Very good people to do business with excellent service

Terrible Terrible service. Purchased Speed Queen washer and dryer about a month ago. $2300.00 . Dryer never has worked. Found out by the repairman we were sold a used dryer that had been worked on and unable to repair at another persons house. Ask for a full refund. No follow up We have called the store several times nothing has been done and they could care less. Dryer has never worked. We called the OWNER of the place in Huntsville. We will see if that helps. Third generation buyer from Luyben and Boike. Never had a bad experience when they owned the store. They have bad reviews at there other locations. Should have checked reviews before purchase. Defiantly would not recommend.

Purchased a speed queen washer and dryer and have had nothing but trouble I can count how many articles of my clothing have been ruined by some type grease that gets on them during the wash an let’s keep in mind they are brand new!! My husband called to get something done about it but of course the person we gotta talk to is never there, I wish I had went with the Maytag set from Lowe’s I had way better luck with those Speed Queen is way overrated an way overpriced for the company not to make it right!!

Our freezer was about to die and take all our food with it ! They helped us find the freezer we needed at a price we were comfortable with ! Jeremy Cowan Service technician came by to fix my stove. It was an easy fix a noodle had gotten into the fan blade and he fixed it as well as swept up the floor underneath the stove. And cleaned the stove for me. Thank you Jeremy for the great service. Linda Voss

The people here are very nice. We didnt make a purchase today but they helped us narrow our choices. We will likely return as we make our remodel decisions, because the prices are competitive and their installation and haul away charges are reasonable, unlike Sears which are excessive. BTW, I just read that Sears has filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy.10/22 - Purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher and it was installed the same day. Installers were awesome, taking care to answer our concerns during the process. Well done.!!!10/29 - Purchased an oven. It will be delivered and installed in about 10 days.

Went into the store trying to buy a replacement thermostat for my Maytag Neptune dryer. I didnt know the exact part number for the brand, but I did know the equivalent Samsung part number that was interchangeable. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and helpful. I have no complaints with him.The older lady who was there interjected herself into our conversation is a different matter though. She very rudely and told me that we couldnt use an equivalent part from a different brand, and completely took over the conversation. I pointed out that it was standard practice to have interchangeable parts, but she went on about how she had been doing this business for 20+ years and knew what she was talking about. She then offered to sell me a Maytag specific thermostat package for around $40. I ended up buying the Samsung thermostat for $8 on Amazon and installed it myself. My Maytag dryer now works like new with a Samsung thermostat. Im sure the rest of the staff is very nice and helpful, but the older lady was rude, condescending, and worst of all, completely clueless about appliance repair.

Customer servive has been astounding. The sales people there really know thier stuff and explain things well. They so far a gone out of thier way to make sure that all questions are answered and the explain the delivery process. I havent had a problem yet, so hopefully everything will come in on time and be delivered on time and in great condition.
