This place is great! Very friendly and attentive owners. We got there at closing and didnt realize it. They were so helpful and didnt say a word about it until they let us out! Definitely be back !

I love our cullman radio shack. They always are eager to help do find anything. They treat you like you matter. Best place for any band to go for supplies. Prices are very reasonable

Had a harness for my backup camera run from my radio to camera location to make it easier on my body guy when he went to install the camera after paint. I provided the harness, but the decided to use their own harness during the install leaving the provided harness laying in the seat. When I saw what had happened, I went back in and asked them about and was assured that it would work. I took their word for it, and even payed for the harness they used without complaint even thought it is not what I asked them to do. Turns out, the harness does not work with my backup camera and I will now have to pay to have the correct harness put into place.

First of all the only thing keeping radio shack of cullman from 5 stars is the prices are high in my opinion and the store hours are inconvenient. That being said alot of the things I go there for are very reasonable in price, resistors and things like that but items your average consumer would purchase are pretty high in my opinion. The best thing about this radio shack is the employees are very knowledgeable I enjoy going there for insight on projects more than shopping if you have electronic questions Id chat with these guys before I would anywhere else in cullman that I can think of. If you dont mind paying more send these people your business over walmart any day.

Very nice and helpful people, well versed in all items in their store. They carry Arctic Silver 5, which in my opinion is the best thermal paste. They have a wide variety of items, including many subs and amps in the back.

They said they didnt have what i needed but they did not even check they just na we dont have it. Sorry. They werent rude per say but they were kind of brush offish if that makes sense like they couldnt wait for me to leave

They were unable to install an aftermarket stereo in my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. I bought the stereo elsewhere and was told it was compatible with my vehicle. But they told me it wouldnt work with my back up camera. They didnt charge me.

Very helpful and did not even have to make a second trip. The gentleman listened to my terrible description, looked at my pictures, waited patiently for me to call my husband 10 times and left pleased. Was thrilled when I got home and it all worked just right!

This place dosent have the Experience to put in high end systems (Hyundai tuscon stereos) they dont know how to change language options on factory stereos. Whatever you do dont let them install radios for you. I lost 426.00 very Unhappy with the work they done.

Had a problem installing my sons car stereo called took it up there and they finished the job very quickly and cheap great job I will be back and send anyone I know there way great service very happy

I love this place! They have everything you need and more. Did you need a small hard to find electronics parts if they dont have it in store theyll order it for you. Also, they do car audio installation and sales. They also carry some of the Legacy RadioShack branded products.

Better home entertainment selection than Wal-Mart. Great selection of electronic parts without going to the internet.

I stopped here to purchase a new radio and set up and install for a Christmas present. I found the head unit I wanted and associate gave me a exact quote for install and parts. I told him lets do it and he said well we need to order a part. I was attempting to give this place money and was told to call back. Needless to say if a place doesnt want my business I will take it elsewhere.

Theguys here are so eager and willing to help with whatever you need. They are always so kind and greet you. Also have a great selection of all kinds of electronics. They also seem to be very knowledgeable.

A BIG Shout out to the guys here .Friendly, Knowledgeable, and Super Helpful . I just had a touchscreen Kenwood stereo Installed 2 days ago . There price on the stereo was within just a few dollars of what I had found online and they knew exactly what had to go with it to fit in my Pickup, and had all the stuff in stock .The price they charged for installing was way less than I figured and they did a great job it looks factory ! These guys will almost run over each other to get to a customer to help them . Im a business owner myself and was Impressed with their services . They will be my go to for this type of work .
