man went above and beyond to infinity to just try to fit the case in, but couldn’t . He was so genuine about it and tried . I will never go back here.
We have a company account, Lynn is my rep and I am very happy with the service . They always come through when I’m I a bind. We have a small team and always need last minute prints. I enjoy working with the team at this location.

I have had nothing but good experiences at Fedex Crystal Lake. The staff is courteous and helpful. Over the past 2 months I have had to stop in about once a week for copies or to drop off packages. Never a problem.
I use this location all the time for shipping and receiving hold. Nice folks even when it is crazy busy. Long hours open make it convenient.
Aweful customer service! Horrible!!!My dad had few questions, and the team member hung up on him. So if you have more than one question, get ready to be insulted. What is the reason to have customer service associates if they cant even provide you with basic customer service. I have worked in customer service for many years with big companies, but never have I treated or seen someone else treat a customer like this. Absolute BS

The stuff here have always been very helpful and efficient with my orders. They have a lot of multi-tasking to do and I feel the customers who come to this store can be rude.
Theyre idiots. I live in Chicago but was visiting my sister and the fedex was close to Metra. Ive shipped to my best friend in Canada twice and know I have to fill out a commercial invoice on top of the shipping label. They gave me the shipping label and I asked the guy twice for the commercial invoice and he said we dont do that anymore, we just put it in the computer. I thought it was weird but whatever. I also thought it was weird that the package was the smallest and lightest Ive ever sent to that address but it was still as expensive as the others. I think he put in the wrong numbers.So I get to my sisters and they call back saying theyre missing the commercial invoice I had asked about TWICE! They say theyre going to email it to me and then have me fill it out and email it back. I give the guy my email address three times and he reads it back but still somehow gets it wrong...my sister had to drive all the way back to fix it and she had to leave her one year old home with me because of these idiots.Im giving them two stars because it actually SHIPPED, though it was a day late. They didnt even apologize. Not to mention it had to process through the Chicago facility anyway so I should have just done everything at my location. These guys are idiots. Wasnt even the same guy either but both employees.
Usually able to get in and out pretty quickly.
Slow lines, unhelpful service. No reason to ever use Fedex again in the future.

Ive seen this place at is zenith when it was a standalone Kinkos. The place was huge, had PCs, sort of mini workspaces. About 10-12 years ago they downsized and are now the standard FedEx Office store and they have what you need: Coopers, printing services, shipping. No bad experiences here.
