First star because my cases were great and just as I was expecting (thank you, SKB Cases). Second star because, with the exception of my sales rep, everyone else I worked with provided me great service. However, communication and timely action from my sales rep was absolutely abysmal and made this transaction among the absolute WORST ordering processes I have ever encountered. Our first contact happened on 1/28. With horrendous communication from my rep and countless reminders and follow-ups from me, I finally received my cases on 2/25, AFTER Id missed a deadline with a valued business contact causing our company to look bad. Turns out, he never even placed my order. As of today, Im not sure my rep even knows if my invoice is paid. He told me he was checking into it for me on 3/11 and after my follow-up to him on 3/13 went answered I called their accounting department directly today (3/19). Todays call was fast and friendly, and I finally have record of my paid invoice. Yes, I was charged in-full for a process that took nearly 9 weeks start-to-finish. Based on several positive interactions I had with others at SCS while sorting out this dumpster-fire of an order, I actually WOULD recommend ordering from them. Just be cautious of who your sales rep is and ensure you have timely communication and proof of your order ASAP after placing it.

Ordered 3 Pelican cases from the Custom Case Group. Trust me the cases were finely designed, strong and are of excellent material. I am basically an on-site provider of portable video conferencing solutions in Chicago. The price was fair and delivered on time.

Ive been building out an expedition truck, and dreamed of having custom-fitted aluminum Zarges cases for years. Finally bit the bullet and went to SCS in Chicago to have them make me a custom case for my offroad recovery equipment. I absolutely love it. The thing is going to outlive me, and while it wasnt cheap, it wasnt nearly as expensive as Id expected. I plan to keep coming back until all my gear is in custom Zarges cases.

Use as a regular suitcase because of its security and durability. Own three Pelican cases and all are outstanding!

Our aircraft maintenance facility invested in a $20K Borescope that came in a cardboard box. Came to Custom Case Groups Chicago facility to have them make a case that could properly protect it. We ended up with a Hardigg (the pro/military division of Pelican) case thats crushproof, waterproof and means I dont have to worry about our new investment getting broken.

They never answered the phone and I called several times over a couple of hours. Tried multiple different extensions and got nothing. Later, was passing by and thought I would stop in to buy but the office is one suite in the building and the door was locked with no notice of why. All this was on a weekday during working hours.
