Very knowledgeable mechanic and labor price given before work begins. Also lower labor charges than other shops I have used. I will be using United Auto Service for my vehicle repair needs from now on.

Known Wayne for many years. Dropped my vehicle off the night before to have brake work done. It needed rotors and all. Got a phone call before lunch the next day that it was fixed. Very reasonable prices and friendly service.

Had a flashing check engine light on I65 passing through the area on a road trip. UAS quickly diagnosed the issue and had us on our way by mid afternoon and only set back about $225. They also identified a couple other issues that could be fixed by our mechanic back home. Fast, friendly, and no price gouging. Thats everything you want in an auto shop.

Fixed a faulty ignition switch on my van. Very quick and knowledgeable service. Honest auto repair is hard to come by and I would use them again!

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. I dropped my truck off and they call me and tell me the part I need and I approve the part and they tell me it will be ready the following Monday. I tell them that is perfect because the rental car my insurance is providing for me has to be returned Monday. Monday comes along and I havent heard from anyone there so I call them and ask if my truck is ready. They say no when they called to order my part(the Thursday before) they told them it wouldnt be there until Tuesday. They never called me back to let me know it wouldnt be ready the Monday they said it would. When I got angry because they never bothered to inform me the customer they acted like I was being rediculous! They are a joke and I wouldnt let them put air in a bicycle tire!
