This place was clean, setup and product placement was easy to find what you want. The rep working the counter was really helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Can get what you need here.. The owners/clerks could be more friendly. Maybe recognize return customers, greet people on occasion.. it is a business i guess, but friendliness goes a long way

First of all, the owners or at least I can assume they are the owners, do not seem a bit interested providing any sort of positive shopping experience for the customer. Upon entering, I instantly felt peering eyes and a vibe of negativity. I noticed that most products lacked any sort of pricing and when I would ask for the price I felt as if I was an annoyance to them and their ongoing conversation with each other. Fine, that’s ok j guess. It wasn’t until later I noticed that I had been straight up ripped off. I bought a lighter and they charged me 50 dollars and when I looked at over five different stores websites I realized I should have been charged no more than 20 which was the high end and 12 on the low end. I am not sure why I didn’t think it was over priced at the time, but I was in the moment I guess. I feel ripped off and I’m irritated that these owners would engage in such a scam. I’ll never go back.

Ive been going here for years! These folks are super nice to my mother, and always help her out when she needs it. These kind folks are the ones who actually go above and beyond what they are even required to do. I dont smoke cigs anymore, but I do still come for the accessories, lol. Keep it up guys.
