I love this place they are very helpful, i love the serviced they provide definitely i recomend this place.

Customer support online is didn’t help me or give me any direction of help. Over the phone support wasn’t helpful either. They make it super complicated to join two cricket phone numbers in one account. With the corona virus you would think they would do their best to prevent you from walking into a store but your better off going to a store for customer support.

The girls there don’t even look like they want to help you they just fake their friendly service I saw them whispering to eachother which I thought was disrespectful never coming back

The staff here are clueless in customer service. They charge you with hidden fees. Came in for a new phone. They asked for my old one to get the sims info being i was transferring to cricket from AT&T. They turn around and connect my old phone instead of the new phone, Then charge me $100 for it. I requested a refund and they did not want to. Only to tell me that i did not longer qualify for a new customer discount on a phone. My whole purpose was to get a new phone and transfer my old number to cricket. Instead They tried to sell me a used phone. The manager is a dummy as well. Dont waste your money nor time. I will NEVER come back!!! Metro was my business solution.

I had a horible experience at this cricket location. I went to buy a new phone and at first the staff was very friendly. Everything was going fine until they repeatedly try to sell me a case. I kept saying no thank you until the sales person said (ok thats fine) and continue to charge me. When i get home and look at my receipt he had charge me a case anyways.Recap: I did go back and complain and after 20min they did help me out especially the guy (thank you for the honesty). Just revise your receipts before leaving the store for any hidden fees. Besides that they do have good prices and im loving my phone so far.

The workers are great been with cricket for about 18months now every time I go to pay my bill or buy a phone nothing but love in the cudahy store go in and buy a phone so you see how cricket is the best
