Absolutely the best service Ive ever gotten at a Walmart service center! We got there 15 minutes before closing and they made us feel like it wasnt a problem at all, every single person there was very pleasant! Very helpful and quick! Definitely will keep it in mind if ever through there again with a flat tire! Great team

After showing up at 7 because the work schedule is incorrect on the web site.. Pull in to get a simple oil change this morning and Im 3rd in line 1 oil change and 1 tire change in front of me. My official time after sign in is 8:16 I was instructed to pull to the door and leave my keys in the ignition. At 9 I walk up to check on progress. My car is not where I was told to leave it and its not in the shop sweet its done. NOPE it has been moved back across the parking lot to a parking spot and the 5 other people behind me are in the shop being worked on. After I asked what the deal was my car was pulled in for ust and OIL CHANGE. Finished 56 minutes later. Definitely would not recommend either Wal-Mart Tire Center in Cullman Alabama.... P.S. when u install new windshield wipers it is almost a must to take the plastic protector off the blade so they will function properly....Horrible Quality Control..

After visiting numerous locations that includes two other Wal-Marts, this was a breath of fresh air. The Service Writer was extremely friendly, made sure I had everything I needed and explained all of the options for my new tires. It took them 1 hour to complete my service -which is a far cry better than the 4 hour wait in the Decatur store. Ill definitely be back for other automotive-related needs!

I ordered two tires online for the rear of my car and came to get them put on at 10:00am this morning. It took them two hours, but they were busy so I cut them some slack. I was heading home and the rear of my car was bouncing back and forth. It was underivable. I had to pull over and debate what I wanted to do. I drove back to the store, going super slow, and told them what happened. They took the car and another hour later told me my car was ready. I left hoping that it was going to be good but I STILL have the same issue. I’d rather not have gotten new tires and kept the 0 tread ones. Never will I bring my car to this place. The lady at the counter, short tan lady, is super rude. I would rate lower if I could.

After selling one of my employees two wrong sized tires to go have put on by someone else cause a stud was broken and They cant touch it. She had to drive twenty miles on bald tires just to have the mechanic inform her she had the wrong sized tires. My husband then had to meet her back at the Wal Mart to try and let them make it right. Their solution per the store manager was Give him a jack and a four way My husband had to pull off the wheels in the parking lot in the rain and roll them to the guys to put the tires on and then had to put them on the car himself. Customer service at its worse.

It took 3 hours for tires and they never paged us and we finally went back to check. Had to wait for 10 minutes for a cashier to check us out. We get to the vehicle after spending 280 dollars and personal items that were in the vehicle were left on the ground. We usually have a good experience, but not today.

Took 2 hours for a tire change and was charged an additional $40 I was not told about for mount and balance. I asked them to swap my wheels (rims) on the back so they would match. I was told $10 per tire, then $25. I witnessed an employee helping a customer whose son wanted green (regular) antifreeze instead of GMs orange stuff (dexcool). They said they couldnt help her because the bottles didnt say what color antifreeze was. I tried to walk to the subway in front twice, and was paged both times over the PA instead of them calling my phone. I was told the person who usually manages department was not there, but how are you working at and auto shop if you dont know what color antifreeze is?

Since the other walmart is busy 24/7 this is the 4th attempt in all at both Walmarts . They are lazy Ive been here for 2 hours and they did half of it and havent finished yet .Its been sitting there for 2 hours. They are also ride and dont care about customer service.

I couldnt get the tire department today, because when I called to check prices they kept hanging up on me. Wal-Mart needs to work on either phone lines or customer service.

I pulled up and the guy got my tire size and he told me they had one in stock for my size. I waited 2 hours in walmart for them to tell me they got the wrong size and that they didnt have a pair of tires that are the size of my vehicle out of all the tires in that place. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

Worst place ever. Waited two hours to change one tire and watched them move people ahead of me. While sitting here they also backed over someones car and broke someone elses lug bolt.

Worst place for an oil change ever.Took them two hours to find out that the oil plug was stripped after they did it at an earler oil change attempt and then denied it.After arguing with their douche bag manager he offered a 50 dollar gift card for the trouble but when he came inside he said only he only offered a 15 dollar card.Bottom line is idiots changing your oil for cheap here messes up your car, then they deny it.Its a waste of time,and a waste of money.Youre better off changing your own oil even if you dont know how.By the way if you have any problems there dont ask the service manager hes a douche bag AKA Wade needs to be nominated for douche of the year.If you value your car dont bring it here.
