Awesome shoes and Nike apparel

I came into this store to return an item that I ordered online from their website. When I opened the package it had the white Nike Lanyard in it I ordered for my daughter who just turned 15 recently and now has her permit to drive. Well, I was surprised when I opened it because the lanyard still had a security device attached to it and it looked as if someone had tried to rip it off and the lanyard was damaged from it. It also had a HAND WRITTEN NOTE IN THE PACKAGE!! Not even joking!! Stating that they were sorry for the security device still being on the lanyard but they didnt have the equipment to remove it and I should go to my local Hibbetts and have it removed, nevermind the fact they tore up the lanyard trying to rip off the device. Anyways, I go to my local Hibbetts and the manager I talked to, I asked to speak to a manager when I walked up to the register, she was in shock about this!! She even called the top dog manager and told him about it and sent him pictures. So then me and the manager decided to figure out a way to track down what store it came from. I decided to just use the tracking number and go on USPS and track it. So I did and I found a History option. When we opened it we were able to see where the shipping label was created and then their management knew exactly which store it came from. I was given a full refund. I wish that I could have been their when the Top Dog manager called that stores manager lol. Im sure they had a very interesting conversation lol. I took all these pictures I posted while I was in their store to show off some of the womens stuff that the Cullman, Alabama store currently has in stock. I really liked the people in this store and I honestly dont know why they have all of these negative comments that I have read on here, because that was NOT WHAT I EXPERIENCED while in this store!!!

Dont buy a airnax from these folks $186. And the sole come off . I wore them 2x indoors also wont stand behind the product.

GREAT costumer service! All employees are very helpful in finding want you need. They also have a good selection and if you dont find something you need they offer to order it.

Nice place for your sports needs.Very clean and workers very proffesional.Just wish they stock shoes for all sports,ie,court shoes,volleyball shoes,pickleball shoes,etc.

This store sells all there items at an unreasonable price compared to other sporting good stores. I tried to buy a basketball that was $47.00 in all other stores. The ball here was $55, and they were rude and would not price match.The ARROGANCE of this store turns customers off and do not buy from this company.
